Abstract

Differentiated learning is a learning approach that assumes that each student has different needs, interests, abilities and learning styles. If it is related to PKN subjects, it means that each student has different backgrounds, beliefs and experiences, which can influence the way they understand and apply Pancasila values ​​and citizenship concepts in everyday life. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Differentiated Learning in Civics Subjects for Elementary School Students. This research uses the SLR research method or systematic literature review, with the help of the Publish or Perish (POP) tool using the keywords Differentiated education, citizenship education in elementary schools, limited to 2019-2024 or the last 5 years and only 40 articles were then selected based on criteria with a range of citations. Highest and most appropriate to the research theme. 10 articles were produced. The results: Differentiated learning in Civics subjects in elementary schools has proven effective in increasing student understanding and engagement. The results of this research support the importance of applying this method in the context of the Independent Curriculum and show that this approach can provide a more meaningful learning experience for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh guru dan siswa kelas V SDN Burengan 2 Kota Kediri yang memerlukan media ajar LKPD interaktif yang menarik pada mata pelajaran IPA, siswa merasa kesulitan untuk memahami materi Sistem Peredaran Darah pada Manusia dikarenakan tidak adanya media visual yang menarik perhatian siswa, sehingga 65% dari seluruh siswa mendapatkan hasil nilai di bawah KKM ≥70. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-LKPD berbasis aplikasi Liveworksheet tentang materi Sistem Peredaran Darah pada Manusia. Metode penelitian menggunakan R&D (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Analisis deskriptif berupa data observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan analisis kualitatif berupa penghitungan skor hasil validasi, keefektifan, dan kepraktisan. Hasil validasi yang diperoleh dari ahli materi sebesar 90% dan hasil validasi yang diperoleh dari ahli media sebesar 92% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil keefektifan yang diperoleh dari nilai post-test siswa dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 94% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Sedangkan hasil kepraktisan memperoleh hasil sebesar 96% dari respon guru dan 99% dari respon siswa dengan kategori sangat praktis. Dari hasil yang telah didapat, peneliti menarik kesimpulan bahwa e-LKPD berbasis Liveworksheet layak digunakan dan diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the response of parents and traders to the harmful of additives contained in children's snacks and the efforts made to overcome them. The method used is descriptive qualitative with research subjects as many as 30 parents and 7 traders who are in the TPQ environment of the Great Mosque of Darul Falah Langsa, Aceh. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that parents understand about the harmful that will be faced by children if they consume snacks that contain additives in snacks. However, parents cannot fully control their children's activities outside the home and often get stomachaches and allergies. Efforts are being made to reduce pocket money and provide understanding to their children. According to merchant, the ingredients added to snacks are dyes, flavourings, sweeteners, and preservatives and understand the impact of giving these additives. The addition of these additives does not follow the established rules, but is in accordance with the wishes of the merchant. Thus, excessive use of additives can be disastrous for children, and both parents and traders are aware of the impacts caused by excessive use of these additives.

Abstract

This reseach aims to determni the implementation on the game-based learning model connecting sentence to improve student's learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject with the theme Our Friends Environment For Grade V at SD Negeri 4 Limboto. This kind of research, known as classroom action research, seeks to describe the conclusions the reasearcher made thite conducting filedwork. Data collection techniques were carried out through interview/observations, test and documentation. The results of this studi indicate that at significant increase proves that the application of the connecting sentence game leaning model using sentence card media to improve student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle, witch is 50%, cycle 1 meeting 1 the percentage of student learning outcomes increased to 54%, cycle 1 meeting 2 the percentage increased to 66% and in cycle 2 the student learning outcomes increased to 100%. So that the percentage of learning outcomes obtained by student are more focused and active in the learning process, as well as teachers explaining the leasson material briefly but crearly so that it can be understood by student. Thus, the learning process runs well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi yang menyatakan terdapat beberapa siswa mengalami kesulitan membaca, guru hanya menggunakan sumber belajar berupa buku ajar, guru belum pernah menggunakan media pembelajaran benda konkrit, materi pembelajaran didominasi dengan bacaan panjang sehingga siswa mudah merasa bosan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran dengan dan tanpa menggunakan media big book, serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pembelajaran dengan dan tanpa menggunakan media big book terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain nonequivalent control group. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas II SDN Karangtengah 3 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan SDN Karangtengah 5 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan yakni pretest posttest. Hasil penelitian (1)Hipotesis 1 diperoleh taraf sig. 0,793 > 0,05 artinya hipotesis diterima dan dinyatakan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan, (2)Hipotesis 2 diperoleh taraf sig. 0,000 < 0,05 artinya hipotesis ditolak dan dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan, (3)Hipotesis 3 diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest kelompok eksperimen 65,28 dan posttest 82,50 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan pengaruh signifikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan pengaruh signifikan antara dua variabel, yakni pembelajaran dengan dan tanpa menggunakan media big book terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa kelas II SDN Karangtengah 3.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student learning outcomes before the aapplication of the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model supported by video tutorials on the material of heat and its transfer < 75, to determine stundet learning outcomes after the application of the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model supported by video tutorials on the material of heat and its transfer ≥ 75, to determine ehether there is n effect of the application of Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model supported by video tutorial on the material of heat and its transfer on student learning outcomes. The research methodology used is quantitative whit a One Grub Pretetst-Posttest research design. The population in this study were 30 students of grade V SDN Mlancu 2. The sample used in this study was a total sampling of 30 students. The insrtuments used were pretest and posttest. The pretest was used before treatment was given, the posttest was used after treatment was given. Research results (1) student learning otcomes before the application of the Predict-Observe-Explain model supported by video tutorials on the material on heat and its transfer < 75 (2) student learning otcomes after the application of the Predict-Observe-Explain model supported by video tutorials on the material on heat and its transfer ≥ 75 (3) there is an influence of the application of the Predict-Observe-Explain learning model supported by video tutorials on the material of heat and its transfer on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Students are less enthusiastic when given tasks in groups. They are not used to dividing tasks and roles in their discussion groups because they are not used to collaborating in their discussion groups. At the same time, collaboration skills are critical in 21st-century learning. From the problems found, a Classroom Action Research (PTK) was conducted to find out the improvement of collaboration skills of class V UPT SDN 066054 Medan students through math puzzle games on the material of FPB and KPK. The treatment results over two cycles showed a significant increase in collaboration skills. In the pre-cycle, the percentage of students' collaboration skills was 53%. Furthermore, the sample was given treatment by working on math puzzle games in groups so that the percentage of students' collaboration skills in cycle I increased by 28% to 81%, and in cycle II also increased by 8% to 89%. Thus, it can be concluded that puzzle games positively and effectively impact students' collaboration skills in mathematics subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in teacher activity, student activity, and student conceptual understanding through the application of problem solving learning models and realia media in class V of SDN 6 Blangpidie. The research method used was Classroom Action Research with 28 fifth grade students. Data collection were used observation and test. Based on the results of the analysis of teacher activity sheet data in cycle I, namely 78.57 (good), in cycle II it increased to 89.28% (very good) and continued to enhance in cycle III to 95.23% (very good). The results of the analysis of student activity sheet data in cycle I were 76.19% (good) in cycle II it increased to 84.52% (very good), and continued to increase in cycle III to 94.04% (very good). The results of the students' conceptual understanding test in cycle I were 72.91% (good), then increased in cycle II to 81.99% (good) and continued to increase in cycle III to 89.72% (very good) and had determined classical completeness. In concluded, the application of the Problem Solving Model and Realia Media can increase effectiveness students' mathematical concept understanding.

Abstract

Using an associative quantitative method, this study aims to analyze the influence of the Pancasila student profile on the religious character of students in Islamic Elementary Schools (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah). Religious character plays a role in shaping a generation of young people with noble morals. The Pancasila student profile, which includes the values of religiosity, nationalism, mutual cooperation, integrity, independence, and global diversity, is believed to be a foundation in the development of students' character. The sample for this study consisted of 33 students from MI Al Asy'ari using a saturated sampling technique because the entire small population became research participants. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with the Spearman correlation test. The results showed a significant influence between the Pancasila student profile and religious character with a hypothesis test significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The contribution magnitude was shown through the determination coefficient test with an R square value of 0.403, which means the Pancasila student profile contributes 40% to the variation in religious character, while the remaining 60% is influenced by other factors. This study concludes that integrating Pancasila values into learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah effectively enhances the religious character of students. maximum 200 word abstract in English in italics with Verdana Pro Cond Light, 12 point. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of think pair share learning strategy assisted by index card match on student learning outcomes in the 2023/2024 academic year at SD Negeri 058295 Benteng Sari. This research is a quasi experiment research with one group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in class V of SD Negeri 058295 Benteng Sari in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year with a total of 30 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using essay questions to measure student learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out by statistical analysis of paired sample t-tests. Based on the results of the study obtained a significance value of 0.001. The value is smaller than 0.05 so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference in the think pair share learning strategy assisted by learning media index card match on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 058295 Benteng Sari. So it can be concluded that the think pair share learning strategy assisted by index card match media can significantly improve student learning outcomes. Thus, this strategy can be applied in elementary schools to improve students' understanding and academic achievement.
