Abstract

Distance Learning (PJJ) or online systems are now a popular educational model, requiring educational institutions to be more responsive and adaptive as a solution to ensure continuity of learning. Many studies state that online learning has a positive impact on learning outcomes, but have not focused on evaluating the challenges faced during the adaptation of the learning process. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PJJ implementation, using a qualitative approach through summative evaluation methods. The research results show that the implementation of PJJ is still less than optimal due to the lack of an integrated Learning Management System (LMS) and low innovation in the delivery of material by educators, as well as the double burden of educators who also act as parents. This study recommends increasing teacher digital competence through training, providing an efficient LMS, and adapting an online learning-based curriculum to ensure the continuity of education that is responsive to the challenges of the current digital era

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the planning of the independent learning curriculum in fostering religious character at MTs Diponegoro and MTs Sudirman Kawengen, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. 2) To find out the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in fostering religious character at MTs Diponegoro and MTs Sudirman Kawengen, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a field research approach. The subjects in this study were the head of the madrasah, teachers and students. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are, 1) Independent Learning Curriculum Planning in Cultivating Religious Character at MTs Diponegoro, namely, Analyzing Learning Achievements, Planning and implementing diagnostic assessments, meaning that diagnostic assessments aim to identify the competencies, strengths, and weaknesses of students. While the planning at MTs Sudirman Kawengen is to prepare the Operational Curriculum of the Education Unit (KOSP) document, prepare the flow of learning objectives, compile criteria for achieving learning objectives, compile teaching modules and prepare Pancasila profile projects. 2) Implementation of the independent curriculum implementation of Islamic Religious Education Subject Teachers at MTs Diponegoro in participating in the Training is fairly sufficient (needs improvement).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the Tablighi Jamaah's da'wah movement. Research results show that the founder of Jamaah Tabligh was a scholar named Muhammad Ilyas bin Muhammad Ismail Al-Kandahlawi. Members of this movement are organized according to how much they contribute and are active in their participation in the movement. The formation of the Tabligh Jamaah was influenced by the local Islamic culture in India. Their preaching movements covered the days of the Prophet and his companions. They claim to be communities that are neutral to religious mazhab, social organizations, and political activities, but still follow the principles of ahlu al-sunnah wa al-jamaah. Their primary purpose is to strengthen the spiritual dimension in the life of every Muslim, both individually and socially. They conveyed the importance of having sincere intentions in spreading religion, while paying attention to the understanding of tasawuf as part of this movement. The typical approach they use is the khuruj, which is based on the 110th verse of Ali Imran's Surah. In Indonesia, the development of the Tabligh Jamaah was very rapid, as evidenced by the increase in the number of members and the widespread religious activity in various regions.

Abstract

This qualitative study applies a pragmatic approach that investigates the complaining speech act (CSA) used by male and female music teachers based on the substansion of the Solo Song Competition in WhatsApp Group. Data were collected from the utterances of 13 participants using note-taking. The results indicated several findings. First, male music teachers have the highest preference for using the expression of disapproval with annoyance in the substance of after TM. In contrast, female music teachers have the highest preference for using the hint and the blame with explicit blame for person in the substance of before TM. The reason is not only about a high pressure from the school, parents, and students regarding the competitions, but also about dissatisfaction, dislike, and worry with a situation that is perceived as unfair, unprofessional, or harmful. Third, based on the comparison of the result of this study and previous researches reveals that gender influenced the choice of CSA usage. The results revealed that most of the complaints were related to issues regarding the competition regulations after TM. The competition regulations that were highly complained by both male and female music teachers were the inappropriate music instruments for men and women. The results also indicated that most of the complaints were addressed to the coordinator of the competition committee. The complaints submitted were a result of the untrustworthiness of male and female music teachers to the competition committee

Abstract

Leadership style and the ability to motivate teachers are two aspects of school human resource management that are closely connected. Because of its impact on educator effectiveness, this merits consideration in plans for the future of education. Educators, in their role as creators of a conducive learning environment, have a responsibility to support their students' intellectual growth by challenging them to think critically and imaginatively. A good leadership style is context dependent; this is especially true for school principals, who are required to cultivate a dynamic leadership style. At the Wira Buana Bekasi Vocational School, the research was conducted. Finding out how principal leadership style and offering work motivation affect teachers' performance is the main goal of this research. Thirty instructors from Wira Buana Bekasi Vocational School participated in the survey that formed the basis of this study. Leadership style, offering job incentive, and instructor performance are the three facets of the data gathering approach that utilize primary data and are collected through interviews, observations, and surveys. The outcomes indicate that the administration style of the principal and the availability of work incentive significantly impact teacher performance in a good way. Results from data analysis employing partial and multiple correlation approaches, multiple regression, and followed by hypothesis testing provide support for this, as does the Y a decrease equation = 14.400 + 0.498 X1 + 0.232 X2. The r2 coefficient is 68%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe attitude assessments at the planning, implementation and reporting stages at SD IT Tiara az-Zahra, Palangka Raya city. Descriptive qualitative research is this research. Documentation, observation and interview techniques were used in the data collection process. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data withdrawal are the data analysis methods used. Source triangulation was used to validate the data. Research findings include evaluating learning objectives in relation to attitude elements at Tiara Az-Zahra IT Elementary School, Palangka Raya city at the planning stage. This includes the development of tools and indicators related to KI and KD as well as attitude assessment strategies and instruments. Directly observing student behavior and documenting it in an attitude evaluation diary are two observation methods used in attitude assessment. At the reporting stage, journal notes made by students regarding spiritual and social attitudes are analyzed and presented as attitude predicates and descriptions.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Qiraati method in managing memorizing the Koran at the Tahfidz Darul Quran Al Haramain Islamic Boarding School. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data was collected from 30 students who were randomly selected and are currently participating in the tahfidz program. The variables measured include memorization speed, retention (memory power), and the students' comfort level with using the Qiraati method. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to identify the relationship between the Qiraati method and the students' memorization results. The results showed that the Qiraati method significantly increased memorization speed and retention. Most students feel comfortable and motivated in using this method, which is indicated by the high level of satisfaction. Apart from that, time management and repetition strategies implemented through this method also support the success of the tahfidz program. In conclusion, the Qiraati method has proven to be effective in accelerating and strengthening memorization of the Al-Qur'an in this Islamic boarding school. This research can be a reference for other tahfidz educational institutions in Al-Qur'an learning management.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between the concept of creation in the Qur'an and modern biological theories, with a specific focus on integrating tafsir ilmi in understanding the creation of living beings. Through a literature review and thematic exegesis approach, this research examines Qur'anic verses related to the creation of humans and other living creatures, and compares them with contemporary biological theories. The findings reveal a harmony between the teachings of the Qur'an and scientific concepts, where both can complement each other in providing a deeper understanding of the creation process. This study also emphasizes the importance of integrating religion and science to reinforce the relevance of the Qur'an in the context of modern scientific advancements. Abstract

The objectives of the study are (1) To analyze the objectives of Reward and Punishment in Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMA Negeri 1 Natar, South Lampung Regency. (2) To analyze the forms of Reward and Punishment in Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMA Negeri 1 Natar, South Lampung Regency. (3) To analyze the steps of Reward and Punishment in Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMA Negeri 1 Natar, South Lampung Regency. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were all class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Natar, South Lampung Regency in the 2023-2024 academic year, totaling 40 students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis techniques in the form of qualitative analysis with source triangulation and method triangulation techniques. The conclusion of this study is (1) The purpose of giving rewards and punishments is to increase students' learning motivation during Islamic Religious Education learning, (2) The forms of rewards and punishments applied: thumbs up, activeness scores, attention, praise, prizes. While the forms of punishment are: verbal warnings, cleaning up trash in the classroom, giving assignments in class, and asking questions, (3) Steps for Giving Rewards and Punishments: planning the implementation of rewards and punishments, the teacher carries out the planning that has been agreed upon in class, the teacher reviews the lessons that have been previously studied, the teacher begins to enter the core of the lesson, the teacher explains the implementation of rewards and punishments that will be given to students depending on how the students behave. If students follow the lesson well and obey class rules, the teacher will give rewards in the form of extra marks and prizes.

Abstract

Online games are games that can be accessed by many players where the machines used by the players are connected by a network. Generally, the network used to play is the Internet. The rise of online games has caused players to become addicted to these games. The addiction phase of playing games is a situation where it is very difficult for a player to escape from the game, so that the learning activities of children and teenagers are disrupted. This research aims to describe the influence of playing online games on learning activities in grade IV school-aged children at SDN Bojong 02, Jatibarang District, Brebes Regency. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach with a sample of 12 people. It can be seen that the learning activities of children who do not play online games are better than children whose activities play online games because it can be seen from the daily activities they do at home and at school that it can influence their learning activities so that they need supervision and control from parents and teachers to be able to provide direction. or understanding the dangers of online game addiction so that they can be responsible as students whose job is only to study, not to play online games. The influence of playing online games on learning activities in grade IV (Four) school age children at SDN Bojong 02, Jatibarang District, Brebes Regency. For further researchers, it can be developed into research on the influence of playing online games on changes in sleep patterns in teenagers
