Abstract

The development of creative and cultural industries in today's digital era demands an adaptive, innovative and transformative leadership model. Leaders not only act as directors, but also as idea generators and innovation facilitators. In this context, creativity becomes an important element in leadership, as it can encourage the birth of new solutions, open space for cross-sector collaboration, and create a sustainable creative ecosystem. This article discusses the strategic role of leaders in designing creative visions, utilizing digital technology, and fostering a work culture that supports experimentation and risk-taking. It also discusses challenges such as lack of policy support and access to resources, as well as solutions through strengthening leadership education and strategic partnerships. Through an innovation-based leadership approach, creative and cultural industries can develop dynamically and contribute significantly to the nation's economic development and cultural identity.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how to improve student learning outcomes in social studies learning, especially social studies using the Course Review Horay (CRH) model in grade IV of SDN 19 Koto Tinggi, Agam Regency. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was carried out in two cycles, with research procedures consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research data obtained was related to the learning outcomes of students in social studies learning using the Course Review Horay (CRH) model. Data collection techniques are in the form of tests and non-tests. The subjects of this study are Researchers as Observers, Grade IV Teachers as Practitioner Teachers and Grade IV Students of SDN 19 Koto Tinggi Agam Regency which totals 16 consisting of 8 women and 8 men. The results of the study showed that: First, the teaching module of the first cycle obtained an average of 81.25% (B), increasing in the second cycle to 95.8% (SB). Second, the results of the implementation of teacher aspect learning in the first cycle were obtained an average of 80.65% (B), increasing in the second cycle to 95.4% (SB). The results of the implementation of learning aspects of students in the first cycle were obtained on average 80.65% (B), increasing in the second cycle to 95.4% (SB). Third, the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle of the first meeting from the assessment of attitude aspects were obtained by students who stood out 3 people with positive attitudes and 3 negative attitudes, then increased in the first cycle of the second meeting with students who stood out with 3 positive attitudes and 2 people with negative attitudes. Then it increased again in cycle II with 4 outstanding students with positive attitudes and 1 negative attitude. Then the learning outcomes of students are seen from the aspect of knowledge and skills with an average of 75.95% in the first cycle, increasing in the second cycle to 90.75%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Horay Course Review (CRH) model can improve student learning outcomes in social studies learning, especially social studies in grade IV of SDN 19 Koto Tinggi, Agam Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Inappropriate learning media can cause low understanding of concepts in elementary school students, so it is necessary to choose the right media for the learning process. Pop - Up Books are an alternative to improve understanding of concepts in elementary school students. This research aims to determine the difference between understanding the concepts of the control class and the experimental class and the influence of the Pop-Up Book on increasing the understanding of the concepts of class VI students in the solar system material. This research uses a quantitative approach with quasi-experiment as the research method. This research uses a One-Group design, which involves pretest testing before treatment and posttest testing in one specified group. The population in this study were all students at SD Negeri Sukaraja 1 who studied science learning material about the solar system. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample of 26 students in class IV A of SD Negeri Sukaraja 1 and 29 students in class IV B of SD Negeri Sukaraja 1 The results of the first data analysis showed that there were significant differences, because they both had differences, the N-Test was carried out. Gains. The second analysis carried out the Effect Size test and obtained the results that the use of Pop-Up Books had a big influence on increasing the understanding of concepts in class VI students regarding the solar system. Keywords: Pop – Up Book, Elementary School, Solar System, Understanding Concepts ABSTRAK Media pembelajaran yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan rendahnya pemahaman konsep pada siswa sekolah dasar, sehingga diperlukan pemilihan media yang tepat untuk proses pembelajaran. Pop - Up Book merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara pemahaman konsep kelas kontrol dan kelas eksprimen dan pengaruh Pop-Up Book terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa kelas VI pada materi tata surya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan quasi eksperimen sebagai metode penelitiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain One-Group, yang melibatkan pengujian Pretest sebelum perlakuan dan pengujian Posttest pada satu kelompok yang ditentukan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik di SD Negeri Sukaraja 1 yang mempelajari materi tata surya pembelajaran IPA. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan sampel 26 siswa kelas IV A SD Negeri Sukaraja 1 dan 29 siswa kelas IV B SD Negeri Sukaraja 1 Hasil analisis data pertama menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, dikarenakan sama – sama memiliki perbedaan maka dilakukan Uji N-Gain. Analisis kedua dilakukan uji Effect Size dan memperoleh hasil bahwa penggunaan Pop – Up Book berpengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa kelas VI pada materi tata surya. Abstract

The purpose is to determine the extent of the relationship between academic procrastination and pessimism of Guidance and Counseling students at Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukitinggi State Islamic University in completing their thesis. In addition, it aims to determine the extent of the relationship between pessimism and academic procrastination among orientation and mentoring students. The research was motivated by the phenomenon that occurred in the field that many students seemed to procrastinate in working on the thesis so that the making became slow, delaying the task because it was more fun to watch TV, chat, take a walk or listen to music. In addition, there are a number of phenomena related to pessimism, pessimistic students often feel inferior, are too dependent on others, and have a bleaker outlook on life. Pessimism is someone with a less optimistic or worried behavior or outlook. The quantitative correlational method was used in this study. 160 students from the 2019-2020 promotion participated. Probability sampling was used to take a sample of 40 students. Data processing through coding, scoring, and tabulation. The data analysis technique used the coefficient of determination to determine the relationship between pessimism and academic procrastination, which is 0.141%. This can be seen after knowing the relationship between the two variables. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination to determine how much the relationship between pessimism and academic procrastination with R² of 0.141 shows that the proportion of the pessimism variable relationship is 14.1% while the remaining (100-14.1) is 85.9% influenced by variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research type with a population of 23 students. From the research conducted, it was found that the learning outcomes of students in the subject of aqidah akhlak class III / B at MI DDI 1 Palopo were still low, due to the lack of teacher creativity in delivering lessons. Therefore, the researcher conducted research in class III / B MI DDI 1 Palopo with the aim of improving learning in the subject of aqidah akhlak so that it could improve student learning outcomes through the use of teaching aids in the form of picture media and concrete objects. The research started from the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle goes through four stages of research, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. In cycle I, the learning outcomes were 55.0% or 13 students achieved the KKM while 45.0% or 10 students had not achieved the KKM. In cycle II, 23 students or 100% had achieved the KKM. Thus, from the results of the study it can be seen that by using teaching aids in the form of image media and concrete objects in the lessons of faith and morals, it can increase interest in learning and make it easier for students to understand the lessons, so that it can improve learning outcomes and changes in character to become a better person can be achieved.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of observations in the field, namely the low learning outcomes of students due to a lack of learning activities that involve students because the learning process is still centered on the teacher, so that students are still less active in the learning process. This research aims to describe how to improve student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject, elements of the Republic of Indonesia in class IV at SDN 23 Koto Tuo, Tanah Datar Regency. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was carried out in two cycles, with research procedures consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research data obtained is related to the results of the make a match type cooperative learning model. Data collection techniques include tests and non-tests. The subjects of this research were class teachers as observers, researchers as practitioners or teachers, and 13 class IV students at SDN 23 Koto Tuo, Tanah Datar Regency. The research results showed that: First, the teaching module for cycle I obtained an average of 84.71% (B), increasing in cycle II to 94.44% (SB). Second, the results of the teacher aspect of learning in cycle I obtained an average of 82.81% (B), increasing in cycle II to 93.75% (SB). The results of the implementation of learning aspects for students in cycle I obtained an average of 79.68% (B), increasing in cycle II to 93.75% (SB). Third, student learning outcomes seen from the aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills obtained an average of 75.74 (C), increasing in cycle II to 90.06 (B). Thus, it can be concluded that the make a match type cooperative model can improve student learning outcomes in the NKRI element of Pancasila Education in class IV SDN 23 Koto Tuo, Tanah Datar Regency.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of transformational leadership in driving radical innovation and the implementation of Blue Ocean strategy in organizations. Transformational leadership focuses on providing inspiration, motivation, and developing an adaptive and innovative work environment. This study uses a literature study approach by analyzing various literature related to transformational leadership, radical innovation, and business strategy. The results of the study indicate that transformational leaders have an important role in creating innovation through intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and ideal influence on employees. In addition, the Blue Ocean strategy allows organizations to create new markets that are free from intense competition by presenting innovative values. However, there are obstacles in the implementation of radical innovation, such as organizational resistance, less adaptive corporate culture, and limited resources. By understanding these factors, organizations can optimize transformational leadership to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how students' ability to use conjunctions in narrative compositions for grade III students of SD Negeri 222 Taggentung, Sinjai Regency. This study aims to determine students' ability to use conjunctions in narrative compositions for grade III students of SD Negeri 222 Taggentung, Sinjai Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research procedure includes the stages of planning, implementation and research. The data from this study are in the form of narrative compositions obtained through tests, the data source in this study is 9 grade III students of SD Negeri 222 Taggentung. Based on the results of the study on students' ability to apply conjunctions in narrative compositions, the average pre-test score was 58.33 and the post-test was 66.11. Based on the assessment category, both scores are included in the sufficient category. However, the increase in scores reflects positive developments in narrative writing skills, especially in the use of conjunctions appropriately to create coherence between sentences. Students begin to be able to choose and use various types of conjunctions, such as time connectors, cause-effect, and additions, so that the sentence structure in their compositions becomes more coherent and logical. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of contextual models assisted by realia media on the learning outcomes of class IV science at MI Al Ihsan Palembang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design pre-test post-test. The sample in this study were students of class IV.1 as the experimental class, namely 12 students and class IV.2 as the control class, namely 12 students. Data validity techniques use validity tests and reliability tests. The results of the prerequisite tests for data analysis are normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. The control class obtained an average of 70 while the experimental class obtained an average of 87.08. The learning outcomes of the experimental class that applied the contextual model assisted by realia media were higher than the control class that did not apply the contextual model assisted by realia media. The results of the research and data analysis were obtained using the Independent Sample T-Test with the help of SPSS version 25 with a significance value of 5%, namely 0.001 < 0.05. Because the significant value is less than 0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence of the contextual model assisted by realia media on the learning outcomes of class IV science at MI Al Ihsan Palembang.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Contextual Model, Realia MediaABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kontekstual berbantuan media realia terhadap hasil belajar IPAS kelas IV di MI Al Ihsan Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental design dengan desain nonequivalent control group design pre-test post-test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen yaitu 12 peserta didik dan kelas IV.2 sebagai kelas control yaitu 12 peserta didik. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil pengujian prasayarat analisis data uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Kelas kontrol memperoleh rata-rata 70 sedangkan kelas eskperimen memperoleh rata-rata 87,08. Hasil belajar kelas eksperimen yang diterapkan model kontekstual berbantuan media realia lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol yang tidak diterapkan model kontekstual berbantuan media realia. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data diperoleh menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25 dengan nilai signifikansi 5% yaitu 0,001 < 0,05. Dikarenakan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan model kontekstual berbantuan media realia terhadap hasil belajar IPAS kelas IV di MI Al Ihsan Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of tiktok social media on the learning achievement of students in grade V in the Indonesian Language subject at MI Islamiyah Perguruan Palembang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used is pre-experimental designs with a one group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. The sample in this study was 24 grade V students. The data validity technique uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses normality tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the pre-test data that have not used tiktok social media as a learning medium obtained an average of 37.50. While the post-test data after implementing tiktok social media as a learning medium obtained an average of 82.92, it can be seen that student learning achievement is higher after implementing tiktok social media than the learning achievement of students who have not implemented tiktok social media. The results of the research and data analysis were obtained using the paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS for windows version 25 with a significant value of 5%, namely 0.000 <0.05. Because the significant value is less than 0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence of tiktok social media on student learning achievement in the Indonesian language subject of class V MI Islamiyah Perguruan Palembang.
