Abstract

Education is a fundamental element in national development. High quality education not only plays a role in improving human resources but also becomes the basis for the progress of a country. The quality of learning at SD Negeri Logede also still requires serious attention. Teachers often face difficulties in preparing learning plans that are in accordance with student needs. In implementing learning, the methods used tend to be monotonous and less innovative, so that students are not actively involved in the learning process. This has an impact on student learning outcomes that are less than satisfactory. This study aims to analyze the role of supervisors in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri Logede, Sumber District, Rembang Regency. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that supervisors play an important role in academic supervision, teacher coaching, and curriculum development. The impact is seen in improving the quality of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. The obstacles faced by supervisors include limited time and resources. This study recommends strengthening collaboration between supervisors, teachers, and principals to create better quality learning. Keywords: supervisor, quality of learning, academic supervision

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman menulis teks diskripsi pada siswa kelas 3 SD Negeri 04 Gajahmungkur. Model Problem Based Learning dapat mendorong siswa untuk belajar melalui pemecahan masalah nyata, sementara video pembelajaran dapat menyediakan konteks visual yang menarik dan mendukung pemahaman konsep. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman menulis teks diskripsi siswa menggunakan media berupa videopembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed method pendekatan yang menggabungkan tektik kualitatif dan kuantitatif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar anak tunagrahita di SKh Negeri 02 Kota Serang. Anak tunagrahita memiliki keterbatasan intelektual yang memengaruhi proses belajarnya, sehingga peran guru menjadi sangat penting dalam menyediakan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif, personalisasi materi, dan dukungan emosional. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan sebagai fasilitator, motivator, dan pembimbing dalam proses belajar. Strategi yang digunakan meliputi pembelajaran konkret, pengulangan, dan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Kesimpulannya, peran guru sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar anak tunagrahita, terutama melalui pendekatan yang terstruktur dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in improving the learning abilities of children with intellectual disabilities at SKh Negeri 02 Kota Serang. Children with intellectual disabilities face limitations in their intellectual functioning, which impacts their learning process, making the teacher's role crucial in providing effective learning strategies, personalized materials, and emotional support. This research employs a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings indicate that teachers act as facilitators, motivators, and guides in the learning process. The strategies employed include concrete learning, repetition, and the use of engaging teaching media. In conclusion, the teacher's role is significant in enhancing the learning abilities of children with intellectual disabilities, particularly through structured and individualized approaches.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the condition of children with autism, find out the difficulties in communication and interaction of children with autism and find out the special services provided for children with autism aged 12 years in SKh 1 Serang city. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subject of this research was one autistic child and several key informants such as teachers and parents. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The observation results show several challenges, difficulties, and obstacles experienced by autistic children

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the behavior of children with mild autism in social interactions and activities in the school environment, focusing on one student at SKh Negeri 01 Pembina Pandeglang. Children with mild autism often face challenges in social interactions, communication, and adaptation to new environments, which can affect their participation in school activities. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that students with mild autism in this school tend to need time to adjust to the new environment. For example, when participating in gymnastics activities, students first observe the situation before deciding to join, by choosing a location that feels safe and quiet. In addition, it was found that students showed fear or anxiety responses when meeting new people. However, with the right approach and a supportive atmosphere, students were able to show improvements in social engagement and school activities. This study underlines the importance of inclusive environmental support and focused interventions to help children with mild autism develop social interaction skills and adapt to the school environment. This study also contributes to the development of educational strategies for children with special needs, especially in SKh Negeri 01 Pembina Pandeglang. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perilaku anak autisme ringan dalam interaksi sosial dan aktivitas di lingkungan sekolah, dengan fokus pada satu siswa di SKh Negeri 01 Pembina Pandeglang. Anak dengan autisme ringan sering menghadapi tantangan dalam berinteraksi sosial, komunikasi, serta adaptasi terhadap lingkungan baru, yang dapat memengaruhi partisipasi mereka dalam kegiatan sekolah. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa autisme ringan di sekolah ini cenderung membutuhkan waktu untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan baru. Contohnya, saat mengikuti kegiatan senam, siswa lebih dulu mengamati situasi sebelum memutuskan untuk bergabung, dengan memilih lokasi yang dirasa aman dan sepi. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa siswa menunjukkan respons ketakutan atau kecemasan ketika bertemu dengan orang baru. Meski demikian, dengan pendekatan yang tepat dan suasana yang mendukung, siswa mampu menunjukkan peningkatan dalam keterlibatan sosial dan aktivitas sekolah. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya dukungan lingkungan yang inklusif serta intervensi yang terfokus untuk membantu anak autisme ringan mengembangkan kemampuan interaksi sosial dan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sekolah. Studi ini juga memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi pendidikan bagi anak dengan kebutuhan khusus, khususnya di SKh Negeri 01 Pembina Pandeglang.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMental health challenges and drug addiction are intricate issues that demand a multifaceted approach. In Indonesia, the incidence of mental health disorders and substance abuse has been steadily increasing each year, creating profound effects on individuals, families, and the broader community. The Dhira Suman Trotoha Foundation, situated in Serang, Banten, stands out as a rehabilitation center dedicated to mental health recovery, drug addiction intervention, and addressing other critical concerns. The foundation provides holistic rehabilitation programs that encompass counseling, psychological therapy, and supportive activities aimed at restoring patients' overall well-being. This research seeks to examine the rehabilitation strategies employed by the foundation, with a specific focus on the treatment of schizophrenia—a persistent mental health condition that disrupts cognitive, emotional, and social functioning. Efforts to manage schizophrenia in Indonesia are met with considerable challenges, such as societal stigma and a scarcity of adequate rehabilitation facilities. This study aspires to gain a comprehensive understanding of the holistic rehabilitation methods utilized, assess the effectiveness of the programs, identify operational challenges, and evaluate their positive impacts on patients. The findings from this research are anticipated to inform the development of mental health policies and rehabilitation initiatives in Indonesia. Additionally, the study aims to foster greater public awareness about the necessity of compassionate and inclusive care for individuals living with mental health disorders. ABSTRAKMasalah kesehatan mental dan kecanduan narkoba merupakan isu kompleks yang membutuhkan penanganan komprehensif. Di Indonesia, prevalensi gangguan jiwa dan penyalahgunaan narkotika terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, berdampak signifikan pada individu, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Yayasan Dhira Suman Trotoha, yang berlokasi di Serang, Banten, telah menjadi salah satu pusat rehabilitasi yang berfokus pada pemulihan kesehatan mental, penanganan kecanduan narkoba, dan berbagai permasalahan serius lainnya. Yayasan ini menawarkan program rehabilitasi berbasis terapi holistik yang mencakup konseling, terapi psikologis, dan kegiatan pendukung untuk memulihkan kesehatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati metode rehabilitasi yang diterapkan di yayasan tersebut, khususnya dalam menangani pasien skizofrenia—gangguan mental kronis yang memengaruhi fungsi kognitif, emosional, dan sosial. Penanganan skizofrenia di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan besar, termasuk stigma sosial dan keterbatasan fasilitas rehabilitasi. Melalui observasi ini, diharapkan diperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai pendekatan rehabilitasi holistik yang diterapkan, efektivitas program, tantangan operasional, serta dampak positif terhadap pasien. Hasil observasi diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk pengembangan kebijakan kesehatan mental dan program rehabilitasi di Indonesia, sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya penanganan yang manusiawi dan komprehensif bagi penderita gangguan mental.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research utilized a qualitative approach with diverse data collection techniques, including in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The selection of Dhira Suman Tritoha Foundation as the research site was based on its status as a mental, narcotic, and geriatric rehabilitation center, which is relevant for observing the condition of drug addicts who experience physical and mental damage. Dhira Suman Tritoha Foundation in Serang, Banten, was established in response to the increasing cases of mental illness and drug abuse. The rehabilitation program implemented covers medical, social, and spiritual aspects, with activities such as music therapy, counseling, and religious rituals. Mr. S's case demonstrates the importance of comprehensive rehabilitation support and the active role of the family in the patient's recovery. Despite facing challenges in patient management, the rehabilitation staff is committed to providing the best care so that patients can return to normal daily life. ABSTRACT Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang beragam, termasuk wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif. Pemilihan Yayasan Dhira Suman Tritoha sebagai lokasi penelitian didasarkan pada statusnya sebagai pusat rehabilitasi mental, narkotika, dan geriatri, yang relevan untuk mengamati kondisi pecandu narkoba yang mengalami kerusakan fisik dan jiwa. Yayasan Dhira Suman Tritoha di Serang, Banten, didirikan sebagai respons terhadap meningkatnya kasus gangguan jiwa dan penyalahgunaan narkotika. Program rehabilitasi yang diterapkan mencakup aspek medis, sosial, dan spiritual, dengan berbagai aktivitas seperti terapi musik, konseling, dan ritual keagamaan. Kasus Tuan S menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan rehabilitasi yang menyeluruh dan peran aktif keluarga dalam pemulihan pasien. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan pasien, staf rehabilitasi berkomitmen untuk memberikan perawatan terbaik agar pasien dapat kembali menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari secara normal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze parents' acceptance of autistic children at SKH 1 School in Serang City. Using a qualitative approach, data was obtained through interviews and observations of parents of autistic children. The results showed that parents' acceptance is influenced by various factors, such as education level, social support, and stigma in the community. Some parents experienced initial difficulties in accepting their child's condition, which impacted on their involvement in supporting their child's development at school and home. However, with education, training and mentoring by the school, parental acceptance can gradually increase. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of families and schools in creating an environment that supports autistic children to develop optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the learning styles of students with intellectual disabilities using qualitative methods to dig deeper into the characteristics of their learning styles. The learning styles of students with intellectual disabilities are often influenced by their intellectual limitations, which affect the way they absorb and process information. Through a qualitative approach, this research focuses on collecting in-depth data through direct interviews with teachers, parents and students themselves to understand their needs and the most effective learning strategies. With this approach, it is hoped that certain patterns can be found that can help teachers in designing learning that is more appropriate to the characteristics and potential of students with intellectual disabilities. These interviews provide an opportunity to gain a subjective view of how students with intellectual disabilities learn and interact with learning materials. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide deeper insight into the importance of adapting teaching methods to suit the individual learning styles of students with intellectual disabilities, so as to increase the effectiveness of the learning process for them. The findings from this research can also be a basis for developing better inclusive education policies in the future Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya belajar siswa tunagrahita dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang karakteristik gaya belajar mereka. Gaya belajar siswa tunagrahita sering kali dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan intelektual yang dimiliki, yang mempengaruhi cara mereka menyerap dan mengolah informasi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini berfokus pada pengumpulan data secara mendalam melalui wawancara langsung dengan guru, orang tua, serta siswa itu sendiri untuk memahami kebutuhan dan strategi pembelajaran yang paling efektif bagi mereka. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan dapat ditemukan pola-pola tertentu yang dapat membantu guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang lebih sesuai dengan karakteristik dan potensi siswa tunagrahita. Wawancara ini memberikan kesempatan untuk memperoleh pandangan subjektif mengenai bagaimana siswa dengan disabilitas intelektual ini belajar dan berinteraksi dengan materi pembelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam mengenai pentingnya adaptasi metode pengajaran yang disesuaikan dengan gaya belajar individu siswa tunagrahita, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran bagi mereka. Temuan dari penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan inklusif yang lebih baik di masa depan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Physical, mental, and social recovery. Rehabilitation homes serve as a safe and supportive environment, where patients can receive structured care through medical therapy, psychotherapy, as well as holistic approaches involving social support, family, and other rehabilitative activities. This study examined the effectiveness of home rehabilitation programs in speeding up patients' recovery processes, reducing symptoms of mental disorders, and improving their quality of life. The results of the study show that recovery in a rehabilitation home has a positive impact on the mental health of patients by paying attention to their emotional, psychological and social aspects. Integrated rehabilitation programs can improve patients' coping skills in dealing with stress and improve social interaction, which supports their reintegration into society. Thus, the rehabilitation house becomes one of the effective approaches in the restoration of alleys ABSTRACT Proses pemulihan gangguan jiwa melalui rumah rehabilitasi di Yayasan Suman Dhira Tritoha bertujuan untuk membantu individu yang mengalami gangguan mental atau psikologis dalam menjalani pemulihan fisik, mental, dan sosial. Rumah rehabilitasi berfungsi sebagai lingkungan yang aman dan mendukung, di mana pasien dapat menerima perawatan yang terstruktur melalui terapi medis, psikoterapi, serta pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan dukungan sosial, keluarga, dan kegiatan rehabilitatif lainnya. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas program rehabilitasi di rumah rehabilitasi dalam mempercepat proses pemulihan pasien, mengurangi gejala gangguan jiwa, serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pemulihan di rumah rehabilitasi memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan mental pasien dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek emosional, psikologis, dan sosial mereka. Program rehabilitasi yang terintegrasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan koping pasien dalam menghadapi stres dan meningkatkan interaksi sosial, yang mendukung reintegrasi mereka ke dalam masyarakat. Dengan demikian, rumah rehabilitasi menjadi salah satu pendekatan yang efektif dalam pemulihan gangguan jiwa.
