Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the roles of brand image, e-recommendation label, and social influence on purchase decisions of TransNusa air tickets on Traveloka's platform, with trust as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed by an online survey of 150 respondents of TransNusa's passenger who purchase the tickets via Traveloka platform. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Results indicate that brand image significantly influence purchase decisions. While e-recommendation label insignificantly influences purchase decision. However, social influence does not influence purchase decision. Trust partially mediates the relationships between brand image, e-recommendation label, social influence and purchase decisions. The findings contribute to the understanding of online purchase behavior, emphasizing the crucial role of trust in shaping consumer purchase decisions. This research provides valuable insights for TransNusa airlines seeking to enhance their marketing strategies.

Abstract

Efforts to reduce congestion in Jakarta are by providing Transit-Oriented Areas (KBT) connected to several other modes of public transportation, such as Kereta Cepat Indonesia (KCI), LRT, MRT, and Transjakarta. The central government's plan related to Transit-Oriented Areas, the DKI Provincial Government has issued Perda 1/2012 concerning the 2030 regional spatial plan in Chapter 1 Article 75 "Transit-oriented development or Transit Oriented Development, hereinafter abbreviated as TOD, is an integrated area of various functional city activities with local and inter-local connectors". Transit-oriented development (TOD) standards aim to ensure the right of all people to access the city by walking and cycling safely to their destinations by fast and regularly scheduled public transport quickly and affordably and to live a healthy life without relying on private vehicles. This type of research is quantitative, using stakeholder and purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that overall, although the Dukuh Atas area has fulfilled several urban planning principles well, several areas still need to be improved, especially related to bicycle infrastructure, pedestrian accessibility, residential density, and affordable housing prices.

Abstract

This study seeks to empirically investigate the factors influencing online repurchase intention for Garuda Indonesia's domestic airline tickets, with trust serving as a mediating variable. The study encompassed 201 participants, predominantly Millennials and Gen Z, who acquired tickets through Garuda Indonesia's official website or online travel agencies (OTAs). Data were analyzed with PLS-SEM. The results indicate that performance expectancy, information quality, perceived ease of use, and reputation have a favorable and significant effect on online repurchase intention. Trust also positively affects online repurchase intention. Nonetheless, trust does not facilitate the connections between design quality and perceived risk regarding online repurchase intention. Furthermore, design quality and perceived risk exhibit no significant direct consequences. These insights provide strategic implications for improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and competitiveness of Garuda Indonesia's digital platforms in the local market.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of compensation and work culture on Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and its impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of PT ARP. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and SmartPLS software, data were gathered from 92 employees through a questionnaire. The findings reveal that compensation and work culture positively and significantly influence POS. Furthermore, both variables also have a positive and significant direct effect on OCB. POS serves as a mediating variable, amplifying the impact of compensation and work culture on OCB. These results highlight the importance of fair compensation and a supportive work culture in enhancing POS, which fosters extra-role behaviors such as OCB. This study underscores the role of organizational policies in creating a work environment that promotes employee engagement and productivity through improved perceptions of support and citizenship behaviour.
