Abstract

The idea of a cashless society has attracted attention because of its potential to transform financial transactions. The shift toward a cashless government presents a valuable opportunity to modernize public services, increase transparency, and promote financial inclusion. If all transactions occur electronically, it has potential to decrease corruption and curb cultural fraud. However, it comes with challenges. Governments must carefully design and implement strategies to address issues related to digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital literacy, and the inclusion of vulnerable populations. This academic study aims to examine the research gap concerning the implementation of a cashless government as a crucial ICS. By examining the benefits, challenges, and potential risks linked to the approach, we can gain a clearer understanding of its potential, effectiveness and feasibility as a solution. Due to the significant cultural influence in corruption attempts, a resilient ICS is crucial. By doing so, they can fully leverage the advantages of a cashless system, ensuring its benefits reach all regional area throughout Indonesia. This transition is a complex but essential part of digital evolution

Abstract

Advertising industry plays an important role in the development of a company, because through advertising, a company can deliver its message to consumers directly or indirectly. The study aims to test previous research on the influence of innovation, after sales service, and customer relationship management on repurchase intention through corporate brand image as a mediated variable. This research uses PT Prisma Harapan which is one of the advertising companies that many have media outside the digital space as the focus of research. The respondents of this study were obtained using purposive sampling with the sample criteria in this study being companies that had at least collaborated with PT Prisma Harapan in the last 2 years. The respondents collected in this study were 55 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using the PLS-based SEM method. The results of the study showed that innovation does not directly affect repurchase intention, innovation must go through corporate brand image as a mediating variable. However, after sales service, customer relationship management have a positive influence on repurchase intention and this influence become stronger when mediated by corporate brand image

Abstract

The study investigates the non-linear correlation between the financial performance of companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and their commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). It uses the Driscoll-Kraay method in a Fixed Effect regression model with panel data from 145 companies over the years 2019–2023. The findings show that there is a U-shaped relationship between CSR and Return on Assets (ROA), whereby CSR first reduces ROA before eventually increasing it above an ideal level. Nevertheless, there was no discernible relationship between Return on Equity (ROE) and CSR. Growth, leverage, and company size all had a consistent effect on both financial performance metrics. These results offer insightful information for creating CSR plans that take into account both immediate and long-term financial consequences. The study underscores the significance of employing a variety of financial performance indicators when assessing the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and stresses the necessity of adopting a comprehensive approach to comprehending the intricate correlation between CSR and corporate financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of internal and external locus of control on employee performance, with work motivation as a possible mediator. Locus of control is a psychological concept that refers to the tendency of individuals to assess the extent to which they have control over events in their lives. Work motivation, on the other hand, is an internal or external drive that drives an individual to achieve goals and do a good job. Previous research has shown that individuals with internal locus of control tend to perform better in the workplace, but there is still a need to better understand how the locus of control affects employee performance, as well as the factors that may mediate those relationships. Therefore, this study hypothesizes that work motivation can act as a mediator in the relationship between locus of control and employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide valuable insights for human resource managers and practitioners in designing policies and practices that support optimal employee engagement and performance. With a better understanding of the factors that affect employee performance, organizations can develop more effective strategies for motivating and retaining high-quality employees, positively impacting the company's overall productivity and success

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, the concept of hybrid entrepreneurship has emerged as a prominent phenomenon, where individuals manage at least one business while still maintaining a permanent job. This provides benefits in the form of income diversification, incorporation of interests and expertise, and flexibility of time and resources. The growth of technology and global connectivity supports the development of hybrid entrepreneurship through digital platforms and social networks, enabling collaboration and innovation without being limited by geographical boundaries. While it offers great potential, hybrid entrepreneurship also faces challenges such as complex time management, financial issues, and regulations. Further research is needed to understand the factors that influence an individual's decision to engage in hybrid entrepreneurship, as well as the importance of the context of the business environment in supporting the growth of this phenomenon. This research aims to uncover the motivation behind ASN's decision to become a hybrid entrepreneur, fill in the gaps in the literature, and provide insights for the development of policies, education programs, and sustainable business growth
