Abstract

Currently, the potential for logistics business in Indonesia and the world is very large, including the CEP (Courier, Express, Parcel) industry. E-commerce transactions are estimated to grow by 31.2%, resulting in a transaction value of around IDR 526 trillion in 2022. The biggest logistics business opportunities in 2024 are in the food and beverage processing industry, agriculture including the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) sector. Online trading gives sufficient contribution? significant in logistics industry in Indonesia. The main MSME’s problem are how make it become digital-based institutions, have source competent staff, sufficient capital as well as get solution efficient logistics. The desired goal achieved from this study is develop concept of rural logistics business for MSME actors based on e-commerce, so can give solution for MSME actors in rural areas as well contribute in reduce logistics national cost. Methodology used? is study library and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Research goal give contribution theoretical form framework conceptual development logistics business for MSME in rural areas with use CEP operator infrastructure consists of five services business for MSME, namely capital, human resources, marketing and sales, distribution and warehousing or fulfillment. Research goal also provides contribution practically possible implemented by PT Pos Indonesia (PosIND).

Abstract

This study aims to improve the traffic performance of Major Ruslan Street in Pagar Alam City by implementing a one-way system. The context of this research is the congestion problem caused by secondary obstacles such as illegal, unscheduled loading and unloading and the presence of street vendors that reduce the effective width of the road. This research focuses on the Major Ruslan Road section, which is part of the Central Business District (CBD) area of Pagar Alam City. This study used the VISSIM analysis method to simulate traffic conditions before and after implementing the one-way system. The data was collected through field surveys, including speed, parking, and pedestrian volume surveys. The results show that implementing a one-way system can increase traffic, reduce traffic congestion, and improve road service. In conclusion, implementing effective structured traffic management, such as the one-way system, can be an essential solution to overcome traffic problems in urban areas, especially in Mayor Ruslan Street. This research recommends that the Government of Pagar Alam consider implementing a one-way system as part of more traffic management efforts to improve travel convenience and efficiency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies in the banking industry listed on the IDX for the 2021-2023 period. By using samples using purposive sampling techniques from 10 companies and multiple regression analysis, the research results show that investment decisions have a positive impact and have a significant effect on company value, while funding decisions and dividend policies do not have a significant effect on company value. In this study, researchers suggest that companies and managers pay attention to important decisions within the company to increase company value.

Abstract

The Influence of Training and Education on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Java Province. This research examines the effect of training and education on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Java Province. The primary objective is to assess how these factors enhance employee performance. A quantitative approach was utilized, employing a survey method with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 employees. The findings indicate that both training and education have a significant positive impact on employee performance, with an average performance increase of 20% observed after participating in training programs. The results highlight that effective training and educational initiatives not only improve individual skills and knowledge but also contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. This study emphasizes the necessity for ongoing professional development for civil servants and offers recommendations for enhancing training programs to cultivate a more skilled and productive workforce.

Abstract

This research aims to prove and analyze the increase in digital savings customer satisfaction through increasing e_service quality and brand image. The research analysis unit is digital savings customers at 7 Digital Banks in DKI Jakarta Province. The research method used was a descriptive and explanatory survey with a minimum sample of 80 respondents. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling with the SmartPLS 9.3.2 statistical analysis tool. The research results show that e_service quality and brand image partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on digital savings customer satisfaction. E_service quality partially has the most dominant influence on digital savings customer satisfaction. Managerial implications, to increase digital saving customer satisfaction can be done by improving the quality of e_service, especially by increasing the reliability aspect of the service feature functions running smoothly and quickly), and supported by improving the brand image, especially the user image aspect of the digital saving service used.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors encouraging private vehicle users to switch to the KRL Line. With population growth and transportation needs in the Cisauk Sub-district, it is necessary to understand that many commuter users still choose private vehicles, even though KRL offers advantages such as low-cost efficiency in time. This research uses a qualitative approach with group and discussion methods to identify factors influencing decisions. The data was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach with the Nvivo 12 application. The results showed that convenience, stations, and parking facilities influence mode switching. This research is expected to provide recommendations to KRL operators and policymakers to improve service quality and support facilities so that more private vehicle users switch to public transportation. In addition, this study provides practical advice for developing public transportation in other areas with similar characteristics.

Abstract

The online travel agent (OTA) business is affected by rapid advances in digital technology. The purpose of this research is to study how content marketing and social media usage influence consumers' decision to make a purchase through their engagement with the Traveloka App. This research utilizes a quantitative method known as Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 people in Jabodetabek who use Traveloka and have purchased tickets within the last six months. The results show that content advertising and social media have a positive and significant influence on customer engagement and purchase decisions; the higher the customer engagement, the more likely they are to buy. This study also found that customer engagement acts as an intervening variable that affects purchase. The findings of this study have significant consequences for digital marketing strategies in the OTA industry, particularly in terms of how businesses can increase customer engagement to encourage them to make better purchasing decisions. The research suggests that to increase customer engagement and improve the quality of content and interactions on social media is crucial. Ultimately, marketing campaigns and product sales through digital platforms will become more effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of marketing management. The research article literature review concept and application of canvas business model in startup companies: customer relationships, customer segments and market trends is a scientific literature article in the scope of marketing management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. Abstract

The strategic role of human resources can give an organisation strength in realising its business goals. One of the organisational strengths of human resource management is employee engagement. Gallup Organisation likens employee engagement as a positive emotional bond that employees have and the commitment that employees have (Gallup, 2013). The company must have a good strategy so that employees have a good commitment to the company and the intention to leave will be reduced. Employer Branding is a strategy or company to create a pleasant work environment, positive and competitive behaviour, good teamwork, a good reward system, good organisational governance, and a culture of learning and adequate training, with this, employees will be proud to work because the company is cared for, therefore employees will improve performance for the better and be comfortable at work so as to reduce the intensity of employees to leave the company voluntarily. XYZ University with new management and ownership changes has a management strategy that can realise employee attachment to the organisation. The organisation will get a lot of human resource strength in line with the strategy run by the organisation. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation studies. Data validity and data credibility were tested using triangulation techniques. The subjects of this study were five employees from the leadership level and non-academic staff. The result of this research is XYZ University implements employer branding by providing motivation to increase employee engagement.

Abstract

There is a trend of decreasing stock price data in the period 2022-2023 in the Banking sub-sector, and there are differences in the results of previous studies related to the variables used. In this study, the Moderation Regression Analysis Method is used to test the role of moderating variables in influencing the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The purpose of this study is to test the effect of Profitability (Return on Assets), Company Size (Total Assets), and Liquidity (Loan to Deposit Ratio) on the stock prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023 by choosing dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) as a moderating variable. The population selected in this study were banking companies listed on the IDX, then determined to be 17 sample companies that could be continued for the research process. After conducting the study, the results showed that Profitability (Return on Assets), Company Size (Total Assets), Liquidity (Loan to Deposit Ratio) had a positive and significant effect on the company's Stock Price, both directly and when moderated by dividend policy.
