Abstract

Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence dan Mendeley untuk Penyusunan Karya Ilmiah: Pelatihan Interaktif Berbasis Teknologi merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan meningkatkan literasi teknologi di kalangan dosen, mahasiswa, dan guru. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom pada 22 Oktober 2023, dengan melibatkan 41 peserta dari berbagai kalangan. Abstrak ini menyajikan penjelasan singkat tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi AI dan Mendeley dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah. Melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, dan praktikum virtual, peserta diberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai konsep dasar AI dan keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan Mendeley sebagai alat manajemen referensi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mencakup pendahuluan, pemaparan materi, sesi interaktif, praktikum virtual, dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan partisipasi aktif peserta, peningkatan pemahaman, serta kemampuan praktis dalam menerapkan konsep yang diajarkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine if e-money users' loyalty is influenced by promotional attractiveness, satisfaction, and convenience. The people that use electronic money make up the group that this study used. Purposive sampling was the method employed in this study, and the sample size was one hundred participants. The measurement tools used in this study are ordered according to a Likert scale. In order to collect data for this study, questionnaires and a literature review were employed. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed in this study's data analysis. The following conclusions can be made in light of the analysis and conversation: According to the partial regression test (t-test) results, convenience, satisfaction, and the attractiveness of the campaign all significantly affect the loyalty of e-money users. It is known from the simultaneous regression (f-test) results that convenience, satisfaction, and promotional attractiveness all significantly affect e-money user loyalty at the same time. Then, because it has a higher value than the convenience and happiness variables, the promotion attractiveness variable has the most prominent influence on the loyalty of e-money users.

Abstract

This research aims to contribute to modern business, new work systems, and industrial relations. This research is a longitudinal study involving manufacturing companies. Researchers collected data at two different periods. Researchers surveyed by sending a questionnaire to the company's human resources managers. Research findings show a reasonably strong relationship between implementing new work practices and better company results. However, according to the dominant theory, this result does not always occur in every case. These results indicate a greater focus on small businesses, which play a significant role in the fabric industry. The third result shows the durability or sustainability of individual practices. These new practices have proven effective in improving company performance, which may be why groups are more confident implementing them. Discriminant analysis reveals that firms' structural and market characteristics account for most of the variability in their orientation toward organizational innovation. The intensity of relationships with other companies positively correlates with using new work practices, mainly if the company operates internationally. The competition level in the company's market is also related to the use of new work practices and intense, innovative activities, especially those related to technology and the coordination of activities within the organization, such as information technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis kerusakan dan jumlah total kerusakan pada proses produksi pita cukai berperekat, mengetahui jenis kerusakan yang paling banyak terjadi pada proses produksi pita cukai beserta faktor-faktor penyebab kerusakan tersebut, membuat usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi kerusakan yang paling banyak terjadi produk pita cukai berperekat, sertamengetahui hasil perbaikan yang diterapkan pada proses produksi pita cukai berperekat. Jumlah kerusakan Pita Cukai Berperekat dari bulan Juni 2022 sampai dengan Februari 2023 melebihi standar yang telah ditentukan perusahaan, yaitu maksimal kerusakan adalah sebesar 5% per bulan. Pendekatan masalah yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan diagram pareto, lalu menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan metode Failure Mode and Analysis (FMEA). Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan diagram pareto didapatkan jenis cacat dominan yaitu blobor, rusak die cut, die cut tidak terpotong, sobek, cetakan tebal, dan miss register, kemudian analisa menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis untuk menganalisa penyebab kegagalan kerusakan tersebut. Lalu dilanjutkan dengan analisis menggunakan metode Failure Mode And Effect Analysis dilakukan identifikasi potensi failure mode pada proses produksi, mengidentifikasi efek kegagalan pada proses poduksi, mengidentifikasi penyebab–penyebab kegagalan pada proses produksi, mengidentifikasi mode–mode deteksi proses produksi, serta menentukan rating terhadap Severity, Occurance, Detection, dan RPN (Risk Priority Number). Lalu ditentukan tindakan perbaikan dan dilakukan kembali perhitungan RPN setelah perbaikan tersebut diterapkan pada proses produksi pita cukai berperekat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai RPN setelah perbaikan berkurang. Total penurunan RPN adalah 63%. Dan failure mode yang memiliki penurunan RPN paling besar adalah “kertas yang menempel satu sama lain pada saat proses die cut berlangsung”, yang failure effects-nya adalah “kerusakan die cut tidak terpotong, penurunannya sebesar 96%.

Abstract

Persaingan ketat dalam dunia bisnis pada era pasar bebas saat ini, Perusahaan diharuskan untuk merencanakan produksi untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan customer tepat waktu.Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Forecasting untuk merencanakan jumlah permintaan.Metode Rencana Produksi Agregat (RPA) untuk mengetahui besaran biaya kasar yang dibutuhkan.Jadwal Induk Produksi dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui kemampuan produksi dan mengantisipasi perubahan permintaan setiap periode dan RCCP untuk mengetahui kapasitas yang dimiliki perusahaan dalam mengakomodasikan permintaan customer. Hasilnya penelitian Metode peramalan menggunakan metode Least Square Siklis dengan nilai Error sebesar 107812359,32. .Rencana produksi menggunakan level strategy dengan biaya produksi Rp. 246.712.544.653. Jadwal Induk Produksi (Ton) untuk bulan Januari-Desember Pupuk Subsidi adalah 63742, 57573, 63742, 61686, 63742, 61686, 63742, 63742, 59629, 63742, 61686, dan 63742. Untuk Pupuk Non subsidi adalah 17425, 15739, 17425, 16863, 17425, 16863, 17425, 17425, 16301, 17425, 16863 dan 17425.Hasil perhitungan kapasitas (RCCP) bahwa kebutuhan produksi perusahaan membutuhkan hanya sebesar 64% dari kapsitas perusahaan. Sehingga kegiatan produksi pupuk untuk satu tahun dapat termaksimalkan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on organizational culture changes in the manufacturing industry. The phenomenon behind this research is the challenges faced by the manufacturing industry in adapting to the dynamics of the business environment, such as technological developments, global competition, and demands for increased innovation and efficiency. Many manufacturing companies have difficulty adapting due to rigid organizational cultures and employee resistance to change. Transformational leadership is seen as an approach that is able to overcome these obstacles by encouraging adaptive, innovative, and performance-oriented cultural change through empowerment, motivation, and effective communication. This study uses a quantitative method with survey techniques as a data collection tool. A total of 121 respondents, consisting of employees in the manufacturing sector, were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The research instrument is in the form of a closed questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 25 software to conduct validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests to test the relationship and influence between transformational leadership and organizational culture change. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a significant influence in creating a more adaptive, innovative, and performance-oriented organizational culture. Factors such as effective communication, employee engagement, and an appreciation for creativity were found to be important elements in supporting such change. These findings suggest that the application of transformational leadership is particularly relevant in the dynamic manufacturing industry, especially in the face of market challenges and changing business environments. Leaders in this industry are expected to adopt transformational leadership to build a more responsive and productive organizational culture.

Abstract

Products or services must be of high quality. This can make consumers satisfied and remain loyal to the goods or services produced. PT. Indo-Bharat Rayon is the first factory to produce Viscose Rayon Staple Fibers in Indonesia. However, in the process of making Viscose solution based on the results of Ball Fall value testing in March-June 2025, an Out-of-control test was found. The existence of Out-of-control test results is a strong indication of problems in quality control in the Viscose solution manufacturing process. Seeing the problems that occur, an analysis using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method needs to be carried out. Based on the X-Chart of the Ball Fall test, the Out-of-control process occurs in data No. 1,4,7, 8,32, 72, 76,80,107,108 and No. 118. Based on the S-Chart, it occurs in data No. 4,7,32,54,80,107,108 and 118. The causes of Out-of-control in Viscose solution include: Human error, Material, Method, Machine, and Environment.

Abstract

Limbah Sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat memberikan dampak buruk pada lingkungan.Terdapat bermacam jenis sampah yang tidak dikelola dengan baik, salah satunya adalah sampah kertas. Sampah kertas dapat digunakan kembali menjadi sebuah kerajinan tangan sebagai langkah menangulangi sampah, dengan cara mendaur ulang sampah menjadi kerajinan kertas seni. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk melatih kreatifitas santri dengan memanfaatkan limbah kertas menjadi kerajinan tangan berbahan kertas yang artistik. Hasil pendampingan pengolahan limbah kertas menjadi karya seni kerajinan tangan pada Pondok Santri Da’arul Hikmah mendapatkan respon positif dan  antusias dari para santri. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari santri yang aktif bertanya dan ingin terlibat langsung selama proses pelatihan.

Abstract

The high number of workers at PT. XYZ's central distribution warehouse, without a systematically structured HSE system based on risk analysis, increases the vulnerability to workplace accidents. This aligns with national data from BPJS TK, which recorded 162,327 work accident cases from January to May 2024. This study aims to identify potential hazards, analyze risk levels using the HIRADC method, trace the root causes through Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and design an HSE Plan tailored to actual warehouse conditions. The initial assessment showed 50% of risks were classified as high. After implementing risk controls based on the hierarchy of controls, high-risk levels dropped to 8.3%, while low-risk levels increased to 79.2%, indicating successful risk minimization. These findings emphasize the importance of a systematic HSE Plan to reduce workplace risks effectively.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Advances in carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) technology remain critical, particularly in meeting the demand for lightweight and durable materials in the transportation industry. With the advent of electric vehicles (EVs), there is a pressing need for composite materials that offer not only exceptional mechanical strength but also high-temperature stability and heat resistance. Polyimide, known for its excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy properties, is an optimal choice for developing such composites. Furthermore, the incorporation of melamine as a crosslinker in polyimide has been shown to significantly enhance its performance. Our study involved the production of a carbon fiber reinforced composite with a melamine crosslinked polyimide matrix (CFMPI), to meet these critical requirements. The composite showed a tensile strength of 84.17 MPa, a tensile modulus of 1899.14 MPa at 1.5% mole substitution of 4,4’‑oxydianiline by melamine as a crosslinker for polyimide with thermal stability up to 562 °C. These results indicated that this composite material is highly suitable for use in EVs.
