Abstract

This study was motivated by the difficulties experienced by eighth-grade students at SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP in remembering and understanding complex science material. This condition indicates the need for repeated practice to strengthen memory and conceptual understanding. Therefore, interactive multimedia learning based on Drill and Practice was developed as a solution to help students understand the material.This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) with a DDD-E development model that includes the stages of Decide, Design, Develop, and Evaluate. The validity test was conducted by one subject matter expert and two media experts, the practicality test involved 30 eighth-grade students, and the effectiveness test used questions analyzed with the N-Gain formula. Validity and practicality data were obtained through a Likert scale questionnaire.The results showed that the subject matter expert gave an average score of 3.60 (90%) and the media expert gave an average score of 3.92 (98%), which is considered highly valid. The practicality test obtained a percentage of 87.32% (very practical), and the effectiveness test showed an average N-Gain value of 0.57, which is considered moderate. These results indicate that Drill and Practice-based interactive multimedia is feasible, practical, and effective for use in science learning in eighth grade junior high school. Repeated practice in this media helps students strengthen their memory, correct mistakes, and understand concepts more deeply and continuously.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tomasui, Grevia S. D, 2025, Pengaruh Metode SAS Berbantu Kartu Kata Pelangi Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Peserta Didik di Kelas 1 SD Inpres Namosain Kota Kupang. Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Citra Bangsa. Pembimbing Roswita L. Nahak, S.Pd,M.Pd dan Pembimbing II Siprianus Tua,S.Pd,M.Pd. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode Struktural Analitik Sintetik (SAS) berbantu media Kartu Kata Pelangi terhadap kemampuan membaca peserta didik kelas I di SD Inpres Namosain Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan quasi eksperimen yang di lakukan dengan 1 kelas (one group pretest-posttest control). Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas I sebanyak 23 orang, instrument dalam penelitian yaitu berupa tes dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas menggunakan validitas konstruk dan validitas isi yang di nilai oleh ahli penilai dengan hasil uji validitas konstruk sebesar 91,6% dan hasi uji validitas isi sebesar 96% termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan membaca peserta didik yang dapat dilihat dari rata-rata hasil tes kemampuan membaca peserta didik pada hasil pretest yaitu 60,39 dan hasil Posttest yaitu 84,30. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan efektivitas penerapan metode SAS berbantu kartu kata pelangi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca. Ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan metode SAS efektif meningkatkan kemampuan membaca peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to synthesize key findings regarding the potential and urgency of revitalizing Gambo Batik in Musi Banyuasin (Muba) through the integration of gambier waste utilization as a natural dye. Gambo Batik, which faces challenges in dyeing sustainability and market competitiveness, can gain competitive advantage and authentic value through this circular economy approach. Based on literature analysis related to the advantages of tannin dyes in gambier waste, the challenges of preserving Gambo Batik, and the waste-based creative economy development model, this review concludes that the utilization of gambier waste is a strategic solution. This solution not only offers ecological sustainability and strengthening cultural identity, but also opens new opportunities for the economic well-being of Muba artisans by converting waste costs into product added value.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the teacher certification program in enhancing teachers’ professional competence through a systematic review of previous research findings. Using a qualitative approach with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, data were collected from relevant journal articles and research reports discussing the impact of certification on professional competence. The results reveal that the certification program has been effective in achieving its formal objectives, particularly in granting legal recognition and improving teachers’ welfare, which serve as motivational and psychological catalysts for professional growth. However, the program remains limited in transforming theoretical knowledge into innovative instructional practices in the classroom. The findings also highlight administrative burdens, variations in teachers’ initial qualifications, and insufficient managerial supervision as the main obstacles that hinder continuous professional development. Therefore, while certification is fundamental to teacher professionalization, it has not yet functioned optimally as a sustainable quality assurance mechanism. The study recommends repositioning certification as the starting point for continuous professional improvement rather than the ultimate goal of professional recognition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi program tahfidz dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan siswa di SMP Islam Al Azhar 18 Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Community Based Research (CBR) yang menekankan kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan pihak sekolah dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi program tahfidz. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program tahfidz berperan penting dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa, khususnya dalam pengelolaan waktu, pemenuhan target hafalan, dan kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib sekolah. Rutinitas harian seperti kegiatan muraja’ah dan setoran hafalan mendorong tumbuhnya rasa tanggung jawab dan konsistensi siswa. Selain itu, bimbingan serta pengawasan guru pendamping tahfidz turut meningkatkan kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya disiplin dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, program tahfidz tidak hanya menjadi sarana pendidikan keagamaan, tetapi juga media efektif dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai kedisiplinan sebagai karakter yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The development strategy for ethnopedagogical e-books is an important initiative that aims to improve students' cultural literacy by integrating local wisdom values into the educational framework. Ethnopedagogy is defined as an approach that emphasises local culture, traditions, and life experiences as fundamental elements for effective teaching and learning. This process begins with the identification of relevant cultural components, including folklore, customs, regional dialects, and traditional values that are relevant to students. These components are seamlessly integrated into the e-book content, in accordance with the competencies listed in the national curriculum. To increase student engagement, the e-book is created with interactive features that combine visual, audio, and video media, thereby enriching the cultural understanding experience. The application of contextual and communicative language facilitates a closer relationship between students and the material presented. Additionally, the e-book includes reflective and creative activities, such as cultural projects, documentation of family traditions, or the creation of inspiring folk tales. This method makes the learning experience meaningful, enjoyable, and relevant, while still appreciating and taking pride in cultural heritage. As a result, ethnopedagogical e-books not only improve academic understanding but also contribute to the development of students' character and cultural identity in the digital age.

Abstract

The role of leadership in education is essential. Madrasah principals are not limited to carrying out administrative functions but also play a role in establishing direction, vision, and targeted goals to achieve improvements in the quality of education. This study aims to study and analyze various leadership strategies used by principals to improve the quality of educational services. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore in-depth the leadership strategies of madrasah principals in improving the quality of educational services at MI Mamba'ul Huda Al-Islamiyyah Ponorogo. One of the madrasah principals' strategies in improving the performance of madrasahs is through providing guidance to teachers. This guidance is carried out so that teachers carry out their duties honestly, responsibly, effectively, and efficiently. MI Mamba'ul Huda Al-Islamiyyah is able to build an educational environment that is religious, collaborative, and oriented towards the development of students' overall potential.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze gender relations in the interactions between male and female students on campus by referring to the interpretation of hadiths and the accompanying social dynamics. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using Fatema Mernissi’s theoretical approach, which emphasizes criticism of patriarchal structures and the authority of hadith interpretation. The results of the study show that there are two patterns of hadith interpretation among students, namely textual and contextual. Textual interpretation tends to be used to legitimize hierarchical divisions of social roles and to position men as leaders, while contextual interpretation encourages equality and collaborative relations in both academic and organizational interactions. Social interaction on campus also shows the existence of spatial separation and restricted communication that is internalized especially among women, influenced by cultural norms and uncritical religious understanding. However, there are also spaces of resistance through female leadership that is dialogical and collaborative. This study affirms the importance of strengthening contextual hadith literacy and establishing an inclusive campus culture as steps toward just and equal gender relations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Entrepreneurship Teachers’ Teaching Style on Students’ Learning Motivation among Grade XI students of the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) program at SMKN 1 Jeneponto. Entrepreneurship is a core subject in the vocational curriculum and plays an important role in developing students’ innovative, creative, and independent abilities. Student learning outcomes are strongly influenced by external factors, including teachers’ teaching styles and students’ motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population of this study consists of all Grade XI MPLB students at SMKN 1 Jeneponto, totaling 75 students, with a sample of 45 students selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the students. The data analysis techniques include simple linear regression, F-test, and t-test. Further discussion concludes that there is a strong correlation and a positive influence of teachers’ teaching style on students’ learning motivation at SMKN 1 Jeneponto, in line with previous research findings. The better the teacher’s teaching style, the higher the students’ learning motivation. Keywords: Teaching Style, Student Learning Motivation, Entrepreneurship, Simple Linear Regression

Pengaruh Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Motivator, Motivasi Kerja Guru dan Magang Guru Terhadap Kompetensi Profesional Guru Produktif Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan. Tesis, Pembimbing I Dr. Ngasbun Egar, M.Pd., Pembimbing II Dr. Nurkolis, M.M. Rumusan masalah ini adalah: 1) adakah pengaruh peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif, 2) adakah pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif, 3) adakah pengaruh magang guru terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif, 4) adakah pengaruh peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator, motivasi kerja guru, dan magang guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan. Jenis penelitian adalah explanatory research. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Grobogan. Populasi adalah guru produktif berjumlah 111 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 111 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian 1) terdapat pengaruh peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif sebesar 55,1 %, hipotesis pertama terbukti. 2) terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif sebesar 16,7 %, hipotesis kedua terbukti. 3) terdapat pengaruh magang guru terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif sebesar 21,9 %, hipotesis ketiga terbukti. 4) terdapat pengaruh peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator, motivasi kerja guru, dan magang guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan sebesar 60,7 %, hipotesis keempat terbukti. Kesimpulan: 1) peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Grobogan sehingga Ha diterima, 2) motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Grobogan sehingga Ha diterima, 3) magang guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Grobogan sehingga Ha diterima, 4) peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator, motivasi kerja guru, dan magang guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Grobogan sehingga Ha diterima. Saran dari peneliti: 1) meningkatkan peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivor terutama pada dimensi pengaturan lingkungan fisik, 2) meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru pada dimensi motivasi ekstrinsik, 3) meningkatkan magang guru pada dimensi sikap kerja, 4) meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru pada dimensi memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk berkomunikasi dan mengembangkan diri.
