Abstract

Through the proper use of Human Resources (HR), it is hoped that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Banana Sale in Bungo Regency can further expand their marketing and be able to compete to become superior local products. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Work Culture and Knowledge Sharing on the Performance of UMKM Pisang Sale Employees in Bungo Regency. This research method is Quantitative Explanatory using multiple linear regression analysis with a research sample of 104 people. The results of this research show that the regression equation formed is Y = 11.714+ 0.109X1 + 0.897 X2. The F-calculated value is 83.170 > F-table is 3.09, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that Work Culture (X1) and Knowledge Sharing (X2) influence Employee Performance (Y) of UMKM Pisang Sale. The R Square value is 0.622 or 62.2%, where the two independent variables contribute 62.2% to employee performance, while the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

The scientific literature review article entitled Concept of International Trade: Analysis of Letter of Credit, Custom Bonds and Export-Import Regulations is in the domain of operational management science. The purpose of this article is to formulate a hypothesis regarding the relationship between various aspects, which will then be used as the basis for further research. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The data used in this study comes from previous studies that are still relevant to this study. Information was collected from leading scientific online platforms, such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and the Sinta journal. The results obtained from this study are presented as follows: 1) Letter of credit influences the Concept of international trade; 2) Custom bonds influence the concept of international trade; and 3) Export import regulations influence the concept of international trade.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of security, trust and price on purchasing decisions for Puri Mansion housing in West Jakarta. The approach used is quantitative-descriptive research, as a result the sample was determined using a non-probability purposive sampling technique. The samples obtained were 160 samples using a web questionnaire technique as a data collection tool. This makes this research choose the SEM-PLS data analysis method with the SmartPLS application. The results of this research provide knowledge that security, trust, and price produce a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Puri Mansion housing. This proves how important the factors of security, trust and price are in determining home purchasing decisions. Therefore, the main focus of attention for property business actors is implementing these factors as strategic decision-making actions in the context of effective marketing management in the future, and of course this will be an addition to the latest knowledge for further reliable research

Abstract

The world has now entered the post-Covid-19 period, we can note that there are changes in socio-cultural aspects that encourage people to make healthy living a trend, one of which is through exercise. This research was conducted through a quantitative approach using data obtained from 170 respondents who bought Mills brand local sports equipment products more than once. The hypothesis testing tool uses the Smart-PLS 3.0 application with the PLS method. This study found that brand experience as an independent variable that has sensory, affective, intellectual and behavioral dimensions along with the mediating variables perceived quality and brand trust simultaneously have a significant influence on the dependent variable brand loyalty. The mediation effect contained in this study is categorized as partial mediation because brand experience also has a significant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and training on employee performance with job satisfaction as Intervening Variable at PT EN with population and sample 67 employees with at least one year work experience at PT EN. The data collecting method is questionnaire, analyzed using model of structural equation modeling (SEM). The result of the research show that compensation have posssitive and significant effect on Job satisfaction, training have positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction, Job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on employee performance, Compensation have positive and signivcant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, Training have positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of delivery speed and product condition on customer satisfaction using Regular Postal services from PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Bandung City. Data were collected through a survey of 100 regular post customers in the city. Data analysis using probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method shows that both delivery speed and product condition have a significant effect on Regular Post customer satisfaction. These findings indicate the importance of improvements in delivery service and product quality to increase customer satisfaction. The managerial implications of this study suggest that PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) should prioritise these aspects to improve customer satisfaction and maintain its position in the logistics market. Theoretically, this research makes an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence customer satisfaction in the context of courier services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of compensation, job satisfaction, and work culture on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at Bank XYZ. The research method used a saturated sample, where the population under study was all employees of Bank XYZ with a total of 120 respondents. Statistical analysis was conducted using Smart PLS 3.2 software and the results are as follows: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation with a p-Value of 0.002. 2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a p-Value of 0.000. 3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation with a p-Value of 0.000. 4) Job Satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a p-Value of 0.210. 5) Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation with a p-Value of 0.006. 6) Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a p-Value of 0.003. 7) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a p-Value of 0.005. As for the indirect hypotheses: 8) Compensation on Employee Performance through the mediation of Work Motivation obtains a p-Value of 0.037. 9) Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance through the mediation of Work Motivation obtains a p-Value of 0.015. 10) Work Culture on Employee Performance through the mediation of Work Motivation obtains a p-Value of 0.050.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research. The aim of this research is to find out whether The Influence Of Exchange Rate, Interest Rates And Company Size On Capital Structure On The Indonesian Stock Exchange on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. 22 corporate bonds were obtained from 11 issuing banking sector companies as samples. The CR variable has a positive but insignificant effect on the DER ratio of banking sector companies that issue bonds and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. The SIZE variable has a positive and significant effect on the DER of banking sector companies that issue bonds and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. FOREX variable has a negative and significant effect on the DER of banking sector companies that issue bonds and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. All independent variables consisting of; Company Size (SIZE), Exchange Rate (FOREX), and Interest Rate (IR) together significantly affect the Capital Structure (DER) of banking sector companies that issue bonds and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of turnover intention among Generation Z employees, focusing on the impact of workload with burnout as a mediating factor. Generation Z employees often perceive a high workload, leading to significant levels of burnout. This burnout subsequently contributes to their high turnover intention. The research employs a quantitative survey method, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Gen Z employees across various industry sectors. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between high workload and burnout levels. Additionally, burnout serves as a key mediator, exacerbating the turnover intention among Gen Z employees. The study further explores the role of human resource management strategies in managing workload and mitigating burnout. The implications of these findings suggest that organizations need to develop and implement effective human resource management strategies to reduce excessive workload and prevent burnout, thereby lowering turnover intention among Gen Z employees. By doing so, companies can retain valuable young talent and enhance overall organizational productivity.

Abstract

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, expedited services companies play a pivotal role in the distribution of vaccines, necessitating effective internal control systems. This research utilizes COSO Internal Control Framework and SWOT analysis to examine the internal control system for COVID-19 vaccine delivery within companies. Through qualitative interviews and quantitative analysis of company documents, strengths and weaknesses of the internal control system, as well as external opportunities and threats impacting vaccine distribution, are identified. The study aims to provide recommendations to enhance the internal control system for improved efficiency and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccine distribution. By contributing insights into vaccine logistics and internal controls, this research supports global efforts to combat the pandemic by ensuring secure and timely delivery of vital vaccines.
