Abstract

This study examines the main aspects of philosophy studies that are directly the basis for the implementation and development of governance in the field of education. The substance, approach and ontological, epistemological and axiological viewpoints in the development of Islamic education governance are critically analyzed and offered to be the foundation and basic for institutional revitalization and education policy reform in the current era of openness. This study is a conceptual study in which the data sources and references are formulated through library review and studied in depth with patterns and methods of content analysis. The formulation of this study illustrates that; 1). The essence of Islamic educational governance emphasizes the importance of balancing rational thinking with spiritual values, mastery of reason in the tradition of science with the firmness of spirituality. 2). The foundation must adopt a comprehensive approach to cognitive development, prioritizing affective growth especially values and attitudes and actions in real application. Educational governance must support the independence of the students, provide space to develop into progressive, creative, and innovative individuals, adapting to the changing times and environment. 3). The urgency of integrating leadership and managerial principles into a strong, dynamic, independent, and innovative personal character. And actions based on Islamic principles that are reflected in the value of worship, the value of ikhsan, the value of ukhrawi orientation, the value of rahmatan lil'alamin, positivity, long-term thinking, tawakkal.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan dapat dilihat dari seberapa puas pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh lembaga. Pelayanan pendidikan yang diberikan oleh lembaga harus memenuhi harapan dan keinginan pelanggan. Wali siswa sebagai salah satu pelanggan eksternal memiliki peran penting dalam proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, serta kualitas pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di SMP IT Sunan Kalijaga Blitar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus karena ingin mengetahui secara mendalam mengenai kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan di SMP IT Sunan Kalijaga Blitar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan yang ada di SMP IT Sunan Kalijaga memenuhi lima aspek yakni tangible, reliabel, responsif, jaminan dan keamanan, serta empati. Pelanggan dalam hal ini adalah wali siswa menunjukkan kepuasan atas pelayanan yang telah diberikan oleh SMP IT Sunan Kalijaga. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya re-purchase dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada orang lain. Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan karena lembaga mampu untuk memenuhi harapan para pelanggan dengan menunjukkan kinerja terbaik saat memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

The existence of the Islamic boarding school education system in the modernization era is an effort and ability carried out by an Islamic boarding school to defend itself from the modernization era, in which many demands and needs of society have grown and developed. So Islamic boarding schools now have to adapt not only to the development of Islamic education but also to develop students in the world of education and non-education. At the Dar Faqih Qur'ani Islamic Boarding School which has been operating since 2021, this research tries to determine the efforts made by the Islamic boarding school to maintain the existence of an integrated Islamic boarding school education system in the era of modernization. To collect data in this research, qualitative descriptive methods were used, including observation, documentation and interviews. This research uses inductive data analysis techniques, namely analyzing data with a management model from specific to general, from which conclusions can be drawn about events that occurred at the research location. The results of this research explain that in the era of modernization, the Dar Faqih Qur'ani Islamic Boarding School in East Aceh in 2023 will have an integrated education system, namely, first: the Islamic boarding school education system at the Dar Faqih Integrated Islamic Boarding School in East Aceh, and second: the efforts made by the Dar Faqih Integrated Islamic Boarding School. Faqih in maintaining its existence in the Modernization Era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of providing stimulus and to know the improvement of memorization through the art of recitation, the author uses a type of classroom action research (CAR) using a descriptive research methodology, namely research to provide data by describing certain symptoms. The results showed that the provision of stimulus through the art of recitations in memorizing Surah Al-Falaq verses 1-5, namely there were 3 responses, perceptual responses (cognitive), emotional responses (affective), behavioristic responses (behavior). Perceptual (cognitive) responses describe students more quickly imitating ustadz (teacher) in memorizing, and their memory power will not forget, emotional (affective) responses describe students when memorizing using the art of recitations not talking much with themselves or with their friends, and behavioristic responses (behavior). behavior) shows disciplined students with their presence, never absent. As for improving the memorization of Surah Al- Falaq through the art of recitation, namely before being given action, students are lazy to memorize, many forget to memorize, then makhrajul letters and tajwid are still lacking, in the first cycle of action only 6 people achieved completeness, namely getting 54.54 results. %. Then the author took action in the second cycle, in the second cycle the students' memorization mastery increased, namely there were 9 people who got mastery with a percentage of 81.81%. This proves that there is a change or increase in memorization in children at TPQ Nurul Iman, Tamaran Village, Hinai District, Langkat Regency through the art of recitation. Abstract

The application of the universal principle of design for learning (udl) in an inclusive class offers significant opportunities and challenges in the digital age. The study assesses the implementation of udl to meet the needs of various students in an inclusive educational environment. The methods used in this study are qualitative case studies, involving data analysis obtained from interviews and observation. Research results indicate that udl can improve accessibility of learning materials and enrich student learning experiences. However, challenges such as teacher training and proper adoption of technology remain obstacles to its application. These findings provide important insights for educators and policymakers in designing more inclusive learning strategies in the digital age. Universal design for learning (udl) offers a promising approach to creating an inclusive and flexible learning environment for all students. The study analyzes deep application of the udl principle in the context of the digital age inclusive class. Through literature studies and case studies, these studies identify opportunities udl offers, such as increased study motivation, 21st-century skill development, and personalized learning. Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan Islam menghadapi berbagai masalah kelembagaan yang mempengaruhi fungsi edukasi dan model pengelolaan. Akibatnya, lembaga-lembaga ini kurang responsif terhadap tuntutan zaman dan kurang diminati masyarakat. Usaha pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam juga belum memuaskan, dengan kendala seperti manajemen yang tidak efektif dan pengangkatan kepala madrasah berdasarkan pertimbangan politis. Masalah lain meliputi kegagalan pelaksanaan program, kurangnya profesionalisme tenaga pendidik, rendahnya kualitas siswa, dan peraturan pemerintah yang sering berubah. Pembenahan manajemen pendidikan menjadi penting untuk memperbaiki situasi ini. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang landasan filosofis manajemen pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan model PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis). Artikel-artikel yang relevan diperoleh dari portal Google scholar kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kajian dari beberapa literatur menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan Islam adalah pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam dengan pendekatan yang memadukan prinsip-prinsip manajemen umum dengan nilai-nilai dan ajaran Islam. Ini mencakup strategi pengelolaan yang bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam, yakni membentuk individu yang memiliki kecerdasan akademik dan spiritual, serta berakhlak mulia sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Implementasi konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam melibatkan langkah-langkah konkret yang mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip manajemen umum dengan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan melalui kegiatan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Dengan langkah-langkah tersebut, konsep nilai dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam dapat diimplementasikan secara efektif sehingga menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang mendukung pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian siswa sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Kata Kunci: landasan filosofis, manajemen pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the basic knowledge and learning strategies for Al-Quran Hadith digital literacy technology among STIT Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan students. This research was conducted using interviews and in-depth observation. The theory applied is the term digital literacy learning of the Koran Hadith. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach sourced from primary and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained from student interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data comes from literacy activities held at STIT Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah. From the research results, it can be concluded that students' basic knowledge in digital literacy of the Koran Hadith is still inadequate. Meanwhile, the strategy applied to deepen digital literacy learning of the Koran Hadith is by conducting literacy learning training or workshops. The results of the implementation of digital literacy can be seen from the level of students' ability to master digital media technology, such as the al-Maktabah asy-Syamela program, HadisSoft, Al-Quran Madinah, QuranInMsWord and Adobe Reader relevant for STIT Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan students.

Abstract

Kebijakan untuk melaksanakan sistem Full Day School (FDS) di sekolah atau madrasah yang pernah dibuat oleh Kemendikbud RI sejak sepuluh tahun lalu diperkirakan akan kembali diprogramkan dalam masa yang akan datang. Ini merupakan respon terhadap berbagai realitas, tantangan dan tuntutan zaman. Jika diterapkan dengan serius, maka FDS berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Kajian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan gambaran tentang landasan serta arah kebijakan FDS pada aspek substantif. Pola penyusunan tematik dalam studi ini dilakukan dengan kajian literatur yang berhubungan dengan prinsip transformasi pendidikan Islam yang dikembangkan dalam sistem pendidikan penuh waktu (full day school). Termasuk bagaimana kurikulum yang diterapkan pada pelaksanaan FDS tersebut nantinya dapat di integrasikan dengan berbagai pendekatan yang religius dan Islami. Pola studi literatur dilaksanakan dalam kajian ini mengarah untuk mengkritisi (criticize), memberikan sandingan (compare), merangkum (summarize), dan menarik suatu kesimpulan (synthesize) atas tema kajian. Sebagai satu rencana strategis, program FDS diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah bagi para pelajar untuk tumbuh menjadi generasi muda yang cerdas, beriman, berakhlak mulia, dan berdaya saing. Dan dengan perencanaan yang komprehensif dan kerja sama yang baik, maka integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kurikulum FDS dapat ditransformasikan.

Abstract

Fenomena program baca alquran berkembang pesat di berbagai lembaga pendidikan Indonesia. Rendahnya kemampuan santri dalam membaca alquran perlu mendapatkan tindakan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan media Domino Tahsin (DOTA) dan mengetahui peningkatan kefasihan baca Alquran santri setelah dilaksanakan proses tindakan pada santri di TPQ Al-Ahsan Alue Beurawe langsa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisisi data, maka pemanfaatan Domino Tahsin (DOTA) pada siklus I belum mencapai nilai klasikal dengan skor 57,14% santri yang tuntas, dan dilanjutkan pada siklus II. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan dalam memfasihkan bacaan Al-Qur'an santri, diperoleh skor 85,71% santri yang tuntas, dengan nillai rata-rata 79,5 . ini berati perolehan skor pada siklus II telah mencapai nilai klasikal 76%. Dengan demikian pemanfaatan media Domino Tahsin (DOTA) memudahkan siswa dalam memahami, melafalkan makharijul huruf dan efektif dalam memfasihkan bacaan Alquran santri TPQ Al-Ahsan Alue Beurawe Langsa. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi dasar bagi pendidik dalam mengembangkan dan menerapkan alternatif media pembelajaran tajwid untuk memfasihkan bacaan Alquran siswa pada lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the design, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of the implementation of environmentally friendly education in the formation of children's character and to explain the implementation model of environmentally friendly education in the formation of children's character at SMPN 1 Darul Aman. Then the method that the author uses uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of analysis descriptive research then in collecting data the authors use the instrument of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study include planning for environmentally friendly education programs in shaping the character of children at SMPN 1 Darul Aman starting with the formation of a school team, preparing a school environmental study, and preparing an environmental action plan that aims to shape the character of environmental care in students. The implementation of the program begins by providing socialization to all school residents guided by the implementation of environmentally sound policies, implementation of an environment-based curriculum, and the implementation of environmental activities. In addition, the implementation of the program is pursued through a habituation approach that creates habits or behavior for all school members in terms of automatic environmental care and maintenance and continues. Evaluation of environmentally friendly education programs in the formation of children's character at SMPN 1 Darul Aman can be seen from the attitudes and behavior of all school members in daily activities that have been carried out properly according to standards and plans that have been prepared and various programs so as to foster attitudes and daily behavior of residents the school has reflected the behavior of caring for the environment. Then the model or form of implementing environmentally friendly education in shaping the character of children at SMPN 1 Darul Aman is implemented in the form of active participation by all school members and has been going well and has provided benefits to school residents by creating a generation that cares about the environment. With this environmentally friendly education program, it is also hoped that students will be able to apply environmental care behavior in everyday life wherever they are as a form of embodiment of character or caring attitude towards the environment.
