Abstract

Low interest and ability to read is a serious problem in the field of education continue to work on how to overcome it. One of the media that can be used to improve students' reading skills is Big Book media which can be created according to the teacher's creativity. This research aims to provide information to teachers, principals, and parents regarding the use of Big Book media to improve elementary school students' reading skills. The method used in this research is literature study or library research. The researcher traces the data, then reads and records the results needed to obtain the information. The data collected was analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the analysis of 15 articles concluded that the use of Big Book media improved students' reading skills. This is based on an increase in reading scores from before using Big Book media to after using Big Book media in learning and the SPSS test was carried out to see the effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas II UPTD SD Negeri 54 Barru melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay (CRH). Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 9 siswa kelas II, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan proses dan hasil pembelajaran.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran CRH efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Rata-rata skor hasil belajar pada siklus I sebesar 55,5%, meningkat menjadi 85,3% pada siklus II, melebihi target kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) sebesar 65. Ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal tercapai sepenuhnya pada siklus II, dengan seluruh siswa dinyatakan tuntas. Selain itu, model CRH menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan mendorong keterlibatan siswa secara aktif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay (CRH) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa serta menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efektif. Model ini direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan sebagai strategi inovatif dalam pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

Humans need communication to help survive, one of which is by using language as a communication tool. Language is the most effective communication tool in conveying messages, thoughts, feelings, goals to other people and makes it possible to create cooperation between people. So that the role of language becomes very dominant in various daily human activities. The aim of this research is to describe things related to language as a means of communication and communication in everyday life. The method used in this research is the literature review method, data is collected from relevant library data. The results of this research and discussion are to explain language as a communication tool which discusses the function of language as a human communication tool which includes five basic functions, namely the expression function, information function, exploration function, persuasion function and entertainment function. And explains communication in everyday life, which discusses why we communicate and the language used when communicating in everyday life. As social creatures, of course humans in their lives need communication to be able to establish relationships with other humans. Language is the most effective tool or medium for conveying thoughts, with language humans can interact and talk about anything.

Abstract

Manusia dalam kehidupannya tak bisa lepas dari bahasa. Bahasa menjadi sebuah sistem komunikasi verbal untuk menyuarakan ide, pikiran, hasrat dan keinginan dari satu manusia kepada manusia lainnya. Bentuk bahasa itu sendiri secara garis besar terbagi menjadi dua, bahasa lisan dan bahasa tulisan. Saking urgennya bahasa sebagai alat komunikasi utama membuat para pakar linguistik menyebut aktivitas berbahasa menjadi kebutuhan yang sama vitalnya dengan bernafas. Tak hanya manusia, sistem bahasa juga dipakai oleh seluruh makhluk hidup dengan berbagai bentuk dan jenisnya yang sangat beragam. Secara paradigmatik bahasa menjadi media yang fungsional tak sekadar sebagai sarana komunikasi, juga sebagai sarana aktualisasi diri dan bahkan ruang meditasi spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sebagaimana dijabarkan Suryabrata, metode deskriptif adalah sebentuk penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi ataupun menjelaskan secara komprehensif seluk-beluk seputar situasi dan kejadian. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kritis dengan lebih menekankan pada kekuatan analisis sumber-sumber dan data-data yang ada dengan mengandalkan teori-teori dan konsepkonsep yang ada untuk diinterpretasikan berdasarkan tulisan-tulisan yang mengarah kepada pembahasan strukturalFungsi sintaksis berkaitan dengan struktur dalam tata bahasa satuan yang dibahas untuk mengidentifikasi fungsi tiap-tiap satuan kata dalam kontruksi tubuh sintaksis. Fungsi sintaksis ada lima: subjek (S), predikat (P), objek (O), keterangan (Ket) dan komplemen (Kom).

Abstract

Language is a tool of human communication, through language humans can understand the meaning of our thoughts and words when communicating socially. Based on their research on several animal species, it is known that many animals have complex and intelligent ways to signal danger and communicate their basic needs. The method used in writing this article is a literature review or literature study, which is an article prepared based on a literature search, both national and international. The nature of language is unique and universal. A language that is unique means that each language has its own characteristics that other languages ​​do not necessarily have. Animal and human languages ​​have differences in that animal language is an instinctual language that does not need to be learned, while human language is a science that needs to be developed.

Abstract

Adelia Angeline Hafidzah. 037120062. Development of E-LKPD using Liveworksheets on Human Digestive System Material. This study aims to determine the development of E-LKPD using liveworksheets in class V of Kedung Badak 2 State Elementary School, Bogor City, and to determine the feasibility of E-LKPD using liveworksheets on the learning process. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The research subject of class V A students of Kedung Badak 2 State Elementary School, Bogor City, consisting of 21 students, the research was carried out in the even semester of the 2023/2024 school year. This research begins with a needs analysis, making an E-LKPD design, validation by experts, revising the E-LKPD, and after that the E-LKPD trial, and evaluation. The results of the study show that E-LKPD using Liveworksheets on Human Digestive System Materials has met the criteria of being very feasible to use by obtaining a percentage of 98.5% from media experts, 100% from linguists, and 94% from material experts. Meanwhile, the trial conducted on 21 students in class V received a response with a percentage of 90.1% and a teacher response with a percentage of 98%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that E-LKPD using Liveworksheets is very feasible to be used by students and teachers as teaching materials on the human digestive system in grade V of elementary school.

Abstract

Autism is a comprehensive developmental disorder that results in obstacles in socialization, communication, and behavioral abilites. This research was conducted at skh 1 cilegon using qualitative methods, data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were parents, teachers, and 1 child with autism. The results of this research show that children with autism have difficulty communicating.

Abstract

Qualitative research plays an important role in understanding complex social phenomena, providing deep insights that cannot be achieved through quantitative approaches. This article examines the case study method as one type of qualitative research that is effective for exploring certain issues. The research method used is literature. Data collection techniques include documentation and searching for variables such as records, books, journals, newspapers, magazines, and so on. The data analysis techniques used are collection, condensation, presentation, and drawing conclusions from the data obtained. The results showed that the case study method can reveal the dynamics and complexity of the phenomenon under study, as well as provide a better understanding of the social context. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of applying the case study method in social and educational research, as well as the need for researchers to pay attention to the limitations and challenges that may be faced in the research process. As such, case studies can be a valuable tool in expanding our understanding of various social phenomena.

Abstract

Rejosari Village in Magetan Regency has abundant natural resource potential in the form of papaya, but its utilization is still limited. This community service program aims to empower housewives through the production and marketing of Papaya Mustofa Aneka Rasa as an effort to increase family income. The implementation method includes technical training, marketing strategies, and ongoing mentoring. The results showed that the women were able to produce innovative products with high quality, improve their entrepreneurial skills, and boost their income by 35% in six months. This article outlines the steps of the program and its positive impact on the household economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pandangan enam guru SDN Cikapundung 2 mengenai pengunaan Chromebook dalam pembelajaran. Terdiri dari empat guru laki-laki dan dua guru Perempuan dengan pengalaman mengajar 1 hingga 19 tahun, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Chromebook memberikan dampak positif terhadap proses belajar-mengajar. Dukungan sekolah berupa penyediaan perangkat, pelatihan, dan bimbingan teknis menjadi faktor kunci efektivitas pemanfaatan teknologi ini. Guru merasa lebih termotivasi dan kreatif, serta mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa melalui aplikasi seperti Canva for Education, Youtube, dan Kahoot!. Namun terdapat kendala seperti fitur Chromebook yang terbatas dan masalah konektivitas internet yang menghambat efektivitas penggunaannya. Guru berupaya mengatasi tantangan ini dengan mempersiapkan materi secara offline dan mencari Solusi alternatif. Mereka juga mengungkapkan harapan akan pengembangan fitur Chromebook serta perbaikan infrastruktur teknologi untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya investasi berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan teknologi Pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran di era digital. Dukungan tambahan dari sekolah dan pemerintah diperlukan agar guru dapat memanfaatkan teknologi secara maksimal dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang berkualitas bagi siswa.
