The BOCP aims to provide a platform for examining and discussing issues in counseling, psychotherapy, and other related topics. It invites submissions from diverse perspectives and approaches, including those from developing countries. The journal aims to promote ongoing dialogue and discourse on important topics and provide insight into the counseling needs of individuals, groups, and society by publishing articles that explore various aspects of the field, including empirical research, innovative techniques, and professional issues. This includes research from developing countries, which may offer unique perspectives and approaches to counseling and psychotherapy and help advance the field globally. This article was written based on a unique consideration of the implementation of mind mapping in study groups as a strategy in the world of education, especially in the realm of education management. This study proposes a strategic framework that can help link learning services with study group counseling mind mapping. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The sources of data used in this research are primary and secondary. Mind mapping of group counseling To get a complete picture in this article, a qualitative approach is used. Research results in counseling services. Management functions include; planning, organizing, directing and controlling. Therefore, management is defined as the process of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling learning efforts. Mind mapping of study group counseling is an art in teacher skills to be applied in various fields, especially counseling guidance.

This reseach and development aims contextual-based teaching materials that are valid, practical, and effective in improving students' critical thinking skills fifth grade elementary school students. Type of research and development used refers to the theory of R&D Borg and Gall. The population of this research is schools located in the Ahmad Yani Cluster, Sekampung District, East Lampung Regency. The sample of this research is the fifth-grade students of SDN 2 Giriklopomulyo. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis used qualitative analysis with descriptive percentage for expert and practitioner validation, and quantitative analysis with Rasch program for validity and reliability and SPSS program to test effectiveness. The results of this study indicate that the contextual-based teaching materials that were developed are valid and practical to use based on the results of expert validation and the results of the questionnaire responses of educators and students. The results of the N-Gain test and paired sample t-test obtained a significant value <0.05. These results show that contextual-based teaching materials are effective in improving the critical thinking skills of fifth grade elementary school students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between academic stress and academic procrastination in psychology students of the 2018 SWCU class during the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is quantitative research with a correlational design, using the Accidental Sampling technique which is part of the non-probability sampling technique. The participants in this study were psychology students from the 2018 Satya Wacana Christian University with 86 students. The research variables were measured using two scales, namely the Adult Inventory of Procrastination scale developed by Steel, which was used to measure the academic procrastination scale and the Educational Stress Scale for Adolescent scale which was used to measure academic stress developed by Sun, Hou, and Xu. Data analysis used the Pearson product moment correlation method. The results showed a significant positive relationship between academic stress and academic procrastination with r = 0.635 and a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). It can be interpreted that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. the higher the academic procrastination, and vice versa, the lower the academic stress, the lower the academic procrastination in psychology students from the 2018 Satya Wacana Christian University.

The purpose of this study is to produce guidance and counseling management products in elementary schools by adjusting the characteristics of students in swampland, where the development component focuses on (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementing, (4) evaluating, and (5) follow-up. The methodology used by the researcher is research and development, by adopting four of the 10 stages of Borg and Gall, including the following: (1) preliminary study. (2) hypothetical development, (3) hypothetical model review, (4) revision. The results of this study are: (1) guidance and counseling services in elementary schools have not been ideal in their implementation, (2) compiled and validated a prototype of guidance and counseling management in elementary schools in swampy areas. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the guidance and counseling management model in elementary schools in swampy areas has been tested, (1) considering that this model has been validated by academics with a background in guidance and counseling education, and validated by school teacher practitioners. which will later carry out guidance and counseling services at the schools where they work.

Guidance and counseling as a systematic, objective, logical, and sustainable and programmed effort carried out by counselors or Guidance and Counseling teachers to facilitate the development of students/counselors to achieve independence in their lives, of course, must also utilize this Technology and Information to be more effective and efficient in carrying out therapeutic services (helping relationships). What is unavoidable today is related to advances in technology and information. The purpose of this study is to design a needs analysis instrument application based on the potential problems of students in high school in the city of Banjarmasin. The method used is research and development (R&D) which focuses on designing a needs analysis instrument application based on the potential problems of students in senior high schools in Banjarmasin. The result of this research is that the model developed by the researcher is based on primary and secondary data. The conclusion of this study is that the model that has been developed can be continued to the validation stage of experts and practitioners to obtain its advantages and disadvantages so that it can be followed up to the trial stage and disseminated to users in high school formal education institutions.

Several countries in the world have entered the stage of globalization, and more and more human resources are needed to adapt to the modernization process. Therefore, human resources play an essential role in the sustainability of life today and tomorrow. However, all activities are carried out online due to the increasing pandemic. It makes all individuals experience work stress. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing time management on employees during a pandemic on the level of work stress experienced by new and other situations so that adjustments must be made to these circumstances. This study used descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The study results showed that 23.5% experienced mild stress and 76.5% experienced moderate stress, and none experienced severe stress. Therefore, the application of good time management can reduce the level of work stress experienced by respondents. The application of time management is to be effective because it has fulfilled five aspects, namely planning, prioritizing, avoiding multitasking, avoiding things that are not important, and setting time limits.

This study aims to find out how the description of adolescents with bipolar disorder with drastic and extreme mood changes who carry out self-disclosure on social media during the pandemic. Subject selection using snowball sampling technique. Participants were 2 adolescents with bipolar disorder range aged 18-23 years, using social media for 2-3 hours in one time, and during a pandemic, the number of posts on social media increased, difficult to interact with other people directly and often share posts or writings or things that should not be shared on social media. Retrieval of data in this study using a qualitative approach, using in-depth online interviews, observation and collecting documentation as secondary research data. The results of this study indicate that the subjects experienced drastic changes in living life on social media during the pandemic, both subjects experienced fluctuating emotional changes and both also found ways to express themselves on social media during the pandemic, which states that people with bipolar disorder have lots of topics to talk about and daydream about something out of the ordinary. The main cause of bipolar disorder that often relapses is the pandemic period where people with bipolar disorder often feel relapse because they cannot meet their peers freely and even feel very lonely.

As a 21st century teacher, supervising teachers are required to have digital competence. Digital competence is the ability of a teacher to use information and communication technology based on pedagogical principles so that it has implications for methods in educating. This study wants to see the digital competencies possessed by supervising teachers. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a research sample consisting of 30 supervising teachers under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion of Rejang Lebong Regency. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire which tabulated the responses to each item. The results of the tabulation are made into the average of the answers in each aspect. The results showed that the digital competence of teachers was in the medium category, where 40% of the responses were in the medium category. For this reason, supervising teachers need to be even more active to improve digital competence in the 21st century.

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of 4c skills (communication, collaboration, and critical thinking through the skills of guidance and counselling teachers on implementing basic guidance and counselling services in Makassar City Junior High Schools. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design that aims to investigate the extent to which a variable is related to one or more variables. The research data were collected using research instruments, namely the BK teacher's 4C skill questionnaire and the implementation of basic guidance and counseling services which were distributed to 60 respondents of guidance and counseling teachers, this instrument has been tested for validity and reliability with confirmatory factor analysis, then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis using JASP statistical data. So the results of the research: 1) The description of the implementation of basic services has a high category, 2) The description of the 4C skills of BK teachers from critical thinking variables is in the high category, and creativity, collaboration, and communication are in the medium category, 3) Communication skills BK teacher communication and collaboration have a direct influence on the implementation of basic counselling services but indirectly through creativity, while critical thinking skills have no direct and indirect influence on the implementation of basic counselling services through creativity.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees of company which is engaged in retail. Participants in this study were employees who worked at company with a total population of 32 participants. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach, with a non-probabilty sampling technique, namely saturated sampling by taking the entire population of 32 participants. Measurement of organizational culture uses a scale from Hartanto (2016) which develops a scale from Robbins (2011) to measure organizational culture with a cronbach alpha of 0.856. Meanwhile, to measure job satisfaction using a job satisfaction scale according to Spector (1997) with a cronbach alpha of 0.791. The scale is distributed in the form of a questionnaire, with data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 and simple linear regression analysis with the equation Y= a + bX. The results of data analysis obtained the equation Y = 30,754 + 0.110 X. This means that the results of the study found that organizational culture had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at company. Thus the research hypothesis which reads that there is a significant influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at company accepted.
