Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kritis sangat penting untuk membekali peserta didik agar mampu bersaing dan beradaptasi di era globalisasi untuk pengambilan keputusan dan pemecahan masalah secara bijaksana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbasis budaya dan diferensiasi berbantuan LKPD Interaktif pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu (1) perencanaan, (2) tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VA SDN Kutowinangun 01 Salatiga yang berjumlah 24 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan tes berbantuan LKPD interaktif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada pra siklus sebesar 49,17 dengan kategori kurang, pada siklus 1 sebesar 60,33% dengan kategori cukup dan meningkat pada siklus 2 yaitu sebesar 75,83% dengan kategori baik. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Masalah Berbasis Budaya dan Diferensiasi berbantuan LKPD Interaktif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VA SDN Kutowinangun 01 Salatiga.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison between the content standards of Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools (SDIT) and public elementary schools in Indonesia. This research employs a literature review method by collecting and reviewing various sources such as books, government regulations, curriculum documents, and nationally and internationally accredited journal articles. The findings indicate that the content standards of public schools are structured based on the Merdeka Curriculum, which focuses on strengthening academic competencies, numeracy literacy, digital literacy, and the development of the Pancasila Student Profile. Meanwhile, SDIT implements the national curriculum integrated with distinctive Islamic subjects such as Aqidah Akhlak (Islamic Ethics and Faith), Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence), Al-Qur'an and Hadith, Sirah Nabawiyah (Prophetic Biography), as well as the reinforcement of Islamic character education. These differences affect the subject structure, basic competencies, time allocation, and learning outcomes. SDIT holds advantages in fostering students' spiritual values and religious character, while public schools excel in standardized national achievements and readiness to face the global challenges of the 21st century. This study recommends the development of an integrated curriculum through collaboration between the government and Islamic educational institutions to achieve equitable, inclusive, and adaptive primary education that responds to the needs of a multicultural society and the advancement of knowledge in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to describe leadership innovations for elementary school principals in Cluster 2 Nanggulan based on the Ki Hajar Dewantara leadership trilogy. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collected by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was carried out by means of source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study show that the leadership innovation of the elementary school principal in Cluster 2 Nanggulan based on the Ki Hajar Dewantara leadership trilogy in an effort to improve teacher competence is that the principal also conducts a self-development program to increase his competence in the hope that he will be emulated by other teachers whose teachers then take part in the improvement program. competence, school principals are involved in teacher competency improvement programs in the form of creating certain situational conditions so that teachers can easily participate in competency improvement programs, and school principals provide motivational encouragement so that teachers can be enthusiastically interested in participating in competency improvement programs for example by giving small rewards. The inhibiting factor in the implementation of elementary school principal leadership innovations in an effort to improve teacher competence based on the Ki Hajar Dewantara leadership trilogy in Cluster 2 Nanggulan is the teacher's mindset which is difficult to change teacher teaching habits to use more effective and efficient teaching methods. Supporting factors in the implementation of elementary school principal leadership innovations in an effort to improve teacher competence based on the Ki Hajar Dewantara leadership trilogy in Cluster 2 Nanggulan is the organizational structure of the principal who is the highest peak position in the school able to make teachers obey or consider policies and suggestions from the principal to improve the ability of the teacher itself. The achievement of school principals in getting teachers to make efforts to increase pedagogic competence, social competence, personal competence, and professional competence with the kihajar dewatara leadership principle, namely setting an example, providing motivation and moving teachers, and giving encouragement to teachers is 64.32%. Setting an example, motivating and moving teachers, and giving encouragement to teachers is not always successful in increasing the competence of teachers. Teachers may not follow the example of the principal, teachers may not listen to the motivation of the principal, teachers may not be successful in being encouraged so that they are less interested in improving their poaedagogic competence, professional competence, personal competence, and social competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe teacher and student activities, and to analyze the improvement of critical thinking skills, cooperation skills, and student learning outcomes. The problem in this study is the low activity of teachers and students in learning, critical thinking skills and student cooperation in science content. Efforts made to deal with this problem are the use of the PROTON learning model and Wordwall Media in the learning process. This study applies Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in 4 meeting sessions. The research subjects consisted of 17 fourth grade students at SDN Asam Pauh, consisting of 10 male students and 7 female students in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The results of this study indicate that the application of the PROTON model and Wordwall media can improve teacher activity, student activity, critical thinking and cooperation skills, and student learning outcomes. The results of this study are recommended for principals, teachers, and further researchers as an alternative to using innovative learning models to improve the quality of education

Abstract

Teaching assistance activities are a strategic program to strengthen the professional character of prospective teachers by providing real teaching experience in the educational field. The problem highlighted in this study is the need to enhance the teaching skills of student teachers through direct experience in elementary schools. This study aims to explore how the implementation of teaching assistance contributes to shaping students’ professional character within the context of school-based learning. The research employed a guided practice method, where student teachers conducted various teaching-related activities at UPT SDN 060971 Medan Tuntungan. These included academic instruction, non-academic activities, integration of technology in learning, classroom management, and participation in administrative tasks. The findings revealed that the program positively impacted students' competencies in managing learning processes, engaging with pupils, and addressing challenges in real classroom settings. It can be concluded that teaching assistance serves as an effective medium for fostering the professional character of student teachers, encompassing pedagogical, social, and managerial aspects.

Abstract

The teaching assistance program is an effort to enhance the quality of elementary education and foster the professional character of prospective teachers. The issue addressed in this study is the need to optimize student involvement in the elementary school learning process, as part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy. This study aims to describe the implementation and impact of the teaching assistance program on improving learning quality at SDN 060888 Medan Sunggal. The method used was a combination of observational and instructional approaches, in which student teachers served both as classroom observers and instructors. The results indicate that students actively participated in academic, non-academic, and administrative school activities. The program significantly contributed to the development of soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and classroom management, as well as hard skills including the use of digital learning media and lesson planning. It is concluded that the teaching assistance program not only improves students' teaching competencies but also contributes positively to more effective and meaningful learning processes in elementary schools

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of cash turnover and working capital turnover on Return On Investment in media and entertainment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023 using a quantitative descriptive approach. The type of data in this study is secondary data. The population in this study is all media and entertainment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023, totaling 19 companies. The sample in this study was 14 companies with a sampling method using purposive sampling technique and the data processed was 56 financial reports. The analysis techniques used in this study are classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. The results of the study show that the cash turnover variable has an effect on Return On Investment, while the working capital turnover variable has a negative effect on Return On Investment.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of painting using used objects. The kind of quantitative research with an experimental approach. This study uses a pre-experimental design called the One Group pretest-postest. The population in this study was all children of group B. where students were 8 males and 12 females. Research variables are painting activities using free objects (free variables) and children's creativity (bound variables). This research is based at Father Percut Sei's School. The techniques of collection, observation and documentation, From the final test results that have been performed, are derived an average score of pretest result 34, whereas a posttest average is 44. So the conclusion of this study is that there was an influence of painting activities with used items on creativity development in 5-6 year old children at Tk Kasih Bapa Percut sei Tuan.

Abstract

The results of learning mathematics at SDN Pandean Lamper 03 are still low. This is due to students' low problem-solving abilities and still conventional learning, which results in students being less active. The purpose of this research is to use the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class III students at SDN Pandean Lamper 03 Semester I Year 2022/2023. PTK consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. This study involved 27 grade III students as participants. Data collection tools in the form of tests and documentation. Based on research findings, the PBL model can improve mathematics learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes experienced a better increase than before the action, only 48% of students completed. However, after the action, there was an increase in learning outcomes in the first cycle of 70% and increased to 85% in the second cycle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the LOK-R learning model assisted by E-comic on the numeracy skills of class X SMA students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of research in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was all class X SMA ST. Yoseph Medan consisting of 149 students divided into 4 classes. The research sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique, namely class X-1 with a total of 37 students. The data used in this study are quantitative data. Based on the analysis of research data using the Paired Sample T-Test, the results obtained t_count = 102.66> t_(table) = 2.028, then there is an effect of the LOK-R learning model assisted by E-Comic on students' numeracy skills. The results of the data analysis indicate that there is a significant increase in students' numeracy skills after the application of the learning model. This proves that the use of the LOK-R learning model assisted by E-Comic has a positive effect on students' numeracy skills by 67%.
