The discourse on character education is never dry, because until now, Indonesia is still orienting its education towards building national character. But this paper is a little different. Here, the character education model is more flexibly formulated to respond to the reality of the millennial era. Because the presence of the millennial era is a consequence of globalization, it is feared that many parties will weaken the nation's morality and personality. So that with a more flexible formula, it is expected that the millennial generation will be more comfortable following the learning process, without having to lose their ideal character as a generation that is critical, creative, and cultured. With methodological creations this paper tries to offer a model of character education that further suppresses the media-based learning process on four things: scientific honesty, tabayyun method (cross check), encouraging creativity, and building humanist interactions. This paper aims to demonstrate the existence of the phenomenon of commodification of religion in the management of tahfidz al-Qur'an educational institutions and the impacts it has. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method and uses field data which is located in Bone Regency. Data was collected, processed and analyzed using the sociology of religion approach. The findings of this study show that the phenomenon of commodification of religion in the management of tahfidz al-Qur'an educational institutions occurs in line with the desire of institutional managers to see tahfidz institutions as more advanced and more developed. From an administrative point of view, managers of tahfidz institutions tend to increase the financing related to the management of tahfidz education, even though from one side the community or stakeholders have not fully accepted that learning the Koran must incur high costs. Learning and teaching the Koran, according to him, does not have to be exchanged for expensive financing. Besides commodification found at the administrative level, symptoms of religious commodification are also found at the distribution level of hafidz in society. The community's need for hafidz al-Qur'an has been quite significant so far, especially for the benefit of events or events at various scales, for example Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an on local and national scales. The impact of the emergence of commodification in the management of tahfidz al-Qur'an indirectly weakens the sacredness of religion, especially the Koran and erodes social values, especially the attitude of helping each other. The use value of the Qur'an as a human moral guide shifts from theological to economic paradigm.

A child is born in a state of "sacred" nature and has the potential to be intelligent and successful in the future, just like an animal that is continuously trained, it becomes intelligent, different from its community. Likewise with humans who are bestowed with perfection in the creation of the creator. Educated humans will certainly influence the success of life, meaning that success or not in life can be influenced by the pattern of students who originate either in the family environment, home environment or school environment. Parents are teachers for children, while educational institution teachers serve as a counterbalance to the curriculum as a structure of knowledge in the child. There are often social complaints about "failure". The excuse for failure of educators or approaches in educating. This is what has the complexity of being studied in scientific discussions which then becomes criticism of the world of education itself. The compulsion towards education began to be packaged again with the term trend approach (approach).

Educative interaction is an interaction between educators and students in the learning process. Harmonious interaction greatly influences the achievement of learning objectives. But in reality, educational interactions that are fostered today are getting less attention from educators and students. This is evidenced by the fact that some educators build bad relationships with their students, such as treating students in violent ways. So it is not surprising that students strike back. This problem is not new in the world of education but often occurs. Burhanuddin Az-Zarnuji is an Islamic education figure who examines in depth the educational interactions between educators and students. This article examines in depth Az-Zarnuji's theory of educational interaction in a number of his works concerning education, especially in his book Ta'lim Muta'alim. This research is in the form of library research using the content analysis method. The results show that Az-Zarnuji has made a major contribution in building the concept of educative interaction in Islamic education. The Az-Zarnuji concept can be used as an alternative reference to overcome the problems of educational interaction today with a new approach that is more in line with the latest developments.

Berdasarkan data, banyakpendidik yang tidakprofesionalketikamenjalankantanggungjawabnya. Anggapanbahwamengajarhanyalahsekedarmentrasferpengetahuankepada murid. Pemikirin yang demikianakanmenjadiancaman yang sangat mengkhawatirkandalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Sehinggabanyak guru yang tidakmenunjukkanetoskerja yang maksimaldalamtugasnya. Misalnya: pembelajaran yang statis dan terkesanmonotone, kurangnyakeuletandalammelaksanakantugas dan tanggungjawabnya. Kurangnyamotivasi guru dalammengajarmenjadikansiswacepatbosandalambelajar. Karena tidakadainisiatifuntukmelakukanhalbaru yang unik demi membangkitkansemangatbelajarsiswa. Kurangnyamotivasi guru dalammengajarberkaitandengantidakadanyasikapinovatifdalamdiri guru tersebut. Tulisan ini memaparkan peran Abu Mudi sebagai agen dalam membentuk ketahanan dan eksistensi pendidikan dayah salafi. Keilmuan kontemporer tentang Aceh menunjukkan peran penting dayah sebagai lembaga pendidikan di Aceh. Namun sejauh ini kajian yang membahas tema tersebut belum memberikan perhatian yang cukup terhadap peran Abu Mudi sebagai Cendekiawan Muslim yang berhasil membangun ketahanan dan meningkatkan eksistensi dayah salafi di Aceh dengan menggunakan teori Anthony Giddent. Berdasarkan data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi, tulisan ini berpendapat bahwa ketahanan dayah salafi terbentuk dari kesadaran akan modernisasi dan kebutuhan di masa depan untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dayah. Demikian, artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa kesadaran yang dibentuk oleh Abu Mudi beroperasi dalam tiga kesadaran yang saling berhubungan yaitu; kesadaran diskursif, kesadaran praktis dan motivasi tindakan.

Colleges play a crucial role for mahasantri (Islamic college students) in the era of Society 5.0. The advancements in technology and digitalization have transformed various aspects of life, including education. Colleges have evolved beyond being mere institutions of formal education; they now serve as multidisciplinary learning centers that encourage mahasantri to adapt and contribute to an advanced society. The urgency of colleges for mahasantri lies in accessing future-oriented knowledge and skills, as well as developing character and values in Society 5.0. In the era of Society 5.0, colleges need to swiftly adapt by providing inclusive, technology-driven, and collaborative learning environments. They must also update their curricula in line with the latest technological and social trends. By providing access to relevant knowledge and skills, and aiding in the development of necessary character traits, colleges empower mahasantri to become influential actors in Society 5.0. This research aims to explore the urgency of colleges for mahasantri in the era of Society 5.0 and the significance of skill and character development. The research employs a qualitative approach through literature review, utilizing secondary data from relevant national journals. The findings of this study are expected to enhance understanding of the urgency of colleges for mahasantri in the era of Society 5.0 and provide guidance in developing relevant curricula and learning environments.

Sulitnya peserta didik dalam memahami materi yang diajarkan pendidik, salah satunya karena ketidaktepatan pendidik dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran. Terlebih pada abad 21, pendidik dituntut untuk memanfaatkan teknologi pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis model pembelajaran abad 21 yaitu model pembelajaran quantum, kooperatif, dan diferensiasi dengan berbasis kepada multiple intelligences pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu library research melalui teknik pengumpulan data dengan penelusuran sumber-sumber baik dari artikel, buku atau sumber lain yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Setelah data dikumpulkan, selanjutnya diseleksi, dianalisis berdasarkan isi atau konten, kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pembelajaran tersebut dapat meningkatkan keterampilan peserta didik khususnya untuk peningkatan kemampuan intelektual dan personal (intrapersonal) pada mata pelajaran PAI. Kedua kemampuan tersebut merupakan bagian dari 6 (enam) kecerdasan majemuk (multiple intelligences). Dengan demikian, pendidik dapat mempertimbangkan untuk mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran tersebut.

The research in based on the results of observations of students in class XI MAS Al-Washliyah P. Berandan, it was found that the daily grades of Islamic Cultural History subjects in class XI MAS Al-Washliyah were on average still low or under the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria).The shows that most students do not understand the material being taught so that if affects learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to find out the application of mind mapping strategies in improving students' understanding, especially in the Umayyad History lesson. The research sample is class XI Religion students, totaling 24 people. The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental methods with One Grup Pretest Posttest Design. Data collection techniques in this study were using observasion, tests, and documentation. The result showed that the application of mind mapping strategies could improve students' understanding. Students' understanding before (pretest) applied mind mapping strategy was 51,25 after being implemented with mind mapping strategy (posttest) was 81,88. Meanwhile, for the results of hypothesis testing, a value of 0,00 is obtained, this indicates that there is an effect of applying mind mapping strategies in increasing students' understanding of the history of rhe Umayyads.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena peranan budaya literasi pada tingkat pendidikan dasar dan menengah, khususnya di sekolah penggerak, dengan fokus pada kontribusi sekolah dalam membentuk budaya literasi yang berkelanjutan. Pendekatan fenomenologi digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang pengalaman dan makna budaya literasi di lingkungan sekolah. Melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini melibatkan pendidik dan siswa sebagai subjek utama. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan subtema yang muncul dari data kualitatif. Pemahaman tentang konsep budaya literasi, peran pendidik, dan dampak budaya literasi pada sekolah penggerak menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini sekolah penggerak telah melakukan upaya internalisasi budaya literasi disekolah, hal ini berdampak pada skor literasi disekolah diatas kemampuan literasi minimal. Literasi yang terbangun terfokus pada literasi membaca dan menulis. Kendala yang muncul dalam pengembangan literasi yang lain terletak pada akses pengembangan kemampuan guru berfokus pada diversifikasi kegiatan budaya literasi selain itu perlu pemenuhan terhadap diversifikasi jenis buka dengan mempertimbangkan keminatan siswa.
