Abstract

Animated films have the advantage of being an alternative learning medium that instills character values in children. The ideal criteria for animated films include ease of understanding, simplicity, effective storytelling, the use of polite language, entertainment through engaging games, and the delivery of values easily accepted by children. One animated film that meets these criteria is "Ruby Rainbow". The aim of this research is to identify the character values present in the children's film "Ruby Rainbow" and evaluate its ability to foster character values in the second-grade students of MI Gampong Mutia Langsa. This qualitative research employs a study design involving 26 students as research subjects during the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023. Research instruments include observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The research analysis reveals that in the "Ruby Rainbow" season 2, particularly in episodes 11 "Penyanyi" and " Ling Ling menetaskan telur," episode 38 "Kota Sekapal Danau Pelangi (Part 2)," and episode 50 "Tidak ada pasien yang sabar," produced by 38°C Animation Studio and CJ E&M Corporation, there are character values such as hard work, social concern, creativity, appreciation of achievements, communication skills, and responsibility.

Abstract

Student worksheets, which are usually called LKPD, are one of the teaching materials that can be arranged according to the needs of students. The LKPD used in MI Al-Huda Banyuarang was not able to facilitate group learning activities or discussions. Students find weather conditions material difficult because the images used are not concrete or unreal images so students find it difficult to distinguish. This study aims to produce LKPD based on cooperative learning type CIRC (Cooperative Integrate Reading Composition) on class III weather conditions using concrete or real pictures. This research was conducted to find out how the design process and analyze the feasibility test of students' worksheets at MI Al Huda Banyuarang. This research includes development research using the 4D model with the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The results of the development are LKPD with a validation value of 98% from material experts, 90% from teaching material designs, and 92% from learning experts or class teachers at MI Al Huda Banyuarang. Of the three validators, they get an average score of 93.3% with very decent criteria.

Abstract

The low level of critical thinking skills is partly due to the lack of involvement of students in the learning process so that they do not have the opportunity to have an opinion. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the time token learning model on students' critical thinking skills in social studies class V MI Mathla'ul Anwar Cibitung Tengah. This research is included in Quantitative research with the type of research Quasi experiment. This research design uses Nonequivalent Control Group design with purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study used 70 grade V students of MI Mathla'ul Anwar Cibitung Tengah where VA amounted to 40 students as an experimental class using the time token learning model and VB class amounted to 30 as a control class using the direct learning model. Data collection techniques using observation, tests and documentation. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the use of the time token learning model on students' critical thinking skills in social studies subjects in the VA class of MI Mathla'ul Anwar Cibitung Tengah, this was evidenced by the results of the Posttest test in the experimental class which was 75.75 while in the control class 66. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on students' critical thinking skills between the application of a cooperative learning model in the form of time tokens and the application of a direct learning model for fifth grade students in social studies.

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to measure the inscrease in interest Thematic learning for MIN 7 Aceh Barat students using the model Project based learning learning. The research population is fourth grade students, IV, V and VI MIN 7 Aceh Barat and research samples are all grade IV students of MIN 7 Aceh. Data is collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis using simple frequency formula. The results showed that interest in learning students experienced an increase after the application of the Project based learning. The results of the student learning interest questionnaire conducted before the implementation of the project-based learning model showed that only one student was included in the "very high" category with a percentage of 6.6%, one student was included in the "high" category with a percentage of 6.6%, three students are included in the "sufficient" category with a percentage of 20%, ten students are included in the "less" category with a percentage of 66.8% and no students are in the "very poor" category. Meanwhile, the results of the student learning interest questionnaire conducted after the application of the project-based learning model showed that twelve students were included in the "very high" category with a percentage of 80%, three students were included in the "high" category with a percentage of 20%, and no students which is included in the category of "sufficient and very less" with a percentage of 0%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan bahasa daerah berdampak terhadap hasil belajar IPA dan untuk mengetahui respon guru dan siswa menggunakan bahasa daerah selama proses pembelajaran IPA berlangsung di kelas III SD Negeri Pulo Latong. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepada siswa kelas III di SD Negeri Pulo Latong berjumlah 25 siswa dan 2 Guru IPA di SD Negeri Pulo Latong. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa 1) penggunaan bahasa daerah sedikit memberikan dampak pada hasil belajar IPA karena selama proses pembelajaran guru terus menyajikan materi menggunakan bahasa Indonesia kepada siswa di kelas III. 2) Guru dan siswa memberikan penilaian positif saat menggunakan bahasa daerah selama proses pembelajaran IPA di kelas III SD Negeri Pulo Latong.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: untuk mengetahui peranan guru dalam menumbuhkan minat membaca Al-Qur'an pada peserta didik SD Hasahatan, Kecamatan Barumun Baru Kabupaten Padang Lawas, dan Faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru dalam menumbuhkan minat membaca Al-Qur'an pada peserta didik SD Hasahatan, Kecamatan Barumun Baru Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah Guru SD Hasahatan dan Peserta Didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik reduksi kata, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa peran guru tidak hanya mengajar tetapi mendidik, melatih, fasilitator, motivator, organisator, manusia sumber dan di tuntut mampu memahami karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh peserta didiknya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan peran guru dapat menumbuhkan minat baca Al-Qur'an pada kelas empat SD Hasahatan.

Abstract

Profil pelajar Pancasila merupakan bentuk Penerapan konsep Kurikulum Merdeka yang diterapkan untuk mendukung mutu pendidikan di Indonesia terkait dalam penanaman karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana Penerapan program profil pelajar Pancasila yang ada di kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka, Peneliti akan mencari dan mengumpulkan informasi yang dapat diperoleh dari buku, majalah, jurnal dan hasil penelitian. Terdapat prinsip-prinsip utama dalam projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila yaitu bersifat holistik, kontekstual, berpusat pada peserta didik, dan eksploratif. Pendekatan yang bisa dikembangkan dalam Penerapan profil pelajar pancasila adalah dengan projek. Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila adalah pembelajaran lintas disiplin ilmu untuk mengamati dan memikirkan solusi terhadap permasalahan di lingkungan sekitarnya terkhusus pada tingkatan sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) dan Sekolah Dasar (SD). Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila bisa dilakukan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, ekstrakurikuler maupun budaya sekolah. Satuan pendidikan diharapkan dapat menghidupkan budaya terbuka, penuh rasa ingin tahu dan semangat kolaboratif dalam projek penguatan profil Pancasila.

Abstract

This article discusses the challenges in managing human resources (HR) and HR management strategies in educational institutions. The term "Human Resources" refers to the management of workforce in the context of educational institutions and meeting the needs of employees. HR management involves planning, recruitment, development, performance management, compensation, and maintenance of human resources to achieve organizational goals. HR management in educational institutions has specific challenges, such as recruiting and retaining qualified staff, developing employees, improving teaching quality, managing diversity, and adapting to environmental changes. HR management strategies in educational institutions include identifying organizational/institutional needs, employee recruitment and selection, skill development, and creating an organizational culture that supports staff growth. The development and recruitment of quality HR become the main focus of HR management strategies. Educational institutions need to provide employee development programs through training and skill enhancement, as well as career development programs to motivate employees. In recruitment, educational institutions should understand the needs of the positions to be filled and utilize effective selection methods. By implementing good HR management strategies, educational institutions can create a productive work environment, improve teaching quality, and effectively achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

The implementation of education cannot be hindered by anyone and under any circumstances. Currently, many countries in the world experience obstacles and difficulties in implementing the education process. This is because the world or countries are experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic. So that it threatens various processes of implementing state programs, including the process of implementing education, the most effective thing at this time has been to try to implement the learning process using distance or online methods. Virtual learning mode is a popular method implemented today. Because with this method, students can stay at home, but still actively participate in the learning process. This study aims to determine. Does the adoption of virtual learning have any effect on the academic performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) students in Langsa town? This study is a quantitative study on the whole population including all students of 3 MIs of Langsa city, specifically Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Langsa City, MI Negeri 2 Langsa City and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Terpadu Langsa class V who are actively study during the school year of an even semester 2020/2021 Sampling was carried out using the corresponding stratified random sampling technique. Based on the research results, it was found that there was an influence of virtual learning on the academic performance of MI students in Langsa City during the Covid-19 period. This can be seen from the R Square value of 0.059, meaning the influence of the independent variable (virtual learning) on ​​the dependent variable (learning outcomes) is 5.9%.The remaining 94.1% were influenced by other factors not included in this study.The obtained significance value is 0.061 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the virtual learning variable (X variable) does not have a significant effect on learning outcomes (Y variable).This means that virtual learning had a positive but insignificant impact on the academic performance of MI students in Langsa City during the Covid-19 period.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to find out how the role of schools in overcoming students' mental health problems amid the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in primary education. This study uses scientific research methods based on qualitative research with literature studies. This research uses a literature study in Narrative Literature Review (NLR). This research cites research bases in print or online and from accredited scientific journals. The criteria for research sources, both in print and online and from scientific articles, describe mental health problems during the COVID-19 pandemic and have complete sections. The search method for the research base is using the Publish or Perish application which cites a database from Google Scholar using the keywords "Mental health," "the impact of covid-19 in elementary schools", and "The Role of Counseling Teachers during the Pandemic." The research method used is the documentation method, while the analysis of the literature review with four stages is data collection, data shrinkage, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study are that during the pandemic, problems faced by students appeared, including boredom, loneliness, stress, and decreased academic grades. Primary education must have guidance and counseling teachers and counselors who understand student psychology and become the spearhead in overcoming problems due to the pandemic experienced by students. In addition, BK teachers must also have innovations in overcoming the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic experienced by students.
