Abstract

Face film company PT. ABC requires an efficient and organized storage system to secure raw materials and finished products. However, warehouses currently experience problems with random storage, which causes human error, overstocking, and potential product damage. This research aims to design layout improvements and adjustments to the FIFO (First in First Out) method in PT A B C's warehouse plan. The research method used is qualitative with observation, interviews and literature study. Observation results show discrepancies in warehouse layout that disrupt operational flow, as well as the need for restructuring and improving the management system. Through design improvements, such as rearranging the layout, more strategic placement of goods, and implementing the FIFO method, it is hoped that it can increase warehouse operational efficiency, reduce the risk of goods damage, and speed up the delivery flow to customers. More comprehensive improvements, including inventory management and staff training, are also needed to ensure the successful implementation of an effective FIFO system. Thus, this research contributes to improving warehouse management and operational efficiency of PT. ABC.

Abstract

Maintaining and increasing brand loyalty is crucial due to a decrease in product differentiation and an increase in market uncertainty so that brand loyalty becomes a measure of the company's business performance which has an impact on product market share. The purpose of this study is to determine how perceived price, product quality, and service impact coffee shop brand loyalty by considering the mediating role of customer satisfaction in order to contribute to the literature on these relationships. The population of this study is Starbucks coffee shop customers who live in DKI Jakarta, the number of which is not known. Respondents of this study were 100 respondents with the criteria of Starbucks coffee shop customers aged 17 - 42 who had shopping experience at least 2 times in the last three months. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study found that product quality, service quality and price perception can increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Product quality, service quality, and price perception on brand loyalty can also be mediated by customer satisfaction. This research shows that coffee shops need to improve both product quality, service quality, and price perception so that coffee shops can achieve higher customer satisfaction and brand loyalty as a form of a strong foundation in the growth of coffee shops.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether positive or negative online reviews impact consumer trust in a business. The investigation methodology is quantitative. Active management students from the class of 2019 who have purchased Roughneck 1991 products on the Shopee Marketplace constitute the population for this analysis. A total of 94 participants were surveyed for this analysis. Primary data collection was conducted by sending out questionnaires, thus this research relies entirely on this method. Multiple regression analysis in SPSS 25 was used to analyze the data in this study. The t-test findings of this study indicate that positive online customer reviews significantly increase consumer trust, whereas online customer ratings do not. Consumer trust in Roughneck 1991 products on the Shopee Marketplace has increased as a result of statistically significant positive feedback they receive from other customers' evaluations and ratings posted online. It is expected that in the future, academics will include more characteristics that theoretically also impact customer trust. Researchers can provide marketing advice to Roughneck 1991 to improve the quality and quantity of their merchandise. Roughneck has tremendous potential to expand its market share thanks to the positive feedback they will receive from satisfied customers if they continue to improve the quality of their products.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology, telecommunications, and the internet has resulted in the emergence of various internet-based business applications. Bank Central Asia (BCA) is one such institution that leverages internet technology to serve its customers through its mobile application, MBca Mobile. This research investigates whether the variables of satisfaction and usability influence customer loyalty and subsequently generate positive word of mouth among MBca users. This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction and usability on loyalty and its impact on positive word of mouth among MBca users. A sample of 150 participants was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between usability and loyalty, which in turn has a substantial positive impact on word of mouth. Consequently, all hypotheses in this study are accepted. It is suggested that BCA enhance the MBca service connection to prevent transaction failures by collaborating with telecommunications providers to ensure reliable internet connections. Additionally, improving operator capabilities through training can increase the speed and accuracy of the service.
