Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of implementing the independent curriculum on student learning achievement in elementary schools. The research sample consisted of 15 teachers and 70 students. The research method used involves descriptive statistical analysis, pretest and posttest comparative statistical tests, and regression analysis. The research results show a significant increase in student learning achievement after implementing the independent curriculum. The t-test revealed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest groups (p<0.05), confirming the positive impact of the new curriculum. The evaluation of the implementation of the independent curriculum revealed that all teachers had a good understanding even though they had obstacles in administration which was the main challenge. Student responses show higher motivation, although some face difficulties in learning tasks. Recommendations for future research include the development of more intensive teacher training strategies and increased administrative support. These findings have important implications for Education policy development and provide a basis for further improvements in the Education curriculum at Primary level

Abstract

The objectives of the study: (1) describe the interest in learning mathematics with the open ended and media concrete models, (2) compare the influence of the open ended and media concrete models on interest, (3) compare the influence of learning styles on interests, (4) determine the influence of interactions between teaching methods and learning styles on interests. The study used a pseudo-experimental research design with two experimental groups, namely open ended and media concrete. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires, while the data analysis technique uses multivariate analysis, two-way factorial design with unequal cells, and further tests with Bonferroni procedures. The results of this study are as follows: (1) the open ended and media concrete models are good for increasing students' interest in learning mathematics, (2) media concrete is better than the open Ended learning method in terms of student learning interest, (3) there is an influence of learning styles on student learning interests, with visual learning styles having better learning interests than auditorial learning styles, (4) there is no influence of interaction between learning methods and students' mathematics learning styles on students' interest in learning mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics through the use of discovery learning models in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 15 Muara Siberut semester 1 of the 2023/2024 academic year. The design of this study is classroom action research (CAR). The research variable is the independent variable discovery learning model and the dependent variable the results of learning mathematics students. Data collection techniques by means of observation and evaluation, instruments of data collection with observation sheets, written tests and multiple choice. Quantitative data analysis (learning outcomes) and qualitative techniques. The results showed an increase in mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 13 Muara South Siberut Subdistrict, Kepulauan Mentawai Regency, first semester of 2022/2023 academic year after discovery learning model action. Before the action, 7 students (30%) were completed. After being given action in the first cycle, there was an increase in the number of complete students to 14 (61%) in the second cycle there was an increase in the number of completed students to 21 (91%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ragam kegiatan fasilitasi dan capaian profil pelajar pancasila pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner dari sepuluh lembaga taman kanak-kanak di Kabupaten Kebumen. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner dengan tujuh pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan aspek kurikulum yang digunakan, fasilitasi kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, dan ketercapaian profil pelajar pancasila. Kegiatan fasiltasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dilaksanakan secara tematik. Secara umum kegiatan projek tersebut dapat mengembangkan capaian profil pelajar pancasila khususnya pada capaian dimensi gotong royong, mandiri, dan bernalar kritis.

Abstract

Sebagai era yang mengalami perkembangan yang semakin pesat berdampak pada semua aspek dalam kehidupan, terutama pada dunia pendidikan. Pendidikan akan terus mengalami perkembangan terutama akan perubahan kurikulum yang diterapkan. Guru menjadi aspek penting untuk proses pembelajaran dan kesuksesan dalam tujuan pendidikan nasional, untuk itu pentingnya skill pada guru. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan ini supaya dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai tantangan yang di hadapi para guru dalam penerpan kurikulum baru, yaitu kurikulum merdeka. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif serta agar menjamin keabsahan yang diperoleh maka menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik dalam analisis penulisan dari hasil wawancara,dan implementasi pada pokok utama penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka pada penerpan kurikulum merdeka memiliki tantangan tersendirinya, pada MIS Humaira sendiri tantangan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan pengambilan langkah-langkah yang tepat untuk perubahan yang terjadi. Selain itu dengan dukungan semua pihak terkait baik dari guru, sekolah, kepala sekolah dan orang tua akan membantu dalam kesuksesan pembelajaran serta kualitas pendidikan itu sendiri.

Abstract

Social studies is one of the subjects by studying various disciplines so that students are able to participate in social life, society, country and the world. The study of material in social studies subjects consists of sociology, geography, sociology, and economics. Natural features material is included in the study of geography in the map chapter. In the learning process, there are always inhibiting factors, whether it is from outside or from within, this affects student learning outcomes. The research method is carried out using qualitative methods of literature study by looking for references through journals, books, and others from previous researchers. The results of this study based on research using literature studies, found several problems in the implementation of Social Sciences (IPS).

Abstract

Nowadays, there are problems that show that there are still many students who have not implemented character values ​​in their daily lives. Where this cannot be denied is part of the impact of environmental changes which are currently increasingly heading in a global direction, so that elementary school students who are still in a position where they do not yet have a complete stance or in other words are still unstable, have their focus shifted towards other things. - things that actually lead to a decline in character values. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve students' speaking skills regarding fifth grade synonyms and antonyms by using the Wordwall game. This research uses a quantitative method with a True Experimental Design in the form of a pretest-posttest Control Group Design. The data analysis technique uses the t-test on posttest scores. With learning outcomes supported by static calculations after the Indonesian language learning process to improve students' speaking skills in the experimental class and Indonesian language learning experienced a slight increase in the control class. It can be seen that the final conditions of student learning outcomes are different. Through the t-polled variant test, it is proven that the t-count is 2.566 > t-table 2.021, so h0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that it can be said that the effectiveness of the Wordwall Game in Speaking Skills on Synonymous and Antonym Material for Class V Students of SDI Al Madina.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter budaya disiplin peserta didik adalah upaya yang bisa kita ikhtiari agar cita-cita bangsa kita untuk menjadikan generasi emas ditahun 2045 terwujud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa jauh keefektifan upaya pembentukan karakter disiplin peserta didik dengan literasi menulis jurnal pribadi. Peneliti meggunakan metode literature review. Studi literarure review ini dilakukan untuk menyelidiki konsep, relevansi dan efektifitas GERILYA dalam pembentukan karakter budaya disiplin pada peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar dengan menganalisa beberapa artikel penelitian dari dua tahun terakhir yaitu pada tahun 2021 sampai 2023. Data didapatkan dari Google Schoolar. dengan kata sandi karakter disiplin siswa sekolah dasar, literasi menulis jurnal pribadi dan sekolah dasar. Hasil dari literature ini didapatkan 6 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil dari studi literature ini didapatkan kedisiplinan sangat rendah pada siswa sekolah dasar masih rendah. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi masukan untuk pendidik dalam merencanakan pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan pembentukan karakter disiplin literasi pada siswa di pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Education in the modern era requires a dynamic and responsive system to ensure the provision of good and quality education. In an effort to improve the quality of education, internal organizational factors, especially organizational culture, play an important role in forming a conducive, positive and motivating work environment for education staff. Organizational culture includes the shared values, norms, and beliefs held by members of an organization. As an integral component in organizational life, organizational culture has the potential to influence the behavior, motivation and performance of individuals who work in it. In particular, education personnel, who play a vital role in delivering and managing education, can be influenced by organizational culture that supports or even hinders the achievement of educational goals. Emita et al. (2021) explains that organizational culture variables have an important role and significantly influence employee performance. The writing method used is literature study, where this literature study research method involves analysis and synthesis of existing literature or writings to produce an in-depth understanding of the research topic or problem. The research details the importance of organizational culture on the performance of educational staff through understanding the concept of organizational culture, its relationship with motivation and job satisfaction, as well as the factors that influence the formation of organizational culture. These findings provide in-depth insight for educational leaders and human resource management practitioners to design policies and strategies that strengthen organizational culture to improve the performance and satisfaction of educational staff in educational institutions
