Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model on fourth-grade students’ rhythmic composition skills. A true experimental method with a posttest-only control group design was applied to a sample of 50 students randomly divided into experimental (n = 25) and control (n = 25) groups. The performance test measured four musical creativity indicators: fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Findings revealed that the experimental group’s mean score (M = 58.50) was higher than the control group’s (M = 46.50). An independent t-test showed a p-value of 0.009 (< 0.05), indicating a significant positive effect of RADEC on rhythmic composition skills. The integration of body percussion during the Create stage enhanced kinesthetic engagement and creative exploration. These results suggest that RADEC is an effective instructional models for fostering creativity in elementary school music learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis novel Melangkah karya J.S. Khairen menggunakan pendekatan strukturalisme, dengan fokus pada unsur intrinsik yang membangun karya sastra. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pustaka, yaitu dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber tertulis. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian kemudian dideskripsikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami hubungan antar unsur intrinsik dalam novel tersebut dan bagaimana hal ini berimplikasi terhadap pembelajaran di SMA. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tema, tokoh, alur, latar, sudut pandang, gaya bahasa dan amanat yang saling berkaitan dan membentuk makna keseluruhan dari novel Melangkah. Objek penelitian ini adalah novel Melangkah karya J.S. Khairen dengan menggunakan teknik baca dan catat.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas fase dan tugas perkembangan siswa sekolah dasar serta pemanfaatan tugas perkembangan dalam pembelajaran. Seperti yang telah kita ketahui fase dan tugas perkembangan anak bervariasi tergantung pada keadaan perkembangan anak. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, ditentukan bahwa siswa sekolah dasar berada di masa kanak-kanak akhir. Oleh karena itu, seorang guru atau calon guru harus memikirkan fase perkembangan sekolah dasar dan siswanya. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah hendaknya guru dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran dalam mencapai tujuan perkembangan siswa dan secara efektif meningkatkan guru-orang tua dalam mencapai tujuan perkembangan siswa. Sekolah merupakan bagian dari pendidikan yang di dalamnya terdapat peserta didik yang memerlukan bimbingan dan perhatian untuk mengembangkan dan menumbuhkembangkan potensi dirinya dengan sebaik-baiknya. Sekolah membuat banyak rencana untuk mencapai tujuan yang dicapai pendidik bagi anak didiknya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas V SDN 203/VI Rantau Panjang, Kabupaten Merangin, Provinsi Jambi. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah menerapkan diferensiasi pada tiga aspek utama, yaitu konten, proses, dan produk. Diferensiasi konten mencapai tingkat keberhasilan tertinggi sebesar 85%, proses 80%, dan produk 75%. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi dukungan sumber daya manusia (20%), lingkungan belajar kondusif (15%), dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana (15%), sedangkan hambatan terbesar adalah keterbatasan waktu guru (15%), kurangnya pemahaman strategi berdiferensiasi (8%), dan kesulitan adaptasi siswa (7%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah tersebut tergolong efektif, namun memerlukan penguatan terutama pada aspek produk dan peningkatan kompetensi guru. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada pelatihan, pendampingan, dan kolaborasi antarpendidik untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of rhythmic motif patterns in the children’s song Lihat Kebunku and to examine their meaningfulness in the context of elementary school music learning. A qualitative approach with content analysis was employed by examining the song’s score and lyrics. The results indicate that the rhythmic patterns are dominated by consistent and repetitive motifs across the antecedent and consequent phrases, facilitating children’s memorization and active participation during learning activities. No significant musical techniques such as diminution, augmentation, or retrograde were found, reflecting a simple rhythmic structure appropriate for the cognitive development of elementary school children. These findings align with previous research highlighting the important role of rhythmic patterns in enhancing children's creativity and musical abilities. Therefore, the rhythmic motif patterns in Lihat Kebunku can serve as a reliable basis for developing effective and enjoyable music teaching materials for elementary education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model type Make A Match on students' mathematics learning outcomes in the topic of perimeter and area of plane figures in class III of SDN Kersoharjo 2. This research used a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population in this study was all third-grade students at SDN Kersoharjo 2, with a total sample of 29 students. The research instrument was a learning outcome test, and the data analysis technique included normality testing using the Shapiro-Wilk formula and hypothesis testing using the paired sample t-test with the help of SPSS version 26. The normality test results showed that the data were normally distributed with a significance value above 0.05. The paired sample t-test showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores. The average student score increased from 64.66 (pretest) to 84.31 (posttest). These findings demonstrate that the Make A Match cooperative learning model significantly influences the improvement of students' mathematics learning outcomes. This model has proven to enhance conceptual understanding, student engagement, and foster a more active and enjoyable learning environment. Therefore, the Make A Match model is recommended as an effective alternative for teaching mathematics, especially on the topic of plane figures in elementary school.

Abstract

PENGARUH LATIHAN DRILL TERHADAP AKURASI PUKULAN DROPSHOT DALAM PERMAINAN BULUTANGKIS DI EKSTRAKURIKULER SMAN 1 KADUGEDE. This study aims to analyze the effect of drill training on the accuracy of dropshot strokes in badminton among extracurricular students at SMAN 1 Kadugede. The research employed an experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The sample consisted of 10 students selected purposively, focusing on those who had not yet mastered the dropshot technique. The instrument used was a dropshot skill test with 10 attempts, and scores were based on shuttlecock accuracy. Data were analyzed using normality and homogeneity tests, followed by a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant improvement, with the mean score increasing from 17.40 in the pretest to 21.80 in the posttest. The normality and homogeneity tests confirmed that the data met statistical assumptions, while the paired sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). This indicates that drill training had a significant effect on dropshot accuracy..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of push-up and clap push-up exercises on the smash accuracy of Rizsport Volleyball Club athletes in Kuningan Regency. The research method used was an experimental approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population consisted of 18 athletes, with 15 athletes selected as samples using purposive sampling, specifically those playing as spikers. The research instrument was a smash accuracy test conducted before (pretest) and after (posttest) the treatment. The treatment, consisting of push-up and clap push-up exercises, was carried out in 16 sessions over four weeks with a frequency of four training sessions per week. Data analysis using the paired sample t-test showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results, with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that push-up and clap push-up exercises have a positive and significant effect on improving smash accuracy of Rizsport Volleyball Club athletes in Kuningan Regency.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research aims to improve science learning outcomes in cognitive aspects. This research uses experimental learning methods in class IV A SDN Empang Bahagia 1. The subjects in this study were class IV A students totaling 28 students in the 2024/2025 school year. The research was carried out using the cycle model of Kemmis and Mc. Tagart through the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. In cycle I, student learning outcomes showed a percentage of 64.28% and had not yet reached the specified percentage of success. In cycle II, student learning outcomes showed a percentage of 85.71%. The teacher action monitoring instrument in cycle I was 87% which increased in cycle II which was 100%. The student action monitoring instrument in cycle I, 80%, increased in cycle II, 93%. The implication in this study is that the experimental learning method can be used as one of the learning methods to improve science learning outcomes in grade IV elementary school students. With the experimental method, students are able to understand the material of force well, analyze the theory of force in everyday life, actively discuss with their groups, be able to present the results of group discussions and be able to conclude learning activities that have taken place in class with direct guidance by the teacher.

Abstract

Several issues motivate this research, including students' difficulties in grasping educational content, students' poor scores on the topic of cooperation in my environment, and the use of less interactive learning media when presenting the topic. The aim of this research is to measure the impact of Educaplay media on students' understanding of the Cooperation in my Environment material in class IV of SD Negeri 48 Pangkalpinang. This study adopts a quantitative approach using the quasi-experimental experimental design method of a non-equivalent control group type. This research is based on a complete sampling technique, involving two distinct classes: the experimental class (IVA) which uses the educational media Educaplay, and the control class (IVB) which uses conventional learning. Data collection methods include observation, documentation, and writing question reviews. Data analysis techniques use normality tests (Kolmogorov-Smirnov), homogeneity tests (Levene), and hypothesis testing using the independent samples t-test. According to the results of the normality test (Kolmogorov Smirnov), the pretest and posttest values in the experimental class were obtained as follows: (0.200 and 0.200) while those in the control were (0.200 and 0.083). All data followed a normal distribution, as the significant value was greater than 0.05. The results of the homogeneity test (Levene's) indicated a t-value of 3.833, above the critical value of 2.002, with a significance level of 0.001, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, it is concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This means that there is an influence of Educaplay media on the understanding of the material of Cooperation in My Environment among the students of class IV of SD School Negeri 48 Pangkalpinang. The use of Educaplay media has a positive effect on student understanding, observable through changes in student behavior during the learning process. Students who previously lacked attention and had difficulty grasping educational content became more dynamic, passionate and focused when participating in learning.
