Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat model discovery learning berbasis pendidikan karakter pada materi subtema organ gerak hewan kelas V yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pengembangan dengan menggunakan model Borg dan Gall dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran, (4) penilaian perangkat pembelajaran, (5) revisi perangkat pembelajaran, (6) uji coba terbatas, (7) revisi perangkat pembelajaran. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan meliputi: silabus, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), bahan ajar, Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD), Power Point, dan soal penilaian. Perangkat model discovery learning berbasis pendidikan karakter yang dikembangkan dapat dinyatakan valid. Berdasarkan penilaian validator ahli diketahui skor validasi silabus (3,84), RPP (3,84), bahan ajar (3,85), LKPD (3,88), power point (3,67), dan soal penilaian (3,90). Perangkat model discovery learning berbasis pendidikan karakter yang dikembangkan dapat dinyatakan praktis. Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran dilihat dari: hasil pengamatan kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran berada dalam kategori sangat baik yaitu sebesar 3,21 dan respon positif siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan nilai rata-rata 2,96. Perangkat model discovery learning berbasis pendidikan karakter yang dikembangkan dapat dinyatakan efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketuntasan individu yang menunjukkan nilai rata-rata tes siswa dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning berbasis pendidikan karakter lebih dari KKM (70) Kata Kunci : Perangkat model discovery learning , pendidikan karakter, valid, praktis, efektif

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Maudu’ Lompoa celebration process and explore the da’wah messages embedded within it. Conducted in Cikoang Village, Mangarabombang District, Takalar Regency, this research adopts a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, utilizing interviews, observation, and documentation for data collection, and applying data reduction, presentation, and conclusion techniques for analysis. The findings reveal that the Maudu’ Lompoa tradition carries significant da’wah messages. It emphasizes the reinforcement of tawhid and includes the recitation of a’ratek/azzikkiri’ during the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday commemoration as a reflection of love and reverence toward the Prophet. The celebration reminds the community of the Prophet’s mission, including tawhid, rahmatan lil ‘alamin, and Islamic moral teachings. It also preserves local Islamic traditions by incorporating da’wah into cultural forms such as pamanca’ (martial arts), pakarena decorative elements, and julung-julung boats, symbolizing Islamic propagation blended with local identity—an example of Islamic inculturation that retains its spiritual essence. The tradition fosters strong solidarity and brotherhood among local residents and diaspora, reinforcing ukhuwah Islamiyah and ukhuwah wathaniyah, while also enhancing silaturahmi as a form of da’wah bil hal. Furthermore, Maudu’ Lompoa functions as an educational medium for youth through religious events, competitions, and Maulid recitations that promote the internalization of Islamic values. It also symbolizes the continuity of Islam in local history, with Cikoang recognized as a historical center for Islamic propagation by Sayyid Jalaluddin Al-Aidid, whose teachings are preserved through generations. Thus, Maudu’ Lompoa serves as a comprehensive platform for cultural, spiritual, and educational da’wah.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to enhance students’ critical thinking skills in the IPAS subject through the implementation of the PBL, NHT, and Talking Stick models, along with the use of EduNusa media. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, conducted over four meetings following the steps of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 12 fourth-grade students at SD Kristen Banjarmasin during the 2024/2025 academic year. The findings of the study indicate significant improvements across all aspects. Teacher activity increased from a score of 18 to 24. Student activity rose from 58% to 92%. Students’ critical thinking skills also showed substantial growth, increasing from 50% to 92%. Likewise, student learning outcomes improved from 50% to 92%. The results indicate that the implemented instructional strategies had a positive influence on student engagement, critical thinking abilities, and academic achievement. It can be concluded that the integrated use of PBL, NHT, and Talking Stick models, supported by EduNusa media, is effective in enhancing students’ critical thinking skills and learning outcomes in the IPAS subject.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of learning based on the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka), the difficulties faced by teachers, the efforts to overcome these challenges, and the pattern of teacher difficulties in the Slamet Riyadi Cluster, Rowosari District. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers face several obstacles, including limited references, suboptimal time management, inadequate facilities, and lack of readiness. Efforts made by teachers include attending training through teacher working groups (KKG), utilizing surrounding resources, sharing the use of teaching equipment, and enhancing understanding through professional development activities. The study recommends that teachers improve their competencies through self-directed learning and training, and that schools provide stronger support in terms of infrastructure and resources.

Abstract

Reverse Culture Shock adalah sebuah fenomena yang dialami individu ketika kembali ke budaya setelah menjalani pengalaman hidup di budaya lain. Fenomena tersebut seringkali mendatangkan tantangan emosional, sosial, dan adaptasi. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman Reverse Culture Shock pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti program pertukaran pelajar, khususnya melalui program IISMA (Indonesian Internaltional Student Mobility Award). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis, empat partisipan dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dan diwawancarai secara semi-terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengalaman reverse culture shock bersifat individual dan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti adaptasi personal, dukungan sosial, kompetensi budaya, dan pengalaman akademik. Sebagian besar partisipan tidak mengalami kesulitan signifikan setelah kembali ke Indonesia. Dukungan sosial, baik dari keluarga maupun teman, memainkan peran penting dalam proses readaptasi. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya perhatian terhadap fase pasca-program pertukaran agar mahasiswa dapat mengelola perubahan dengan baik serta memaksimalkan manfaat jangka panjang dari pengalaman yang didapatkan selama program pertukaran berlangsung.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that students' interest in reading narrative texts is still relatively low. Low here means not having one's own awareness in reading books, low attention in reading books both at school and at home, not showing pleasure in reading books and low frequency of reading books. In this context, there needs to be greater attention from all parties, including parents, to increase students' interest in reading. This study aims to analyze the interest in reading narrative texts in fourth-grade students at Mojoagung 01 Elementary School, Pati Regency and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors that influence the interest in reading narrative texts in fourth-grade students at Mojoagung 01 Elementary School, Pati Regency. This research uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive analysis approach. The data sources in this study were the fourth-grade teachers, the principal, and fourth-grade students of SDN Mojoagung 01, Pati Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method in this study consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results and discussions that have been described, it can be concluded that 7 fourth- grade students (43.75%) showed a high interest in reading narrative texts. 8 students (50%) were classified as having sufficient interest in reading. 1 student (6.25%) was included in the category of not interested in reading. Therefore, students showed an interest in reading narrative texts in the "sufficient" to "good" category.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat teknologi digital telah membawa angin perubahan dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai inovasi media pembelajaran PAI di era digital beserta dampak, tantangan, dan peluang yang menyertainya. Melalui tinjauan sistematis terhadap berbagai sumber literatur terkini, penelitian ini mengungkap transformasi signifikan dari metode konvensional menuju pendekatan digital yang lebih interaktif dan menarik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa inovasi media digital seperti aplikasi pembelajaran, video animasi, gamifikasi, dan teknologi imersif telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran PAI. Namun demikian, implementasinya masih dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan yang memerlukan solusi komprehensif.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Pancasila Student Profile content in the critical thinking dimension, the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in the critical thinking dimension in mathematics learning, and the patterns of critical thinking in mathematics learning in fourth grade. The research subjects include fourth-grade students, school principals, and homeroom teachers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, questionnaires, mathematics questions, and documentation, which were then verified using triangulation techniques to ensure the accuracy of the data. The results of the study indicate that there are three contents of the Pancasila Student Profile, namely, obtaining and processing information and ideas, analyzing and evaluating reasoning, and reflecting on thoughts and thinking processes; the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile has been reflected in learning activities, as seen from the results of the student questionnaire, which obtained an average percentage score of 61.3% in the good category; and the pattern of critical thinking dimensions in fourth-grade learning was obtained from the sub-elements of asking questions, identifying, clarifying, and processing information and ideas, analyzing and evaluating reasoning and procedures, and reflecting on and evaluating one's own thoughts.

Abstract

The problem in this study was the low learning outcomes of grade 4th students of SD Negeri 6 Metro Utara. This study aims to determine the effect of animated video learning media on learning outcomes of Pancasila education. This research method used quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. The population and sample of the study amounted to 54 students. Determination of the sample used a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used a test technique in the form of multiple choice questions totaling 25 questions which were carried out twice, namely during the pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results of the study are that there is an effect of animated video learning media on the learning outcomes of Pancasila education with ???????????????????????? > ???????????????????????? or 25.644 > 4.260.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ critical thinking skills through the use of the Poster Comment method in the Indonesian language subject for fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Pajagalung. The Poster Comment method is a learning approach that encourages students to actively provide responses to posters containing specific information or issues, thereby stimulating their critical and analytical thinking abilities. This research employed a classroom action research (CAR) approach with two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Pajagalung. The results showed an improvement in students’ critical thinking skills from the first cycle to the second cycle. This improvement was evident from the increase in the average scores and the percentage of students achieving mastery learning after the implementation of the Poster Comment method. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Poster Comment method is effective in enhancing students’ critical thinking skills in Indonesian language learning.
