Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship pattern between transformational leadership and knowledge-sharing behavior, focusing on the role of organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This study was conducted on 269 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) employees in Sukun District, Malang City. The path analysis method was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The analysis results showed that organizational commitment has a significant positive impact on knowledge-sharing behavior among employees. This finding suggests that when employees feel emotionally and rationally attached to the organization, they are more likely to share knowledge. On the other hand, although transformational leadership does not directly affect knowledge-sharing behavior, its influence becomes more pronounced through organizational commitment, which acts as a mediator in the relationship. The results of this study provide valuable insights for MSME actors about the importance of building organizational commitment to encourage a culture of knowledge sharing, as well as the pressure of the need for leaders who can inspire and motivate employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the improvement in writing skills for class II students using capital letters by implementing guided writing strategies assisted by puzzle media. This type of research is classroom action research using the Kemmis and Mc model research design. Taggart is carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle has four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects in class II were 11, including four female and seven male students. Research data was collected through observation and writing tests. The data analysis technique used is percentage analysis. Data analysis was carried out on the results of the writing skills test using capital letters. Based on the implementation of the research, it showed that the percentage of students' completion increased significantly in the pre-cycle by 18%, increased in cycles 1 to 54%, and cycles 2 to 80%. So, the application of guided writing strategies assisted by puzzle media can be said to be successful in improving writing skills using capital letters in class II students

Abstract

This research is motivated by: 1) Determination of teaching materials and material content does not fully refer to students' needs, 2) The purpose of learning skills in most schools is still a compulsory subject, 3) Schools teach the ability to market the work of ABK, 4) Teacher human resources are not yet all of them have competence in mastering the content of the material and learning methods for ABK skills. For this reason, researchers have created a guidebook for teachers. With this guidebook, it is hoped that teachers will be more creative in managing life skills education in schools. Apart from that, having a manual means that we have provided children with the provisions to enter the world of work. The purpose of this research is to produce a life skill management manual for students at SLB N 1 Lima Kaum. This type of research is R&D research with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This study uses data analysis techniques, namely, validation sheets and questionnaires. The validation sheet was assessed by three expert experts. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the validation of the life skill management handbook for SLB Negeri 1 Lima Kaum students. This product has also been validated by three validators with very valid criteria (86.29%). In the practicality stage, from the results of the questionnaire, the responses of SLB Negeri 1 Lima Kaum teachers obtained a percentage (90.83%) with very practical criteria. Thus the life skill management handbook for SLB Negeri 1 Lima Kaum students has become a reference guide in implementing life skill management.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of e-commerce on the growth and development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia through a systematic literature review analyzing 46 peer-reviewed references from the Scopus and Google Scholar database. The research employs qualitative synthesis to capture the nuanced experiences of MSME owners and stakeholders in their digital transformation journey. By systematically reviewing and synthesizing findings from prior research, the study provides a comprehensive understanding of how e-commerce adoption influences business performance, market expansion, and operational sustainability. The analysis reveals that e-commerce has significantly transformed MSMEs by enabling broader market reach, streamlining business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and generating increased revenue streams. However, the study also identifies critical challenges impeding widespread digital adoption, including low digital literacy among entrepreneurs, inadequate technological infrastructure, limited access to digital financing, and complex regulatory frameworks. These barriers particularly affect MSMEs in rural and remote regions, creating a digital divide in Indonesia's MSME ecosystem. The findings contribute valuable insights for policymakers, business support organizations, and technology providers in developing targeted interventions to accelerate successful e-commerce adoption among Indonesian MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of performance of graduates of the Islamic Economics Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN North Sumatra, based on the level of stakeholder satisfaction as users, identify attributes that need to be improved, and provide recommendations for developing the quality of graduates. The approach is a mixed method with data collection through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, which are then analyzed using descriptive statistics and presented as tables, graphs, and diagrams. The study results indicate that, in general, stakeholders are satisfied and give a good assessment of alumni performance. However, improvements are needed in communication skills, professionalism, leadership, and mastery of technology. Recommendations for departments include strengthening communication skills through language training with TOEFL certification and public speaking practice, leadership development, and increasing professionalism by implementing more practices relevant to the field of study and the needs of the world of work, including providing professional certifications required by companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Aspek yang dipelajari selama mengikuti praktik kerja industri (2) Bagaimana Pengalaman praktik kerja industri SMKN 1 Praya Barat (3) Bagaimana Kesiapan kerja siswa lulusan SMKN 1 Praya Barat(4) Pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII program keahlian tata boga SMKN 1 Praya Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan ex post facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 1 Praya Barat di Lombok Tengah pada program keahlian Tata Boga kelas XII. Populasi siswa berjumlah 30 siswa.. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non Probability sampling sebanyak 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data melalui angket(kuisioner) yang telah diuji validasi isi oleh validator ahli, validitas konstruk, serta reliabelitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Croanbach. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan regresi sederhana dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diuji menggunakan IBM SPPS versi 28.0 Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Aspek yang dipelajari selama praktik kerja industri yaitu pengalaman persiapan, pengolahan dan penyajian. Pengalaman yang dipelajari cooking, pastry bakery dan service (2) Pengalaman praktik kerja industri termasuk katagori cukup 60%, pengalaman praktik kerja 3 bulan 66,7%, 6 bulan 74,5%, berdasarkan tempat di hotel bintang 3 yaitu 74,1%, hotel bintang 4 yaitu 82,9% Pengalaman praktik kerja industri di departemen cooking 70,7% pastry and bakery 73,5% dan service 77,8% (3) kesiapan kerja siswa termasuk katagori baik 66,7%, kesiapan kerja berdasarkan lama prakerin 3 bulan 50,0%, 6 bulan 81,6% kesiapan kerja berdasarkan tempat di hotel bintang 3 yaitu 100%, hotel bintang 4 yaitu 82,9% hotel bintang 5 yaitu 50%. Kesiapan kerja terhadap bidang cooking 55,1% pastry and bakery 70,6% dan pada service 77,8% (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 adapun besaran efektif pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan kontribusi 40,3% dan sebesar 59,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis evaluasi pendidikan kewirausahaan di Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Busana melalui pendekatan meta-analisis untuk mengukur dampak relevansi program terhadap kebutuhan industri mode dan tekstil. Dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA, 26 publikasi yang relevan diidentifikasi untuk dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas kurikulum, keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa, dan keselarasan dengan tuntutan pasar kerja. Funnel plot mengonfirmasi representativitas data dan validitas temuan. Evaluasi berbasis teknologi, seperti analisis data besar dan pembelajaran mesin, menjadi tren yang mendukung inovasi dalam pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk menciptakan lulusan yang kompeten, inovatif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan industri.

Abstract

Based on the results of the preliminary study conducted by the researcher, it shows that students have difficulty spelling the main idea questions, which on average in the initial score of class III A obtained a score of 29.6 while in class III B it was 26.6. This is because students' interest in reading is less and students' ability to understand reading texts. With these findings, the researcher hopes that using the learning media Three Secret Missions of Finding Main Ideas can make it easier for students to understand the main ideas. The research method was carried out using quantitative research with a quasi-experimental type of design in the form of pretest-postest control design group. The approach taken by the researcher aims to determine the effectiveness of using the learning media of the Three Secret Missions of Finding Main Ideas in the main idea material in elementary schools. The research procedure is carried out through three stages, namely (1) Preparation stage, (2) Implementation stage, (3) Reporting stage. The instruments used by the researcher include, observation, interviews, questionnaires (questionnaires), pretest-posttest questions, and documentation. Based on the results of research and data processing, an increase in value of 23.85% was obtained in the experimental class where the value increased from an average score of 29.65 to 53.5. The increase in scores that occurred in the experimental class showed that the media succeeded in improving students' understanding but was still not effective because it had not reached the Minimum Achievement Criteria score.

Abstract

Early childhood education (ECED) is an important foundation in shaping holistic child development, including physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and spiritual aspects. The purpose of this article is to describe the management of learners' input, process and output at Hevea Kindergarten. The researcher used a qualitative approach in this study. Data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Input management includes the admission program and marketing strategy. Process management includes planning, implementing and evaluating holistic approach-based learning to support children's cognitive, social, emotional and motor development. Output management focuses on evaluating educational outcomes that include skills, character and learners' readiness to continue their education to the next level. An integrated strategy, including quality input management, play-based and thematic learning processes, holistic developmental evaluation, and active collaboration with parents, demonstrates Hevea Kindergarten's commitment to producing graduates who are competitive and have superior character.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the understanding and learning outcomes of 12th-grade students in the Digital Business program at SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya, specifically in the Digital Marketing concentration, which is often complex and abstract. Digital Marketing materials require a dynamic and interactive learning approach to accommodate the predominantly visual learning styles of the students. Interactive media, specifically Classpoint, was selected as a solution to present the material in a more engaging and visual manner. The study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles. The first cycle faced challenges such as low student engagement due to unfamiliarity with the interactive media and technical issues. However, after improvements were made in the second cycle through training and selecting more suitable features, there was a significant increase in student engagement and learning outcomes. The average post-test score improved from 85 in the first cycle to 90 in the second cycle, with a percentage increase of 31%. The findings suggest that the use of Classpoint interactive media can significantly enhance students' understanding and learning outcomes in Digital Marketing.
