Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing and brand image on the interest in buying Eiger bags at TikTok Shop, focusing on students at Trunojoyo University, Madura (UTM). The phenomenon of using TikTok as an e-commerce platform is increasing, especially among students who actively use social media. Influencer marketing is considered as one of the effective strategies in building brand image and encouraging consumer buying interest. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive and causal design. Data were obtained through a questionnaire based on a Likert scale of 1-5, which was distributed to 45 UTM student respondents selected using the proportional random sampling method. Data analysis was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that influencer marketing had a significant influence on the interest in buying Eiger bags at TikTok Shop, while brand image did not show a significant influence. Multiple linear regression tests revealed that the influencer marketing variable had a coefficient value of 0.721 with a p-value of 0.000, which indicated a positive and significant influence. On the other hand, the brand image variable has a coefficient of 0.182 with a p-value of 0.222, indicating that its effect on purchase intention is not significant. Simultaneously, influencer marketing and brand image collectively influence purchase intention, as evidenced by the significant F-test results. These findings provide important implications for digital marketing strategies, especially in maximizing the role of influencers to increase purchase intention. Businesses that want to increase sales through TikTok Shop are advised to further utilize the potential of credible influencers who have great influence among students. In addition, this study can contribute to the development of literature in the field of digital marketing and consumer behavior in the context of social media-based e-commerce.

Abstract

This study is designed to identify behavioral transformations in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) before and after receiving intervention and education at the Bina Widya Wicara Special Needs Children's Learning Center in Serang. Children with autism have distinctive characteristics related to communication, social relationships, and behaviors that are often rigid, repetitive, and difficult to manage, thus requiring specific learning techniques and approaches. The chosen research approach is descriptive qualitative, involving the collection of information through field observations, conversations with teacher assistants, and activity recordings. Data evaluation follows the Miles and Huberman (1994) framework, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and final conclusions. The study's findings reveal striking behavioral changes in the subject named Aira (16 years old), who initially often got angry, refused commands, and was aggressive toward teachers. After undergoing a learning process with tailored tactics, Aira showed progress in responding to calls, making eye contact, following simple instructions, and interacting with peers. The learning techniques used include setting behavioral boundaries, gradual communication, delivering clear instructions, and close cooperation between teachers and parents. This research emphasizes that systematic, personalized, and collaborative educational interventions can provide positive effects on the behavioral growth and social skills of children with autism. Therefore, the effectiveness of handling children with ASD is highly determined by the suitability of learning methods, the perseverance of educational staff, and active family participation in assisting the child's adjustment in the learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze halal certificatoin in increasing the income of UMKM in Bukittinggi city, the obstacles experienced by UMKM and the faktotrs that influence the level of thrush of Bukittinggi city recidents towards halal certification in food products. This study is qualitive, the data collection methods user are observasiton, interviews and dokumentacion, data analysis techniques used (data reduction), data display (data presentaion) and the final stage of drawing conclusions. The resulth of the study are that halal certification has a stategic role in increasing the income of UMKM in Bukittinggi city. Consumers exprerince several obstacles in the halal cerification process, such as a lack of understandling of the product, being constrained by cost and being constrained in fulfilling by the credibility of the halal certification agency. Consumens awarennes, clear regulations the role of the mass media and community participation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of teacher and peer support on the school well-being of elementary students. Using a quantitative approach with an ex post facto correlational design, the research involved 155 students from MI M Tahfidzul Qur’an Matesih, Karanganyar. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring three variables: teacher support, peer support, and school well-being. The instruments were valid (r > 0.30) and reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.887). Multiple regression analysis revealed that both teacher support (β = 0.312, p < 0.01) and peer support (β = 0.286, p < 0.01) significantly predicted school well-being. The model explained 32.3% of the variance in school well-being (R² = 0.323). These findings indicate that emotional and social support from teachers, along with positive peer interactions, play a vital role in fostering students’ happiness, sense of belonging, and engagement in school activities. Strengthening these social supports can create a more inclusive and nurturing school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the learning styles of high-achieving students and the factors that support their academic success at UPTD SDN Pejagan 1. The focus of the research is directed toward understanding how learning style, motivation, time management, and environmental support contribute to students’ academic achievement. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews with high-achieving students and classroom teachers, as well as observations conducted during the learning process. The results show that high-achieving students tend to have a visual-kinesthetic learning style, meaning they learn best through observation, colors, images, videos, and hands-on activities. The use of this learning style helps students better understand the material, stay active in class, and maintain high concentration. In addition, strong learning motivation both intrinsic and extrinsic serves as the main driving factor behind their success. Support from teachers and parents also has a positive impact on students’ enthusiasm for learning and discipline. Moreover, effective time management enables these students to balance academic and non-academic activities efficiently.It can be concluded that the success of high achieving students results from the interaction between suitable learning styles, high learning motivation, good time management, and social support from both school and family environments. The implication of this study emphasizes the importance of teachers recognizing students’ learning styles in order to design effective, engaging, and student-centered learning strategies

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) dalam mengembangkan karakter siswa melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan metode PRISMA. Kajian dilakukan terhadap artikel berbahasa Indonesia terbitan 2020-2025 yang terindeks SINTA. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran IPS dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti tanggung jawab, disiplin, toleransi, dan peduli sosial melalui integrasi kurikulum, metode pembelajaran kontekstual, dan keteladanan guru.

Abstract

Motivasi diidentifikasi sebagai faktor vital yang secara signifikan memengaruhi proses dan hasil belajar. Individu dengan motivasi yang kuat cenderung mencurahkan seluruh upayanya untuk mencapai hasil optimal yang sejalan dengan tujuan mereka. Secara teoritis, motivasi siswa yang lebih tinggi mendorong belajar yang lebih tekun dan peningkatan frekuensi belajar, yang secara langsung mengarah pada peningkatan prestasi akademik. Namun, intensitas motivasi bervariasi di antara individu, dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti aspirasi, kemampuan belajar, kondisi siswa, kondisi lingkungan, elemen dinamis dalam pembelajaran, dan upaya guru. Terlepas dari argumen teoritis ini, teks tersebut menekankan perlunya penelitian empiris untuk membuktikan bahwa secara akurat. Penelitian khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SD N 2 Sribasuki. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain regresi kuantitatif dan mencakup sampel sebanyak 37 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh (sensus). Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,387 mengonfirmasi adanya pengaruh positif antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Koefisien determinasi R Square adalah 0,150 yang menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar menyumbang 0,15 pengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa 85% pengaruh dikaitkan dengan faktor lain.

Abstract

Gangguan jiwa merupakan persoalan Kesehatan mental yang masih sering terabaikan dan di salahpahami oleh Masyarakat. Individu yang mengalami gangguan Kesehatan atau biasa dikenal sebagai Orang Dalam Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ), seringkali mendapatkan stigma negative, diskriminasi, serta penolakan dari lingkungan sosial maupun keluarga. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan mereka kehilangan dukungan sosial dan kesempatan untuk memperoleh layanan pemulihan yang layak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bentuk pendampingan dan peran lembaga rehabilitasi sosial, khususnya Panti Sosial Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 4, dalam membantu pemulihan dan penguatan fungsi sosial ODGJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung pada pendamping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Panti Sosial Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa 4 berfungsi sebagai wadah pemulihan psikososial bagi ODGJ.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SDN Pejagan 1. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena rendahnya semangat belajar siswa akibat kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung proses pendidikan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada beberapa orang tua siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar anak. Bentuk keterlibatan tersebut meliputi mengontrol waktu belajar, mendampingi anak saat belajar, memberikan pujian atau hadiah, serta memberikan teladan positif dalam disiplin dan tanggung jawab. Motivasi belajar anak dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti rasa ingin tahu dan minat, serta faktor eksternal seperti dukungan dan perhatian dari orang tua maupun guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dukungan dan keterlibatan aktif orang tua merupakan faktor penting dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa, serta diperlukan kerja sama yang berkelanjutan antara orang tua dan pihak sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif dan mendukung keberhasilan akademik anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek kognitif, emosional, perilaku, dan sosial peserta didik tunagrahita ringan di SKHN 01 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab masih terbatasnya pemahaman mengenai bagaimana anak tunagrahita beradaptasi dan berkembang dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam bersama guru pendamping khusus dan observasi langsung terhadap seorang siswa berusia 9 tahun bernama Yusron. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek mampu memahami instruksi konkret, namun mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep abstrak dan hubungan sebab-akibat. Secara emosional, anak dapat mengekspresikan emosi dasar seperti senang, sedih, dan marah, namun kesulitan menjelaskan penyebabnya. Dalam aspek perilaku, penerapan penguatan positif melalui pujian dan sistem token economy sederhana terbukti efektif meningkatkan motivasi dan perilaku adaptif. Sementara dalam aspek sosial, anak belajar melalui proses imitasi terhadap guru dan teman sebaya meskipun belum mampu memulai interaksi secara mandiri. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran yang konkret, empatik, dan konsisten sangat penting dalam mendukung perkembangan anak tunagrahita ringan di lingkungan pendidikan.
