Abstract

Occupational stress in educational organizations has become a significant issue due to the increasing demands of education, administrative workloads, technological changes, and professional responsibilities faced by educators and educational staff. This study aims to analyze the sources, causes, impacts, and stress management strategies in educational organizations. The study used a qualitative approach with a literature review method, examining relevant journals, books, and academic articles. Data were collected through documentary studies and analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results indicate that the main sources of stress include excessive workload, time pressure, policy changes, limited facilities, technological adaptation, and organizational conditions. Occupational stress affects emotional stability, physical health, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. The study also found that a supportive work environment, effective communication, a balanced workload, and psychological well-being programs such as the PERMA approach can help reduce stress and burnout among educators and educational staff. Therefore, stress management is crucial for improving the quality of educational services and human resources in educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the role of the Election Supervisory Agency (Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum / Bawaslu) in preventing political violations in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The main problem addressed in this research is the persistence of various forms of political violations, such as vote buying, black campaigns, and administrative violations, which have the potential to undermine the quality of democracy at the local level. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature review. Data analysis was conducted through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results of the study indicate that the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency has performed its role quite optimally through the supervision of election stages, political socialization, vulnerability mapping, inter-institutional coordination, and enforcement of violations. However, the effectiveness still faces structural and cultural constraints, such as limited human resources, the wide supervisory area, and low political awareness among the community. Therefore, strengthening institutional capacity and increasing public participation are necessary to support the realization of high-quality elections.

Abstract

This study was motivated by reading instruction in elementary schools that still focuses on cognitive aspects and has not optimally integrated character values, particularly nationalism and love for local culture. This study aimed to describe and analyze the integration of Ajeg Nusantara values in the 7 Poe Atikan program within narrative text reading instruction in elementary schools. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical method. The research subject was a fourth-grade elementary school teacher, while data were collected through in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the integration of Ajeg Nusantara values was carried out through habituation activities, the selection of narrative texts themed around Nusantara culture, and the connection of learning materials with students’ real-life experiences. The integration was able to develop students’ moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral action. In addition to improving literacy skills, the learning process also fostered pride in local culture, tolerance, discipline, and created a more active classroom atmosphere that respected diversity.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to develop a website-based learning media product for basic volleyball Passing techniques for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Semarapura Kangin for the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. The research design includes expert validity testing, product trials, and practicality testing, with fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Semarapura Kangin as the subjects. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. Based on the research results, the design of this website-based learning media consists of (1) Home Page Display, (2) Learning Objectives Menu, (3) Material Menu, (4) Self-Evaluation Menu, and (5) Developer Profile. The validity test results show that the content/learning materials expert test scored 98%, qualifying as very good; the media/learning design expert test scored 96%, qualifying as very good; the field practitioner expert test scored 96%, qualifying as very good; the individual trial test scored 99%, qualifying as very good; the small group trial test scored 97%, qualifying as very good; the large group trial test scored 95%, qualifying as very good; and the practicality test scored 96%, qualifying as very practical. It can be concluded that the website-based learning media is deemed suitable as a learning medium for Physical Education (PJOK) for volleyball, specifically basic Passing techniques.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Website Teknik Dasar Passing Bola Voli Pada Peserta Didik Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Semarapura Kangin Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu, 1) Analisis (Analysis), 2) Perencanaan (Design), 3) Pengembangan (Development), 4) Implementasi (Implementation) Dan 5) Evaluasi (Evaluation). Desain penelitian meliputi uji validitas ahli, uji coba produk, dan uji kepraktisan, dengan subjek penelitian yang melibatkan Peserta Didik Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Semarapura Kangin. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rancang bangun media pembelajaran berbasis website ini terdiri dari dari (1) Tampilan Halaman Beranda, (2) Menu Tujuan Pembelajaran, (3) Menu Materi, (4) Menu Evaluasi Diri, dan (5) Profil Pengembang. Adapun hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa uji ahli isi/materi pembelajaran mendapatkan skor 98% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji ahli media/desain pembelajarn mendapatkan skor 96% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji ahli praktisi lapangan mendapatkan skor 96% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji coba perorangan mendapatkan skor 99% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan skor 97% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, uji coba kelompok besar mendapatkan skor 95% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, dan uji kepraktisan mendapatkan skor 96% dengan kualifikasi sangat praktis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis website dinyatakan layak sebagai media pembelajaran PJOK materi Bola Voli khususnya teknik dasar Passing Bola Voli.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the implementation of efficient salon management to enhance customer satisfaction at Adyan Salon by analyzing the POAC management functions (Planning, Organizing, Executing, Controlling), the 5W1H technique, and the 6M management aspects. This study employs a qualitative methodology, combining direct observation and in-depth interviews with the salon owner to investigate business planning, task allocation, the customer service framework, human resource management, and operational assessment. The data obtained is then evaluated descriptively to illustrate the application of salon management in daily operations. The research findings reveal that the proprietor of Adyan Salon intends to operate the business not solely for profit but also to generate employment opportunities and function as an educational platform for individuals aspiring to progress in the beauty industry, while adjusting services to align with emerging beauty trends and technologies. From an organizational standpoint, despite the family-oriented and informal structure, the distribution of responsibilities according to expertise operates efficiently, hence facilitating seamless operations. The implementation of customer service procedures is organized from client welcome, guaranteeing comfort, delivering services based on needs, to facilitating possibilities for complaints or changes of outcomes. Oversight is conducted by senior personnel and augmented through monthly assessments that focus on customer grievances, service challenges, product availability, and quality enhancement efforts. The systematic and continuous evaluation of management at Adyan Salon enhances service quality, hence facilitating customer happiness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the LOK-R learning model on students' numeracy literacy ability in statistical material in class X. The research method used is quantitative, True Experiment Design type, with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sample of this study consists of two classes, namely the experimental class that uses the LOK-R learning model and the control class that uses the conventional learning model. The research instruments are in the form of pre-test and post-test tests. The results showed that there was a significant increase in numeracy literacy skills in the experimental class compared to the control class. The average post-test score of students in the experimental class was 72% higher than that of the control class of 53%. These results prove that the application of the LOK-R learning model is effective in improving students' numeracy literacy skills.

Abstract

This study aims to trace the legacy of the DI/TII movement led by Kahar Muzakkar, which remains embedded in the collective memory of the communities in Bulukumba and Sinjai Regencies, South Sulawesi. By adopting an oral history approach and a study of collective memory, this research explores how local communities remember, interpret, and pass down narratives about this armed movement from one generation to the next. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with historical actors, eyewitnesses, and their descendants, and supported by relevant archives and literature. The research findings reveal that the community’s memories of the DI/TII are fragmented between experiences of trauma and narratives of heroism; some communities view this movement as a dignified ideological struggle, while others see it as a source of suffering and fear. These results affirm that the construction of memory is not merely a record of past events, but a social process that is continuously reproduced in accordance with group interests and identities. This research makes an important contribution to deepening our understanding of the legacy of armed conflict in the social and cultural life of the people of South Sulawesi.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the social lives of young people, particularly in the process of identity formation in the era of digital culture. Social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X have become new spaces for young people to interact, express themselves, and build virtual social existence. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of digital culture and the shifting identity of young people from a postmodernism perspective. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach through the examination of various books, scientific journals, and articles.The results of the study show that digital culture has changed communication patterns, lifestyles, and the ways young people construct their social identities. Youth identities have become more fluid, flexible, plural, and influenced by digital symbols and popular culture on social media. This study concludes that digital culture has a significant influence on the transformation of youth identity in the postmodern era through media domination, symbolic consumption, and the development of digital technology in contemporary society.

Abstract

Liquidity risk management is a crucial aspect in maintaining the operational stability of Islamic banks, particularly amidst fluctuating and uncertain market conditions. This study discusses liquidity risk mitigation strategies through the implementation of Asset and Liability Management (ALMA) in accordance with sharia principles. Islamic banks face specific challenges in the form of limited sharia liquidity instruments, maturity mismatch risks, and changes in customer behavior due to market volatility. Therefore, effective strategies are needed, such as maintaining the availability of liquid assets, conducting cash flow projections, diversifying funding sources, implementing stress testing, and preparing contingency funding plans. In addition, strengthening risk governance based on the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia, and AAOIFI is an important factor in supporting the liquidity resilience of Islamic banks. Through these strategies, Islamic banks are expected to be able to maintain financial stability, increase customer trust, and maintain competitiveness amidst the dynamics of the modern banking industry. The type of research used is library research, which is research conducted by collecting various data and information sources from books, scientific journals, articles, laws and regulations, and official documents related to asset and liability management (ALMA), liquidity risk, and Islamic banking. Secondary data sources in this study were obtained from publications from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia, AAOIFI, and various relevant academic literature.

Abstract

This The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the cultural values of Indonesian society. Social media and the internet have not only transformed communication patterns but also influenced cultural identity, social relations, and the way younger generations interpret local and global cultures. This study aims to examine the transformation of cultural values in Indonesian society in the digital era, including changes in social values in digital interactions, the role of social media in shaping cultural values, shifts in cultural identity, their impact on younger generations, as well as opportunities and challenges in cultural preservation. This research employed a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected from various scientific sources such as journals, books, and research reports relevant to the study topic. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative content analysis by systematically classifying and interpreting the findings. The results indicate that the digital era has shifted social values from deep and emotional relationships toward more flexible and network-based interactions. Social media also contributes to the formation of hybrid cultural identities through the integration of local and global cultural elements. On the other hand, digital technology provides significant opportunities for cultural preservation through the digitization and dissemination of local cultural content. Therefore, strengthening culture-based digital literacy and encouraging the active role of younger generations are essential to maintaining the sustainability of local culture amid the flow of digital globalization.
