Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the think pair and share cooperative learning model in improving social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SDN Center Mangalli. The approach used is a qualitative approach. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles and each cycle is held in two meetings. Each cycle goes through 4 stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation stage, and the reflection stage. The focus of this research is the focus of the process and focus of learning and documentation. The subjects of this study were 25 class V teachers and fifth grade students consisting of 17 male students and 8 female students. In this study, the researcher acted as the executor of the action and the class teacher as the observer. Data analysis techniques are qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the application of the cooperative learning model type think pair and share in cycle I was 56% (enough) of students who passed with an average student score of 67.6. Then in cycle II there was an increase to 92% (very good) of students who passed with an average student score of 86.4. Based on the analysis of social studies learning outcomes, it can be concluded that there is an increase in social studies learning outcomes of students by using the think pair and share cooperative learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to develop electronic worksheets for students of Pancasila education class IV, in order to add teaching materials in schools and produce electronic student worksheets (e-LK) for class IV Pancasila education that are valid, practical, and effective so as to improve results. learning students at SDN 01 Padang Laweh. This electronic student worksheet (e-LK) is assisted by live worksheets to make e-LK interesting. The development model used is the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the results of validation by five validators, namely graphic, content, language, questions, and teaching module validators, an average score of 89% was obtained in the very valid category, practical results by class IV teacher practitioners and students obtained a percentage of 96.45%. with the very practical category, while the results of the effectiveness test in the form of test questions obtained a complete average of 89.47% with a very effective category.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Effect of the Application of Problem Based Learning Models Assisted by Audio Visual Media on Learning Outcomes of the Subtheme of Preservation of Natural Resources Wealth inIndonesia. This research was carried out at SDN Bantarjati 8 Bogor City for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is with a two-class type of quasi-design experimental research. The subject of this study was class IV SDN Bantarjati 8 Bogor City consisting of 58 students. Data collection carried out to obtain learning outcomes was obtained using Pretest and Postest. This study also used the as normality test with the liliefors test. The results showed thatthe results were normally distributed because the values of both samples were smaller than the Ltable. in the experimental class group L count < L table, which is 0.048 < 0.161, in the control class L calculate < Ltable, which is 0.025 < 0.161. Furthermore, the result of the hypothesis test states that Ho is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted because the value of t is calculated (4.89297) > ttable (2.00324) with dk 56 and significance level 0.05 (5%). Thus, there is an influence on the application of the Problem Based Learning model Assisted by Audio Visual Media on the learning outcomes of the subtheme of Preservation of Natural Resource Wealth in Indonesia in class IV SDN Bantarjati 8 Bogor City Even Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

Abstract

Education is the process of a person developing all the abilities both intellectual and emotional, attitudes, and behaviors he has. Education can also be interpreted as the process of changing the attitudes and behaviors of a person or group of people with the aim of maturing through teaching media. Education is the main key in improving the quality of a nation. This research aims to create a comic learning media. This study uses the type of research and development (R &; D) this researcher uses the ADDIE model (analyze, design, dpelovment, implementation, and evaluation) the type of data taken in this study is quantative and qualitative data. The instruments used in this study are validation sheets, practicality sheets and effectiveness sheets. Data collection techniques used using observation techniques. Interviews and documentation. Data analysis in the form of validity analysis, practicality analysis and effectiveness analysis. The results of the validity of comic learning media assessed by validators amounted to 3 people, showing that comic learning media obtained a percentage of 85.83%. With a very valid category, comic learning media is suitable for use and in accordance with the provisions of SD Negeri 04 Koto Baru. Practicality assessed from teacher response questionnaires and student response questionnaires to comic learning media obtained the following percentages: teacher response questionnaire 96% with very practical category, student response questionnaire 93.05% with very practical category, so based on the analysis of the teacher response questionnaire and student response questionnaire, it can be concluded that comic learning media is very practical for science learning in the SDN Negeri 04 koto baru class. The effectiveness assessed from the test question results obtained a percentage of 80% with the effectiveness category so that it can be said that using comic learning media is able to achieve learning objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of canva-based digital comics on the theme of the beauty of togetherness, the sub-theme of togetherness in class IV at SDN Karadenan 01 Bogor Regency and to determine the feasibility of canva-based digital comics for the learning process. The method used in this study is the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). In this study, validation tests were carried on experts in the media, language, and material fields to develop and perfect Canva-based digital comis products for students. The result of the data from the validation of material experts are 80%, which means it is very feasible to implement. Media experts are obtained 86% results, which means that they were stated to be very feasible to implement and the result from linguists obtained 100% result which meant that they were very feasible to implement, as well as limited trials conducted on class IV students as many as 23 stundents obtained proper scores for used by 89,82%, which means that this canva-based digital comics product is feasible to use.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of fourth grade students in science learning at SD Negeri 5 Pedamaran. This study aims to determine the effect of using the Scramble learning model with Question Card media on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 5 Pedamaran. The subjects in this study were class IV SD, namely class IVA as an experimental class which was taught using the Scramble learning model with Question Card media. Class IVB as a control class is taught using conventional learning. In this study using a quantitative approach to the experimental research method. The design form of the experimental method used is the Posttest Only Control Design. In collecting data, researchers used tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Independent Samples Test. The results showed that the application of the Scramble learning model with Question Card media could affect the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 5 Pedamaran, where the average score in the experimental class was 70.67 and in the control class was 43.60. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant effect of using the Scramble learning model with Question Card media on the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 5 Pedamaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how the impact of using smartphones, the religious character of students and the efforts of teachers in instilling religious character in students. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type, the informant selection technique was carried out by means of purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study are in accordance with the formulation of the problem (1) the impact of using smartphones on the religious character of students, (2) the efforts of teachers in instilling religious character in students. Based on the formulation of the problem, it can be formulated that the impact of smartphone use greatly influences the religious character of students. As for the impact of using a smartphone, namely (a) likes to rebel or fight, (b) lack of interest in learning, (c) lazy to pray, (d) arrogant, (e) likes to be alone. These efforts were carried out by the teachers to shape the personality of students to be better, and have good character as well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Discovery Learning model. This study used a quasi-experimental method. The research was conducted at a state elementary school in the city of Bogor, Bogor, in grades IV-A and IV-B in the even semester of 2022/2023. The data processing technique used is the data analysis prerequisite test which includes the normality test and homogeneity test then a hypothesis test is carried out using the t test. based on data analysis, the learning outcomes for the sub-theme of preserving natural resource wealth in Indonesia through the application of the Discovery Learning model obtained an average N-Gain of 70 with a complete learning outcome of 100% while the Picture And Picture model obtained an average N-Gain value of 57 with completeness learning outcomes of 88%. The results of testing the hypothesis stated that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted because tcount (3.8690) > ttable (2.01174). Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the application of the Discovery Learning model on learning outcomes in the sub-theme of preserving natural resource wealth in Indonesia

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low skills and interest of students to write and Indonesian language learning becomes boring, less interesting, and seems monotonous because of the selection of models and media that are not appropriate. This research aims to describe: (1) how students learn to write explanatory texts in Class VIII SMP Bimasena School before using the problem-based learning model assisted by articulate storyline media; (2) how students learn to write explanatory texts in Class VIII SMP Bimasena School after using the problem-based learning model assisted by articulate storyline media; (3) the difference in the ability to write explanatory texts of students in Class VIII SMP Bimasena School in the experimental class and control class using the problem-based learning model assisted by articulate storyline media. The method used, namely pure experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The results of this study, namely: (1) the value of experimental class students has not met the minimum completeness criteria that have been determined before applying the problem-based learning model assisted by articulate storyline media, this can be proven from the average value and recapitulation of the value that the average pretest of the experimental class is 17.3; (2) the value of experimental class students has met the predetermined minimum completeness criteria after applying the problem-based learning model assisted by articulate storyline media, this can be proven from the average value and recapitulation of the value that the average posttest of the experimental class is 86.5; (3) the experimental class has a higher value compared to the control class after receiving treatment, this can be proven from the recapitulation of the pretest and posttest and seen from the results of the independent sample t-test test, the Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ekstrakurikuler pramuka adalah pendidikan eksternal yang menggunakan sistem untuk membimbing dan membentuk karakter anggotanya. Kegiatan pramuka dianggap sebagai kegiatan pelengkap dari proses kegiatan belajar di sekolah. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam kepramukaan sangat membantu dalam proses menanamkan karakter kepada anak-anak. Usia anak sekolah dasar sangat tepat untuk meletakkan fondasi bagi pembentukan konsep moralitas dan menumbuhkan nilai karakter di dalamnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan baru tentang pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka di SD N Kalicari 01 Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai-nilai karakter siswa berlangsung dengan baik dibuktikan dengan memulai pembiasaan baik yang dilakukan oleh warga sekolah. Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka menerapkan pola bermain sambil belajar yang berguna untuk memperhatikan perkembangan pola pikir siswa dalam menerima pembelajaran dari materi dan tugas yang diberikan kakak Pembina Siaga maupun Penggalang. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai karakter pramuka dilakukan melalui pembiasaan secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Ekstrakurikuler, Pramuka, Nilai Karakter
