Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan khusus merupakan anak yang mendapat perlakuan khusus karena mereka memiliki Artikel ini membahas berbagai jenis dan ciri-ciri anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) sebagai landasan penting dalam penerapan pendidikan inklusif. Pemahaman yang benar mengenai ragam kebutuhan khusus—mulai dari hambatan intelektual, fisik, sensorik, gangguan perkembangan, gangguan perilaku dan emosional, hingga anak berbakat—sangat diperlukan untuk menyusun strategi pembelajaran yang tepat. Setiap kategori ABK memiliki karakter perkembangan, kebutuhan layanan, serta pendekatan pengajaran yang berbeda-beda. penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pengenalan sejak dini, pemahaman yang menyeluruh mengenai karakteristik anak, dan kerja sama antara guru, keluarga, serta tenaga ahli merupakan faktor utama dalam membantu anak berkebutuhan khusus mencapai perkembangan yang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of multiple-choice test items in the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Teaching Module using a quantitative descriptive approach. A total of 45 items were administered to 25 respondents, consisting of vocational high school students and accounting students, through Google Forms. The Anates software was used to examine item validity, reliability, difficulty level, discrimination index, and distractor effectiveness. The results show that the test has a very high reliability coefficient of 0.96, indicating excellent internal consistency. The validity analysis reveals that 33.33% of the items fall into the very high category, 17.78% high, 15.56% moderate, 6.67% low, and 26.67% very low. In terms of difficulty, most items are categorized as easy to moderate, while several are very difficult, suggesting an imbalanced distribution. Analysis of the discrimination index indicates that most items effectively distinguish between high- and low-performing students, although some items require revision due to low or negative discrimination values. The distractor analysis also shows variation in effectiveness, with some options failing to function as intended. Overall, the test is considered reliable and generally representative, but revisions to items with low validity, extreme difficulty levels, weak discrimination power, and ineffective distractors are recommended to enhance the overall quality of the assessment instrument.

Abstract

This study investigates the essential role of the family environment in shaping children’s character, particularly regarding respect and discipline among fourth-grade students at SDN Pendrikan Kidul. The problem identified in the classroom shows that several students still display disrespectful behaviors, such as teasing peers and interrupting conversations, as well as low discipline, including late submission of assignments and violations of class rules. These conditions indicate a significant influence of family dynamics and parenting styles. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the family environment and parenting patterns affect students’ respectful attitudes and discipline. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through observations in Grade IV A and IV B and semi-structured interviews with homeroom teachers. The findings reveal that students from harmonious families with democratic parenting tend to demonstrate better social skills, stronger discipline, and higher self-control, supported by warm, affectionate, and consistent interactions at home. In contrast, students from non-intact families or those receiving inconsistent supervision and limited parental attention often show disrespectful behavior, low empathy, and frequent rule violations. The study concludes that a supportive family environment and consistent parenting play a crucial role in developing children’s character and self-regulation, whereas lack of guidance contributes to social difficulties and disciplinary problems. The implications highlight the critical role of teachers in strengthening character development for students who receive limited support at home and recommend improved communication and supervision from parents, along with enhanced collaboration between teachers and schools to foster students’ social-emotional growth.

Abstract

Pembelajaran PPKn di kelas IV sekolah dasar memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan nilai kebangsaan, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi berbagai kendala. Permasalahan utama meliputi materi yang bersifat abstrak, dominasi metode ceramah, serta keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang kurang mendukung keaktifan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan pembelajaran PPKn dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami kesulitan memahami nilai-nilai PPKn dan belum menunjukkan respon belajar yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi pembelajaran melalui penerapan metode yang lebih variatif, kontekstual, dan pemanfaatan media interaktif agar pembelajaran PPKn menjadi lebih bermakna dan sesuai dengan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

This study explores the transformation of sports philosophy from ancient civilizations to the modern era, highlighting shifts in values, purposes, and conceptual foundations of physical activity across time. The problem underlying this research is the lack of comprehensive understanding regarding how philosophical thoughts about sports have evolved and influenced contemporary sports practices. The aim of this study is to describe the historical trajectory of sports philosophy and analyze its relevance to modern sports culture. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through literature review, document analysis, and interpretation of classical and modern philosophical texts related to sports. The findings reveal that ancient sports philosophy was strongly rooted in spiritual, ethical, and communal values; the classical Greek era emphasized harmony, virtue, and human excellence; while modern sports philosophy focuses on rationality, competition, performance, and global human values. The study concludes that the evolution of sports philosophy reflects broader changes in human civilization and continues to shape the orientation of sports in education, competition, and society today.

Abstract

Cases of sexual misconduct involving female teachers and male child victims in Grobogan Regency have attracted widespread public attention, particularly through news coverage on YouTube that has generated extensive netizen commentary. This study aims to examine how gender and legal constructions are produced in netizens’ comments regarding female teachers as perpetrators and male children as victims. Employing a qualitative approach, this research applies critical discourse analysis and digital netnography. The analysis focuses on representations of perpetrators and victims, gender bias, power relations, and legal interpretations embedded in digital public discourse. The findings reveal that netizen comments tend to reproduce gender-based stigmatization toward female teachers through moral labeling, social judgment, and the neglect of the presumption of innocence. Meanwhile, male child victims are not consistently positioned as vulnerable subjects but are often framed within ambiguous narratives that diminish the seriousness of sexual violence. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role of organizational communication in supporting the development of educational programs within the Haga Pendidikan Ono Niha (HPON) community. Conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research gathers data through in-depth interviews with the HPON leader and supporting documentation. Findings indicate that HPON employs a democratic communication pattern that ensures equal opportunities for members to express ideas, opinions, and criticisms. The main communication dynamic is the emergence of differing viewpoints caused by variations in perspectives, communication styles, information gaps, and interpersonal factors. When consensus cannot be reached through deliberation, the organization applies a voting mechanism to maintain fairness and collective decision-making. Effective communication is found to strengthen coordination, enhance participation, and support the implementation of educational activities, particularly in outreach programs such as university entrance guidance. The study concludes that organizational communication plays a strategic role in improving program effectiveness and group cohesion while highlighting the need to strengthen interpersonal communication skills and deliberative processes within the community.

Abstract

This study analyzes capital acquisition and repayment strategies at PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk, one of the largest technology companies in Indonesia. The study uses a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review combined with content analysis of financial reports, IPO prospectuses, official publications, and previous studies from 2020 to 2025. The analysis shows that GoTo's capital acquisition process through strategic investor funding, venture capital, and IPO has succeeded in increasing assets and equity without putting direct pressure on cash flow. However, this increase in capital has not resulted in a significant improvement in profitability due to high operating costs, post-merger integration expenses, and a high proportion of short-term debt. Efficiency analysis shows an increase in operational efficiency, but the company's capital structure still faces liquidity pressures and short-term financial risks. The findings confirm that successful business consolidation through mergers does not automatically strengthen financial performance, requiring a more targeted repayment strategy through debt restructuring, asset optimization, and cost efficiency. This research contributes to the development of capital structure studies in technology companies and provides practical recommendations for digital startups in formulating sustainable funding strategies.

Abstract

This study examines the relevance of the Perennialism educational philosophy in character development for students in the rapidly changing digital era. Perennialism is based on timeless universal values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, wisdom, and justice, which, according to Taufik Nurrochman (2023), are the primary foundation for developing moral character. Findings by Suharyanto H. Soro (2024) indicate that integrating these values ​​through habituation, teacher role models, and spiritual strengthening can increase students' moral resilience. Other studies, such as those by Afiyah (2020) and Liviani (2023), confirm that the application of noble values ​​through learning, religious environments, and social practices has a significant impact on character development. Amidst the challenges of the digital era, such as the flood of information, the influence of social media, and the ethical crisis, Perennialism is seen as an approach capable of restoring the moral orientation of education. This approach offers a combination of intellectual acuity, moral discipline, and spiritual depth, as explained by Ummi Puji Astutik (2023). Thus, the application of Perennialism in education not only prepares students academically but also shapes them into complete human beings capable of adhering to eternal values ​​in the face of modern dynamics.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengembangan media PAPER (Papan Perkalian) untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran matematika materi perkalian siswa kelas II SDN 2 Jegong Kabupaten Blora,Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media PAPER (Papan Perkalian) sebagai media pembelajaran matematika materi perkalian siswa kelas II SDN 2 Jegong Kabupaten Blora. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R& D). Prosedur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu prosedur Borg and Gall. Subjek dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas II SDN 2 Jegong Kabupaten Blora dengan 18 siswa. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari angket ahli media, angket ahli materi, angket tanggapan/ respon guru, dan angket tanggapan/ respon siswa. Hasil angket ahli media validator 1 memperoleh nilai 96% ahli media validator 2 memperoleh nilai 88% dengan rata- rata 92% dengan kategori “Baik Sekali”, hasil angket ahli materi validator memperoleh nilai 82% ahli materi validator 2 memperoleh nilai 80% dengan rata- rata 81% dengan kategori “Baik Sekali” dengan keterangan valid dan layak, hasil perhitungan reliabilitas media memperoleh nilai 95,7% dan reliabilitas materi memperoleh nilai 98, 8% dengan keterangan sangat reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil angket respon guru 1 memperoleh nilai 94% hasil angket respon guru 2 memperoleh nilai 96% dengan hasil rata- rata 95% termasuk kedalam kategori praktis, hasil respon siswa memperoleh nilai 100%.Saran yang dapat peneliti sampaikan adalah sekolah dapat mendorong guru untuk lebih kreatif menciptakan atau menyediakan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan pembelajaran, media PAPER (Papan Perkalian) ini dapat membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi perkalian dengan mudah.
