Abstract

Examining the use of the TIRTA coaching model technique in academic supervision and its impact on raising the standard of instruction at SDN 1 Gunem is the goal of this study. The first issue brought up is how using the TIRTA coaching model may impact the standard of academic supervision-based learning. Bandura's social cognitive theory, which highlights the value of reinforcement in social interactions to promote constructive changes in the learning process, is the theory applied in this study. Understanding the dynamics and significance of the academic supervision process employed in schools is the goal of the descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological perspective. According to the study's findings, the principal regularly uses the TIRTA coaching model in academic supervision with the intention of supporting teachers in their joint learning process rather than evaluating their skills. By using this paradigm, teachers can communicate their learning difficulties in a more relaxed and open environment, which improves collaboration between the principal and teachers. Additionally, using the TIRTA coaching approach helps teachers become more creative and inovative educators who can execute varied instruction based on the requirements and learning styles of their students. The quality of learning in the classroom will benefit from this since it will be more efficient and responsive.

Abstract

Siswa tidak melakukan banyak aktivitas, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan keterampilan kerja sama adalah masalah dalam penelitian ini. Karena tidak adanya model pembelajaran bervariasi, pembelajaran yang monoton dan satu arah, dan kurangnya aktifitas siswa. Mengatasi masalah ini dapat dicapai dengan menggabungkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, nomor kepala bersama, dan permainan tim bersama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis tindakan guru dan melihat apakah aktivitas siswa telah ditingkatkan, keterampilan berpikir kritis mereka, keterampilan kerja sama mereka, dan hasil belajar mereka. PTK digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Siswa yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV di SDN Belitung Utara 1 Banjarmasin, yang dilakukan selama empat pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru pada pertemuan pertama hingga keempat meningkat dari kriteria "baik" menjadi "sangat baik", aktivitas siswa pada pertemuan pertama hingga keempat meningkat dari kriteria "hampir seluruh siswa kurang aktif" menjadi "hampir seluruh siswa sangat aktif", dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat dari "hampir seluruh siswa kurang kritis" menjadi " Dengan demikian, berdampak pada hasil belajar afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik siswa yang meningkat secara klasikal dari pertemuan 1 hingga 4. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi model pembelajaran PBL, NHT, dan TGT dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan model penelitian Kurt Lewin yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SDI Pangkabinanga yang berjumlah 28 peserta didik, yang terdiri dari 16 orang peserta didik Perempuan dan 12 orang peserta didik laki-laki pada tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025. Selain itu, objek pada penelitian ini berupa hasil belajar peserta didik yang dilakukan di akhir proses pembelajaran. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar tes berupa soal pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian, bahwa terdapat peningkatan dari pra-siklus sampai dengan siklus 2, yaitu pada hasil pra-siklus mencapai nilai rata-rata sebesar 69,39 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 6,56 %. Pada siklus I, peserta didik mencapai nilai- rata-rata sebesar 72,39 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 49,4%. Sedangkan pada siklus 2, peserta didik mencapai nilai rata-rata sebesar 80,11 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 78,15%.

Abstract

Integration of technology in learning is important to create a more interesting and effective learning experience. Many digital learning applications can be used effectively and supporting media for learning. This study requires innovation in learning media so that students do not feel bored during the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in the material on plant body parts of class IV B at SDI Lambengi with 30 students as research subjects. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection using test, observation and documentation methods. The results of this study are; there is an increase in average learning outcomes and percentages in cycle I of 73.3% and cycle II of 90%.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran politik lokal dalam pengambilan keputusan kebijakan pendidikan di Manado, dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan kebijakan pendidikan di tingkat lokal, termasuk peran aktor politik lokal, interaksi antara kebijakan pusat dan daerah, pengaruh kekuatan sosial dan budaya lokal, serta mekanisme akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan kebijakan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktor politik lokal, seperti kepala daerah dan anggota legislatif, memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam menentukan alokasi anggaran dan prioritas kebijakan pendidikan, yang sering kali didorong oleh pertimbangan politik. Selain itu, meskipun kebijakan pendidikan ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat, implementasi kebijakan tersebut di tingkat daerah dipengaruhi oleh kebutuhan dan kepentingan politik lokal. Pengaruh sosial dan budaya lokal juga memainkan peran dalam penentuan kebijakan pendidikan yang berbasis kearifan lokal. Namun, tantangan utama yang ditemukan adalah terbatasnya mekanisme akuntabilitas dalam pengambilan keputusan, yang berdampak pada transparansi dan efektivitas kebijakan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan transparansi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, serta penguatan kapasitas pengawasan untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas dalam kebijakan pendidikan di Manado.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas perbandingan sistem pendidikan inklusif di Jepang dan Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Kedua negara memiliki komitmen untuk memberikan pendidikan yang setara bagi semua anak, namun menghadapi tantangan serupa, seperti keterbatasan pelatihan guru spesialis dan ketidaksesuaian kurikulum dengan kebutuhan individual siswa. Di Jepang, meskipun sudah ada kebijakan Special Needs Education (SNE), pelatihan guru belum memadai dan kurikulum yang ada cenderung kaku, sehingga sulit disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan setiap siswa. Di Indonesia, kebijakan "Merdeka Belajar" menawarkan fleksibilitas dalam pembelajaran, tetapi implementasinya masih terbatas oleh kurangnya guru terlatih dan kurikulum yang kurang adaptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi perbandingan, melalui analisis dokumen dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Jepang dan Indonesia perlu meningkatkan pelatihan bagi guru, mengembangkan kurikulum yang lebih responsif, serta menyediakan fasilitas dan sumber daya yang memadai untuk mendukung pendidikan inklusif. Rekomendasi juga meliputi perlunya kolaborasi yang lebih erat antara pemerintah, sekolah, dan keluarga untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif. Hasil studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi negara lain yang tengah mengembangkan sistem pendidikan inklusif yang komprehensif dan efektif.

Abstract

In the era of independent leaning, the quality of education is still a major problem. Efforts to change were made by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The fundamental change is that there is a change in the curriculum. Improving teacher competence is carried out through various training models. The principal as the manager of the educational unit is improved. Changes in the role of the supervisor are carried out. One of the roles of the supervisor is to provide assistance to educational units. Through assistance activities, supervisors are expected to be able to empower the head of the educational unit. Supervisors can supervise and monitor the performance of the principal. This study aims to determine whether there is a role for supervisors in improving the performance of the principal of Al Yakin Yunior High school. This study is qualitative. The researcher's framework argues that with a well-planned assistance process, the performance of the principal can be improved. Data collection carried out by the researcher: interviews, observations, and documentation. Through the triangulation process, the researcher obtained valid research results. From the data obtained from various sources, the researcher describes the results of his research. The principal can involve teachers and education personnel. The principal in managing the educational unit needs the support of a work team consisting of the vice principal, teachers and education personnel. With the assistance of the supervisor and the active role of teachers and education personnel, the principal can manage the school effectively.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is still an issue that requires serious attention. One of the main determining factors for the quality of education is teacher professionalism. Professional teachers are able to carry out their strategic role in designing, implementing and evaluating the learning process effectively. Academic supervision implemented by school principals is certainly very effective, because it can provide assistance, guidance and guidance to teachers so that they are able to work better in guiding students and can improve the quality of learning in improving learning in schools. The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of implementing coaching-based academic supervision in increasing teacher professionalism. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research subjects were principals, supervisors and teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Rembang. The research results found that the supporting factors for the implementation of school principal academic supervision include: principal, teachers,. The principal has high concern for teachers to improve their teaching abilities, so that teachers are able to excel, and teachers have high awareness and motivation to improve their teaching abilities. In implementing academic supervision by the principal, it can be carried out in three stages, namely: conducting pre-academic supervision, carrying out class visits, and discussing the results of class visits. The implementation of an effective academic supervision program means that to achieve the required quality, it requires serious supervision by the school principal. The implementation of academic supervision by the school principal towards teachers is very important in order to improve teachers' professional abilities and improve the quality of learning through a good learning process. The essence of academic supervision is not assessing teacher performance in managing the learning process, but rather helping teachers develop their professionalism.

Abstract

The role of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) in the Indonesian constitutional system as well as the hierarchy of laws and regulations in Indonesia is discussed in this report. The legal sequence system known as the "hierarchy of statutory regulations" aims to provide legal certainty by ensuring that lower regulations do not conflict with higher regulations. The 1945 Constitution functions as the highest source of law. The MPR has a strategic role in the Indonesian government structure, they can change or enact the 1945 Constitution, elect the President and Vice President, and assess government performance. The Outlines of State Policy (GBHN) were established by the MPR before the amendments to the 1945 Constitution, after the reform, other regulations were added. In addition, this report explains how the MPR is involved in making national strategic policies and monitoring laws. To study the role of the MPR in the hierarchy of statutory regulations and its influence on strengthening the Indonesian legal system, this research uses a literature study with descriptive analysis. It is hoped that the results of this research will increase understanding of the role of the MPR in maintaining the consistency and continuity of the Indonesian legal and regulatory system.

Abstract

The conflict in the South China Sea involves overlapping claims between six countries, namely China, the Philippines, Taiwan, Brunei, Malaysia and Vietnam. The main cause of this conflict is the potential for abundant natural resources, including oil and gas, as well as strategic international trade routes. China claims almost the entire region through the decree line, sparking tensions and protests from other countries. The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of the conflict in the South China Sea on stability in the Southeast Asia region. This research uses the literature study method. This type of method is collecting data by searching for sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals and research that has already been carried out. Literature study is an effort carried out by researchers to collect information that is relevant to the topic or problem that will be or is being researched. So, based on this research to determine the impact of this conflict on the stability of Southeast Asia includes increasing military tensions and economic challenges for the countries involved.
