This study aims to develop a multimedia learning application using Microsoft Office PowerPoint for informatics in grade XI MA students, which is considered highly valid and practical. The development stage of this multimedia learning application uses the 4D model, which includes several stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The multimedia learning application developed using Microsoft Office PowerPoint will be tested forfeasibility through validity and practicality tests. The average validation test result from the material and media validators was 92.5, indicating that the multimedia is considered "very valid." The average practicality test result from student responses was 89.28%, indicating "very practical."

The problem investigated in this study is that the majority of class X MPLB students at SMK Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar have not yet achieved the Learning Completion Criteria (KKTP). Out of a total of 107 students, only 38% succeeded in reaching KKTP, while the remaining 62% have not met the established standards. This condition indicates that most students are facing difficulties in achieving learning objectives, which suggests that there are obstacles in the learning process that impact student learning outcomes. This study aims to examine the influence of student activity and interest in learning on student learning outcomes in the subject of Fundamentals of Office Management and Business Services for class X MPLB at SMK Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar for the 2024/2025 academic year. The type of research used is ex-post facto with a population of all students in class X MPLB. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so a total of 71 students were selected as research samples, namely all students from class X MPLB 2 and X MPLB 3. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation and questionnaire distribution, with the data analysis method conducted using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. Before the questionnaire is used, a validity test and a reliability test are conducted first. The conclusion obtained is that the results of the partial hypothesis test show that activity has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes, as does students' interest in learning. From the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation obtained is Y = 80.410 + 0.488 (X1) + 0.099 (X2) + ????, where activity has a greater influence, and the coefficient of determination R² is 94.5% on the learning outcomes of the Basics of Office Management and Business Services students, while 5.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) application in improving the financial accountability of Bulutellue Village, Sinjai Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data focuses on the implementation of SISKEUDES in accordance with regulations and its impact on aspects of village financial accountability. The results indicate that the implementation of SISKEUDES in Bulutellue Village has been carried out completely and consistently according to the stages of village financial management regulated by Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018. The use of this application improves accountability through complete documentation, fast and accurate reporting, and active involvement of village officials and the community. The digital transformation implemented has changed the work culture of village officials to become more professional and transparent, despite geographical infrastructure limitations.

The author's concern regarding the low drama performance ability of students in class VIII of SMP NU Kaplongan Indramayu in the 2024/2025 Academic Year in drama performance learning and the teacher's limitations in designing an effective learning model to improve students' drama performance skills is the background for this research. One effort that can be made is by implementing the Role Playing model in drama performance learning. This research aims to: 1) determine whether the implementation of the Role Playing model in drama performance learning is effective for class VIII students of SMP NU Darul Ma'arif Kaplongan Indramayu in the 2024/2025 Academic Year, and 2) describe the drama performance learning activities by implementing the Role Playing model for class VIII students of SMP NU Darul Ma'arif Kaplongan Indramayu in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This research used an experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research was all class VIII students of SMP NU Darul Ma'arif Kaplongan Indramayu in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Using the purposive sampling technique, class VIII E was designated as the experimental class with 25 students and class VIII G as the control class with 25 students. Research data were collected through practical tests and observation sheets. Based on the results of statistical calculations using the independent samples t-test, the calculated t-value (t_{calculated}) was 2.849 and the t-table value (t_{table}) was 2.011. Thus, t_{calculated} (2.849) > t_{table} (2.011), which indicates that H_i is accepted and H_0 is rejected. Therefore, it can be stated that the Role Playing model is effectively applied in drama performance learning for class VIII students of SMP NU Darul Ma'arif Kplongan Indramayu in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Based on the analysis of observation results data, it is proven that the implementation of the Role Playing model can improve skills and self-confidence in the drama performance learning process for class VIII students of SMP NU Darul Ma'arif Kaplongan Indramayu in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

From initial observations conducted by researchers on English vocabulary recognition skills at Kartika 1-7 Padang Kindergarten, it appears that children's English vocabulary recognition skills are still low because teachers only teach through flashcards. Therefore, educators need a variety of activities to improve children's English vocabulary recognition skills. One such activity is playing Bingo. This study aims to examine the effect of Bingo on children's English vocabulary recognition skills at Kartika 1-7 Padang Kindergarten. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design in the experimental and control classes. The population of this study is all children at Kartika 1-7 Padang Kindergarten in the 2025/2026 academic year. The sample was taken using purposive sampling, with class B5 as the experimental class consisting of 11 children and class B6 as the control class consisting of 11 children. The data collection technique used a test consisting of 5 statement items, and the data analysis technique used in this study was to compare the difference between the two mean values, so a T-test was performed. The data was processed using the SPSS Ver 26 For Windows application. Based on the post-test hypothesis test, the sig value (2-tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, there is a significant difference between the bingo game and the treatment given by the teacher on the ability to recognize English vocabulary in children. It can be concluded that the Bingo game has an effect on the ability to recognize English vocabulary in children aged 5-6 years.

ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the low level of student understanding of the subject of Pancasila Education, specifically the material on norms in my life, as seen from the Learning Objective Completion Criteria, which was still below average, with only 9 out of 26 students achieving the KKTP. This study aims to determine the effect of the Advance Organizer Model on students' understanding of Pancasila Education in the subject of Norms in My Life in Grade V at SDN 8 Jebus. The approach used is quantitative with a Pre-Experimental Design and One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The test used is a written test consisting of 10 essay questions. The analysis used normality testing using the Shapiro Wilk test and hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample T-Test. This study proved that the pretest average score was 50.19 with a minimum score of 27.5 and a maximum score of 90, while the posttest average score was 75.09 with a minimum score of 42.5 and a maximum score of 95. The results of the data analysis prove that there is an effect of the Advance Organizer model on students' understanding of Pancasila education material on norms in my life in Grade V at SDN 8 Jebus.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk Mendeskripsikan tingkat kedisiplinan belajar siswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin di kelas V SDN 16 Singkawang; 2) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perbedaan jenis kelamin dengan kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas V SDN 16 Singkawang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif jenis korelasi dengan desain penelitian assosiatif yaitu hubungan antara perbedaan jenis kelamin dengan kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas V SDN 16 Singkawang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 16 Singkawang, siswa laki-laki ada 16 orang dan perempuan 14 orang jadi total keseluruhan 30 siswa. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling, diambil 28 siswa secara acak, karena siswa laki-laki lebih banyak dari perempuan maka agar jumlah siswa perempuan sama dengan laki-laki maka dilakukan pengurangan terhadap siswa laki-laki sebanyak 2 orang. Data diperoleh melalui teknik Non-tes menggunakan intrumen berupa lembar angket kedisiplinan belajar siswa dengan menggunakan skala guttman. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: terdapat hubungan antara perbedaan jenis kelamin dengan kedisiplinan belajar siswa dengan nilai korelasi (r) 0,567 > rtabel 0,374 dan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,002 < 0,05. Jadi hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa “Terdapat hubungan antara perbedaan jenis kelamin dengan kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas V SDN Singkawang”.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas V SDN Jatipamor I Kecamatan Panyingkiran Kabupaten Majalengka tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Metode yang digunakan Adalah kuasi eskperimen dengan desain factorial desain 2x2. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 siswa yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model discovery learning dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model direct instruction. Jenis sampel yang digunakan dalam peneliti ini yaitu Non Probability Sampling dengan Teknik pengambilan sampling Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes menulis eksplanasi dan berpikir kreatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANOVA dua jalur dan independent sampel t test. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian (1) Hasil menulis teks eksplanasi siswa yang menggunakan model discovery learning lebih baik dari siswa yang menggunakan model direct instruction (2) Hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang menggunakan model discovery learning lebih baik dari siswa yang menggunakan model direct instruction (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi di kelas eksperimen menggunakan model discovery learning dan kelas kontrol menggunakan model direct instruction ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kreatif tinggi, rendah.

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Duolingo application on improving students' English speaking skills. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. This design is similar to a pretest-posttest control group design. Data collection was conducted by testing students' English speaking skills using an English speaking skills assessment rubric and purposive sampling technique was used in sampling with a sample size of 64 students in grade VIII of SMPN 43 Padang in the 2025/2026 academic year, namely 32 students in grade VIII 2 as the experimental class and 32 students in grade VIII 3 as the control class. The research results obtained based on the “Test Statistics” output show that Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) has a value of 0.000. The basis for decision making in the Wilcoxon test is that if the Asymp.Sig value is < 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted, and if the Asymp.Sig value is > 0.05, the hypothesis is rejected. The analysis results show that there is an effect of using the Duolingo application in improving students' English speaking skills and that this media is effective for use in learning. The results of the English speaking ability test for eighth-grade students in the English subject, which was applied to class VIII 2 as the experimental class, obtained a higher average score of 20.69, while the average score obtained in class VIII 3 as the control class was lower with an average of 13.94. Based on the results of this study, the Duolingo application can be recommended as an effective learning medium to improve students' English speaking skills.

The low activity, critical thinking skills, and mathematics learning outcomes in grade IV students of SDN Sungai Miai 4 Banjarmasin are due to the still dominant learning using the one-way method so that students are less actively involved. This is the background for the implementation of classroom action research with the aim of improving teacher and student activities, as well as critical thinking skills and learning outcomes through the application of Problem Based Learning, Numbered Head Together, and Teams Games Tournament learning models. This research was conducted in 4 meetings with 19 grade IV students of SDN Sungai Miai 4 Banjarmasin. The data collection technique uses observation sheets of teacher activities, student activities, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes obtained through tests and non-tests both in groups and individually. The results of this study showed that teachers' activities increased from a score of 25 to 32 with the criterion of "Very Good". Student activity increased from 53% to 95% with the criterion of "Almost All Students Are Very Active". Critical thinking skills increased from 68% to 95% with the criterion of "Almost All Students Are Highly Skilled". The improvement of several aspects has an impact on cognitive student learning outcomes which increased from 68% to 100%. Affective learning outcomes from 63% to 89%. Psychomotor learning outcomes from 68% to 95%. It was concluded that the use of the Problem Based Learning, Numbered Head Together and Teams Games Tournament models could be carried out well in accordance with the steps of the learning process so as to improve students' activities, critical thinking skills, and mathematics learning outcomes.
