Abstract

The concept of "structuralism" can be said to be from the word "structure", which means constant and organized links between groups of phenomena. As for "structuralism", people are often understood by the movement of thought or the method of science that affects ideology. Another definition of constructivism is the way of thinking that views all that exists as “all” made up of connected, interrelated structures. And the values ​​of this ideology can be deduced from their application in the field of teaching the four language skills, as the fact that each skill is taught cannot be separated from the other. And teaching the skill of listening, for example, has a strong association with other skills. The relationship between a language skill and other skills can be said to be the concept of "parts in a whole".

Abstract

This study aims to develop Arabic language teaching materials 1 based on Islamic-Indonesian values ​​at the State Islamic Institute of Slaatiga. This research is motivated by the lack of specific teaching materials for this course after transferring status from STAIN to IAIN and learning Arabic was returned to the faculty. This research is a type of research and development with the Borg & Gall development model. The analysis technique in this study uses quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the results of student responses to the Arabic Textbook 1 Based on Islamic-Indonesian Values ​​at the Salatiga State Islamic Institute which was developed viewed from the learning aspect obtained an average score of 4.025, the content or material aspect with an average score average 4.095, aspects of the display with an average score of 4.098 and aspects of the presentation with an average score of 4.08, then the overall average score is 4.075. Thus, Arabic textbook based on Islamic-Indonesian values ​​is worthy of being used as teaching material in the Arabic language course 1 at the Salatiga State Islamic Institute.

Abstract

Conditional sentences are part of the syntactic system that exists in Arabic and English. In general, the provisions relating to conditional sentences in the two languages ​​have similarities and differences. This study seeks to identify more deeply related to this matter by way of contrasting it. The subject matter relates to the similarities and differences in the form and function of conditional sentences in Arabic and English. This study is a literary style that optimizes related literature to discuss the object of research. This study formulates that the similarity in the form and function of conditional sentences in Arabic and English, namely: it can be stated implicitly, has two-sentence forms, has clear rules, has the same primary components, can be used to convey open and conjectural conditions. The differences are: Arabic markers are more varied, the characteristics of conditional sentences in Arabic focus on the markers while in English it is more on tenses, the construction of conditional sentences in Arabic is more varied than in English.

Abstract

The focus of the problems raised in this study is Effectiveness of linguistic environment on learning Arabic, This research uses descriptive qualitative through communicative approach method, from the two boarding schools the researcher finds that differences: 1). Boarding Schools Baitul Arqam Jember and al-Kautsar Sidoarjo using artificial language environments., 2). The influence of the language environment on the ability of students to speak Arabic has a very big impact when viewed from before and after using the language environment, including: before using the language environment, students in the two Islamic boarding schools do not know the daily greeting words and unable to speak Arabic, but after they use the language environment they can to speak using Arabic., 3). Weaknesses of language environment in Baitul Arqam Jember are the lack of student awareness in the application of language environment, while the advantages of language environment in this boarding schools that is the existence of language environment around the residence of students., while the shortcomings of language environment in the boarding al-Kautsar Sidoarjo, namely The lack of justification of sentences, The advantage of language environment al-Kautsar Sidoarjo is the teachers employees give examples of speaking Arabic in front of students.

Abstract

Abstract Nahwu Sufi is the nahwu book by Imam al-Qusyairi whose writing seems unique and interesting to be studied more deeply. Imam al-Qusyairi tries to combine two disciplines, namely nahwu and tasawuf. But in this case Imam al-Qusyairi gave a new color to the Islamic discipline. In this book, nahw al-Qulub begins with an explanation of tauhid or affirmation to God, then the exoteric meaning of the word (zahir) is explained, which then explains the meaning of the word according to the perspective of Sufi scholars, namely esoteric (inner). In the book nahwul qulub explains how humans get closer to the Creator, human spiritual journey, and provides an overview of the state and life in this world towards eternal life. This type of library research or library research, which takes several sources of data from various theories in the literature. The result of this research is that Imam al-Qusyairi gives an idea that the elements of Sufism can be incorporated into various kinds of other sciences and there is no conflict whatsoever between Sufism and other sciences. With the presence of Nahwu Sufi this is not to eliminate nahwu in general, but with the existence of this Sufi nahwu, it gives a new color to nahwu science so that learners can learn it more enthusiastically. In this book nahwul qulub teaches us about ethics in life, teaches how to clean ourselves, heart and mind and get closer to or worship God. It also teaches us to always organize our hearts, words, attitudes and actions in daily life, so that everything we do is in accordance with the guidance of religious shari'ah. Keywords: Nahwu, Tasawuf, the Book of Nahwul Qulub Abstrak Nahwu sufi merupakan kitab nahwu karya Imam al-Qusyairi yang fundamental yang mana penulisannya terkesan unik dan menarik untuk dikaji lebih dalam Imam al-Qusyairi berusaha untuk memadukan antara dua disiplin ilmu yaitu nahwu dan tasawuf. Namun dalam hal ini Imam al-Qusyairi memberikan warna corak baru dalam disiplin ilmu keislaman. Di dalam kitab ini nahw al-Qulub diawali dengan penjelasan tauhid atau penegasan kepada Tuhan, selanjutnya dijelaskan makna kata secara eksoteris (zahir), yang kemudian dijelaskan makna/arti kata tersebut menurut perspektif ulama sufi, yaitu esoterik (bathin). Dalam kitab nahwul qulub ini menjelaskan bagaimana manusia dalam mendekatkan diri kepada Sang Pencipta, perjalanan spiritual manusia, dan memberikan gambaran tentang keadaan dan kehidupan di dunia ini menuju kehidupan yang kekal. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pustaka atau library research, yang mana beberapa sumber data diambil dari berbagai teori secara kepustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengupas isi buku nahwul qulub karya Imam al-Qusyairi, karena buku ini mempunyai daya tarik tersendiri untuk dikaji, dan semoga memberikan manfaat bagi pembaca. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Imam al-Qusyairi memberikan sebuah gambaran bahwa unsur tasawuf dapat dimasukan ke dalam berbagai macam ilmu pengetahuan lainnya dan tidak ada pertentangan apapun antara ilmu tasawuf dengan ilmu pengetahuan lainnya. Dengan hadirnya Nahwu Sufi ini bukan untuk menghilangkan nahwu pada umumnya, akan tetapi dengan adanya nahwu sufi ini, memberikan warna baru dalam ilmu nahwu sehingga pembelajar dapat mempelajarinya dengan lebih semangat. Dalam kitab nahwul qulub ini mengajarkan kita tentang etika dalam kehidupan, mengajarkan cara membersihkan diri, hati dan pikiran serta mendekatkan diri atau beribadah kepada Allah. Juga mengajarkan kita untuk selalu menata hati, ucapan, sikap maupun perbuatan kita dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, supaya segala yang kita lakukan sesuai dengan tuntunan syari’at Agama. Abstract

This study aims to optimize the evaluation of Arabic learning by utilizing technological developments as a means of evaluation. On this occasion, the researcher chose the MiSK application as a model, which is a game-based learning application on Android, equipped with Arabic vocabulary, images, and audio, which was designed by one of the lecturers from Istanbul 29 Mayis University. Researchers use the data that has been obtained to conduct library research, link some problems with existing theories, and find relevant solutions for each problem obtained. Some of the problems related to this research are: 1) Advances in information technology require teachers to always provide interesting, intuitive, and interactive learning facilities. 2) The lack of Arabic language applications that can test the four basic language learning skills in one application. Of the existing problems, there are several solutions, one of which is by using the MiSK application. Teachers can easily provide an evaluation of Arabic learning which already contains four basic skills in one application

Abstract

This paper focuses on the material object of a modern Egyptian novel entitled al-Yaum al-Maw'ud by Najib al-Kylani. This novel tells the story of the struggle of the Egyptian people under the leadership of King Najmuddin Ayun against the French Crusaders led by Prince Louis. What's interesting about this novel is that there are varied resistances carried out by various groups, as well as the very strong ambivalence attitude practiced by colonial figures. Meanwhile, the formal object is postcolonial theory using the deconstruction method. This theory is based on Edward Said's claim in his work "orientalism" which has an epistemological, ontological, and axiological basis targeting colonial interests. According to Said, the West and East which are opposed in such a way have violated human values ​​and must be returned to their place. The results of the study show that the binary opposition of West and East which is always associated with civilized and backward, positive and negative, white and black, is not entirely true. This can be seen in the variety and variety of resistance given by the Egyptians and Arabs. In addition, the inappropriateness of the West's actions against the East is also reflected by the ambivalence displayed by Marseil as the French army. Thus, it means that the colonization carried out by the West in the name of itself as a superior country to the East which is considered inferior has violated human values.

Abstract

Pragmatics is the study of the context outside the language and the purpose of speech. This study focuses on one type of pragmatics, namely the speech act of Arabic directives in the film "Ashabul Kahfi". This research serves to describe the forms of directive speech acts and their functions in the film "Ashabul Kahfi". The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method, which is carried out through three stages, (1) the stage of data collection (2) the data analysis stage, and (3) the stage of presenting the results of data analysis. The results showed that the form of Arabic directive speech acts in the film "Ashabul Kahf" included direct speech acts, indirect speech acts with imperative sentence forms, indirect speech acts with declarative sentence forms and interrogative sentences characterized by question words, literal speech acts and non-literal speech acts. While the function of the Arabic directive speech act in the movie "Ashabul Kahfi" is Requestives directive speech act, directive speech act Questions, directive Requirements speech act, directive prohibitives speech act, directive act of Permissives directive, directive advisory act.

Abstract

This research reveals about language disorders which is type of disorders in communication with an indication of sufferers experiencing difficulties in the symbolization process. The language disorders referred to this study focused on people with mental disability (downsyndrome) in Ponorogo Extraordinary Schools at the elementary school level (three) as research subject. This study serves to reveal the types of language disorders experienced, the development and use of language, and the efforts or methods used by the teacher in the learning process. This research is qualitative research with a type of case study research. The techniques used in data collection include observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted in 4 stages, pre-field, field work, data analysis, and research report writing. The results of the study show that in one class all of them are persons with different levels of resignation. The focused development is the development of cognitive, language, and social skills, using methods that are varied, according to the needs of each individual

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the correlation between cognitive intelligence and Arabic language learning outcomes in 10th grade students of MIA MAN 2 Madiun. This research uses a quantitative approach. The findings of this study are: 1) cognitive intelligence of 10th grade students of MIA MAN 2 Madiun at the moderate level with a percentage of 70.66%. 2) the results of learning Arabic in 10th grade students of MIA MAN 2 Madiun are at a moderate level with a percentage of 77.3%. 3) there is a correlation between cognitive intelligence of students with their Arabic learning outcomes with results = 5%> 0.458710783 = 0.3002. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected
