Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa tidak berkonsentrasi mendengarkan penjelasan guru selama proses pembelajaran. Ketika guru menginstruksikan siswa untuk membuat kalimat dengan kata-kata yang diberikan, siswa yang tidak dapat membentuk kalimat yang berbeda dengan teman sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesulitan membaca siswa dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kulitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pemahaman membaca siswa kelas 1 terfokus pada pemahaman siswa yang tidak mampu mengenal dan membedakan huruf abjad, seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam temuan penelitian, menyebabkan kebingungan di kalangan siswa dan mengarah pada pemahaman bacaan yang buruk..

Abstract

Dalam pendidikan sekolah memiliki tugas penting dalam mengembangkan dan menumbuhkan pengetahuan pada aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Berhasil atau tidaknya proses pendidikan bukan hanya karena siswanya, namun juga tergantung pada ketepatan guru dalam memilih media dan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya pengembangan media pembelajaran agar siswa mendapatkan media pembelajaran yang tepat dan bervariasi. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evalution. Tempat pengamatan dilakukan di SDN Sukasari Kota Bogor. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan penilaian angket dari ahli media, ahli bahasa, ahli materi, dan angket respon dari siswa. hasil pengembangan produk merupakan media pembelajaran flipbook materi ekosistem. Hasil riset validasi ahli didapatkan persentase 100% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Pada tahap uji terbatas sebanyak 29 siswa memperoleh respon yang sangat baik dengan persentase 92% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran flipbook dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid, menarik, mudah digunakan, dan sangat layak diaplikasikan untuk dijadikan sarana pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Problem Based Learning(PBL) model in integrated thematic learning in elementary schools. The model that has been widely adopted to support the learning centered learning model and emphasizes the involvement of students in the active learning process as in the integrated thematic learning process is the Problem Based Learning(PBL) model. This research is Literature Study. First the researchers formulated the research problem, then proceeded to search for electronic journals via google schoolar. From the search, 15 relevant journals were analyzed for their role in integrated thematic learning using the Problem Based Learning(PBL) model. The keywords used for journal research are Problem Based Learning, learning outcomes, elementary school. The analysis turned out to show that the Problem Based Learningmodel was able to improve student learning outcomes starting from the lowest 28% to the highest 93% with an average of 58%.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low skills of students in learning so that they do not develop the potential and skills possessed by students, especially the critical thinking skills of Class VI elementary school students. The purpose of this research is to improve the critical thinking skills of grade VI elementary school students. One type of learning that can meet student learning needs by paying attention to student readiness, interests and learning profiles is Differentiated Learning. Therefore it is necessary to improve science learning through the application of Differentiated learning. This research method is descriptive qualitative using classroom action research carried out in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The data collection tool uses observation sheets and test questions. The results of the study show that the application of differentiated learning can improve students' critical thinking skills. This can be seen from the category of student skills in cycle I meeting 1 good category 30% and meeting two 60% then increasing in cycle II meeting 1 which is 80% and increasing 95% in meeting II. Based on the results of the analysis on the actions of cycles I and II, it can be seen that there is an increase in students' critical thinking skills from the actions of cycle I, namely 40% in the good category increasing to 87.5% in cycle II.

Abstract

The improvement of cognitive learning outcomes can be influenced by several factors, one of which is the use of audio-visual media. This study aims to determine the differences in cognitive learning outcomes of students who are subject to the use of audio-visual media and students who are not subject to the use of audio-visual media, as well as to determine the influence of the use of audio-visual media on improving cognitive learning outcomes of students. This research is a Quasi-Experimental study. This research was carried out at SD Pertiwi in grade IV with a population of 66 students. The sampling technique used is a nonequivalent control group design with class IV A (control class) as many as 25 students and class IV B (experimental class) as many as 25 students. The data collection technique used is a test. The tests used are in the form of pretests and posttests to take data on cognitive learning outcomes. Data management techniques are carried out using normality tests, homogeneity tests, independent sample t test, and simple linear regression test. The results of this study show that: 1) There are differences in cognitive learning outcomes between students who use audio-visual media and students who do not use audio visual media based on the results of the independent sample t test obtained a Sig. value (2-tailed) of 0.226 > 0.05. 2) There was a significant influence of the use of audio-visual media on improving the cognitive learning outcomes of students based on the results of the simple linear regression test obtained a calculated t value of 2.432 > t table 2.069 which means that Ho was rejected and H???? was accepted.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the character formation of elementary school students through the legendary story of Malin Kundang. The research method used is library research. The research data collection tool used is from the library, reading and analyzing sources, and compiling writing. The results of this study indicate that the mythology of Malin Kundang has a number of educational characters. One of them is the value of morality in Malin Kundang; morality human relationship with himself.It can be concluded that the legend of Malin Kundang can be used as a medium for building the character of elementary school children

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability of teachers in making learning media that can influence school quality. Varied and innovative learning media basically aim to create learning conditions that enable students to learn actively and have fun so they can achieve better learning outcomes and achievements. optimal. The purpose of this study was to describe the teacher's ability to make learning media using video-based Ms PowerPoint applications for teachers who are members of KKG SD Banuhampu District, Kab. Agam, through workshop activities. This type of research is qualitative, with a total population of 25 people. Data collection techniques in this study using the questionnaire method. The results showed that by implementing media-making workshops, the teacher's ability to create and use video learning media based on the Ms PowerPoint application could be improved

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pedagogik guru dalam mengelola kelas terhadap kondusifitas belajar siswa di SD Negeri 1 Parakansalak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran pedagogik guru dalam mengelola kelas sudah terpenuhi yaitu dengan adanya peran ini guru harus mampu menciptakan dan mempertahankan situasi dan kondisi kelas yang optimal sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan secara efektif. Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Parakansalak berjalan cukup baik karena guru mampu mengelola kelas dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki seperti kemampuan pedagogik, kemampuan kepribadian, kemampuan profesional dan kemampuan sosial. Terkait dengan hal tersebut guru di SD Negeri 1 Parakansalak telah memiliki peran dan kemampuan dalam mengelola kelas sehinga tercipta kelas yang kondusif seperti mengatur posisi duduk sisiwa, menjaga kebersihan kelas dan pengaturan hiasan yang ada di dalam ruangan kelas sehingga kondusifats siswa saat belajar menjadi bermakna dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe how to optimize learning methods during the transition period towards hybrid learning so that understanding of the material is conveyed to students. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that it is true to use hybrid learning as a solution in achieving student material towards an endemic transition. Thus, the learning method used in the implementation of learning at that time can be said to be effective because the learning objectives are achieved. This achievement is the result of hybrid learning where the teacher can convey material directly and obtain satisfactory learning outcomes.

Abstract

In the Sociology of Education Course, the problems that occur for students require a combination of learning resources into one such as an E-Book. So the researchers developed the E-Book for Educational Sociology Courses. This study aims to: 1) describe the level of need for the E-Book, 2) describe the design of the development of the E-Book, 3) describe the level of validity and practicality of the E-Book. This research used the R&D approach and was developed using the ADDIE model. Data collection used a needs identification questionnaire, a content/material expert validation questionnaire, a design and media expert questionnaire, a group trial questionnaire, an individual trial questionnaire, and a questionnaire for the responses of the lecturers of the Education Sociology Course. The results of the research show that the identification of the level of student needs is at a percentage of 87.05% of the required qualifications. Furthermore, the validation results from content/material experts were at a percentage of 92.8%, very valid qualifications, the validation of design experts was at a percentage of 96.66%, very valid qualifications, in group trials, the percentage results were 98.33%, very practical qualifications. individual trials are in the percentage of 100% very practical qualifications and the responses of the lecturers who teach the course are in the percentage of 100% very practical qualifications. The conclusion of the research results is that the level of needs analysis for the Sociology of Education E-Book is in the required qualifications and this E-Book is very valid and very practical.
