Abstract

This article discusses the issues of basic education policy faced by SDN 03 IV Koto Aur Malintang, particularly in the context of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The main problems include limited technological infrastructure, disparities in teacher quality, and suboptimal resource management. Through literature review and analysis based on national and international journals, solutions are formulated in the form of increased technology, professional development for teachers, and curriculum flexibility. The results indicate that well-planned policy innovations can promote independent learning and improve the quality of basic education.

Abstract

Abstract

This article examines the issues of educational policy in Indonesia related to technology access, teacher competence, curriculum flexibility, student disparities, and learning evaluations. The research method uses a literature review from national and international journals. The results of the study show: (1) infrastructure is still limited in remote areas, (2) teacher digital literacy is inadequate, (3) the curriculum is too dense and not adaptive enough, (4) student diversity is not well accommodated, and (5) learning evaluation still focuses on exam results. The conclusion recommends the reformulation of policies that include equal technology distribution, continuous training for teachers, the drafting of a flexible curriculum, and comprehensive evaluations.

Abstract

The educational issues at SDN 01 Benteng Pasar Atas in Bukittinggi City demonstrate the dominance of a centralistic approach in policy-making and a lack of involvement from teachers and students in curriculum development. This study aims to analyze these issues and propose solutions based on policy decentralization and the development of contextual and adaptive curricula. Using a literature review method, this study examines both national and international literature. The analysis results indicate that involving local stakeholders, utilizing technology, and adopting active learning approaches can significantly enhance the quality of education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This article discusses the policy issues in elementary schools related to learning evaluation in the context of the simultaneous implementation of two curricula, namely the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum. The main problems include the mismatch in implementation, suboptimal learning evaluation, and limitations in resources and infrastructure. The methods used in this article are literature review and field observation. The analysis results indicate that policy innovations such as strengthening formative assessments, curriculum flexibility, teacher training, and the use of technology are essential to enhance independent learning and overall educational quality. This article recommends evidence-based and participatory policy formulation strategies.

Abstract

The issues in the implementation of culture-based global educational leadership at SDN 08 VII Koto Sungai Sarik reflect weak teacher discipline, low integration of local cultural values, insufficient motivation to improve competencies, and a weak school organizational culture. This study aims to analyze the causes and impacts of these problems and propose strategic approaches for improvement. The research method uses a qualitative approach based on literature studies and participatory observation. The results indicate that approaches including character habituation, strengthening technology, integrating culture into learning, and consistent self-reflection can drive school culture transformation. Effective leadership begins with leaders setting examples, cultivating noble values, and synergy between local and global values in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the issues of culture-based global education leadership found at SDN 51 Kuranji and to formulate appropriate approaches and innovations to address them. The study employs a qualitative approach using literature review methods and field observations. The observations reveal four main issues: the mismatch between the national curriculum and the local cultural context, gaps in access and resources, language barriers in learning, and the lack of educators' understanding of the concept of global leadership. In-depth literature analysis from various national and international journals supports that innovations such as the development of multicultural curricula, cross-cultural training, utilization of technology, and culture-based transformational leadership models can be solutions.This study concludes that global educational leadership rooted in local cultural values is key in building an inclusive and adaptive education system to global challenges.

Abstract

This research analyzes the issues of global educational leadership based on culture at SDN 33 Rawang Padang. Barriers such as a lack of understanding of local and global culture, the dominance of majority culture, limited multicultural training, access to global information, international collaboration, and global school vision were found. Through literature analysis and practice reflection, the article suggests strategies: the development of an integrative vision, multicultural curriculum, teacher training, global-local partnerships, and inclusive leadership. These findings indicate that a holistic approach is necessary for schools to be locally relevant and globally competitive.

Abstract

This research reveals the challenges and solutions in implementing culturally-based global educational leadership at SDN 11 Kampung Batu Dalam, Solok. Several issues were identified, such as weak discipline culture, low professional awareness of teachers, minimal adaptation of global values, and structural barriers within the school organization. Referring to transformational and multicultural leadership theories, as well as findings from national/international journals, this article formulates strategies to strengthen inclusive vision, integrate multicultural curricula, utilize local wisdom, foster community partnerships, provide continuous training, and implement distributed leadership models. It is also equipped with concrete innovations such as 'Cultural Exemplary Teachers', 'Cultural Fridays', and global online collaborations. It is hoped that these strategies can shape an inclusive, culturally responsive, and globally competitive school.

Abstract

This research identifies issues and solutions for culturally-based global educational leadership at SDN 04 Sungai Aur, West Pasaman. A descriptive qualitative method was used through observation, interviews, and literature studies related to transformational theory, multicultural intelligence, and inclusivity. The results indicate main obstacles such as a lack of global awareness, insufficient communication, and a lack of inclusive service training. Solution strategies include transformational leadership, inclusive learning, school community collaboration, and teacher innovation. This recommendation is followed up by various innovations, such as multicultural spaces, learning communities, and globally-local relevant inclusive teaching methods. These findings can serve as a model for elementary schools in other regions.
