Abstract

 The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted the demands for the use of technology in learning which are increasingly high. This study aims to develop an appropriate and effective autoplay-based interactive learning media on the third theme of caring for living things in grade IV SD/MI. The school that became the research site was SD Negeri 1 Kandang Kapongan, Situbondo Regency. The research method used is the development of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluate). This study uses two validator experts, namely media experts and material experts. The results of the feasibility analysis from media experts and material experts obtained an average value of 86.69% which means it is very feasible. The effectiveness test obtained an average value of 85.90% which means it is very effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce student worksheets based on learning cycle 5e sub-theme of temperature and heat for fifth grade elementary school students. This research was carried out using a formative research type method, development research focused on two stages, namely preliminary and formative evaluation which included self evaluation, prototyping (expert reviews, one-to-one and small group), and field tests. However, this study focused on the preliminary stage and the formative evaluation stage which included self evaluation, proto typing (expert reviews). Collecting data using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Based on assessments by materials experts, linguists and design experts obtained the results of 93,184% with a valid category. The overall percentage is obtained based on material validation 88,125% with valid category, language validation 95% with valid category, and design validation 96,428% with valid category.

Abstract

Varied learning causes students to be more active in learning, and vice versa. If learning is not student-centered, students will tend to be passive and learning outcomes will also not be optimal. For this reason, teachers need to combine various learning models so that learning becomes more varied and not boring, one of which in this study uses the word square. This study aims to determine the effect of using the word square learning model on learning activity, learning outcomes, as well as student activity and learning outcomes simultaneously in science subjects. This research was conducted at MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Wates Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The method used is a quasi-experimental research, with a sampling technique using probability sampling. The population and samples were the same, namely 38 students of class V MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin who were grouped into the experimental class and the control class. (1) The results of the activity questionnaire were obtained by Sig. 0.002 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted (2) the results of the T test of learning outcomes obtained Sig. 0.026 <0.05, then Ha is accepted (3) the results of the manova test, activeness questionnaires and learning outcomes tests are obtained by Sig. 0.007 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there are differences in activity, learning outcomes, as well as student activity and learning outcomes after using the word squarein science subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students understanding of the concept of subtraction.This research is motivated by students difficulties in understanding the concept of arithmetic subtraction operations, this can be seen from the results of observations made by researchers, namely the learning process carried out has not been equipped with the use of appropriate learning media and a passive learning atmosphere, causing students understanding of the concept of reduction to be low. Therefore, thr researchers used the traditional game media gapuk in subtractin material as a solution to these problems in the hope that students understanding of concept of substraction can increase.The research method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK). This PTK is carried out in two cycles consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The data analysis technique used is the class average test and the percentage of completeness. The results of this study indicate that by using the traditional game media, gapuk can improve the understanding of the concept of subtraction for class II students at SDN Curug Barang Serang, Serang Regency. This can be seen from the increase in student mastery in the first cycle 55,56 % and average value of 70,00, then increased in the second cycle, students who completed reached 83,33% and the average score was 75,56. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of traditional gapuk game media can improve the understanding of the concept of subtraction for class II students at SDN Curug Barang Serang Regency.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is a new challenge in the world of education. The paradigm shift in learning practices from only presenting information has shifted to equipping students with the ability to find out, solve problems, digital literacy and creativity. Changes in curriculum policy also result in changes to models, strategies, methods and new learning media. The purpose of this study is  1) to describe the concept of an independent curriculum, 2) find integration of digital-based learning media at the elementary school level. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach or literature study. Data collection was obtained by reviewing various relevant literature. Data analysis through content analysis. The results of the study show 1) The independent learning curriculum concept is the result of the 2013 curriculum evaluation which includes a) Learning is focused on essential material so that there is time to deepen literacy and numeracy competencies, b) Project-based learning for developing skills and strengthening the character of Pancasila student profiles. c) Teachers are given the freedom to make differentiation in learning according to the needs and abilities of students. 2) Integration of digital-based learning media in the independent curriculum is contained in teaching tools in the form of teaching modules, learning objectives flow (ATP), as well as projects to strengthen the Pancasila profile. This digital-based learning media is also available on a digital platform provided by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education and can be developed by teachers according to students' needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the initial numeracy skills of fifth grade students at Tuban. The research subjects were 32 students in class V SD Negeri Kebonsari I and 35 students in class V SD Negeri Kutorejo III. This research is a quantitative descriptive research based on observation and student scores in working numeracy-based questions. The questions given were 10 questions which included multiple choice, true-false, essay, and matchmaking questions. The readings used in the questions are based on local wisdom in Tuban, so it is hoped that students will find it easier to understand. Based on the test results, it was obtained that the average numeracy score of SD Negeri Kebonsari I students was 51 or in the medium category, and SD Negeri Kutorejo III was 14 or in the low category. These results indicate that the numeracy skills of fifth grade elementary school students in Tuban still need to be improved. Therefore, researchers developed thematic books based on local wisdom to improve the numeracy skills of fifth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

In the learning, planning and preparation of learning is very important, the use of appropriate media can support the achievement of learning objectives, so that learning is expected to go according to what was planned. This research was conducted to determine the skills of teachers in making learning media for beginning reading at SDN Lialang, Serang City. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data comes from observations, interviews with relevant sources and document studies. Based on the results of research conducted by the teacher's skills in making beginning reading learning media at SDN Lialang, Serang city, it has increased along with the obstacles faced, some of the creations of learning media are made from used materials which are reused as learning media, such as letter cards and reading book.

Abstract

This study aims to clearly determine: 1) The implementation of the Pioneer Boarding School Program in shaping the character of MI NU Miftahul Huda 02 Gebog Kudus students, 2) The success of the Pioneer Boarding School Program in shaping the character of MI NU Miftahul Huda 02 Gebog Kudus students. This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted using a field research approach, Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that The results of the study indicate that: 1) Boarding School Program in shaping the character of students involves several steps, including the planning phase, and then the implementation, The third phase is evaluation. 2) The success of implementing the Pioneer Boarding School Program in shaping the character of MI NU Miftahul Huda 02 Karangmalang Gebog Kudus students lies in integrating moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral behavior in combining academic and religious character education. This program has been successful in integrating academic and religious character education through classroom-based character education and madrasah-based cultural character education, as evidenced by the improvement of students' disciplined, independent, responsible, and environmentally conscious character.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the values contained in the novel Si Anak Pelangi by Tere Liye and its relevance to thematic learning at MI. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. This aims to obtain the results of the analysis and description of the educational values of the characters in the novel Si Anak Pelangi by Tere Liye. The data analysis used is miles and huberman model analysis with stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The value of education in the novel Si Anak Pelangi by Tere Liye contains 18 values of character education based on the Ministry of Education and Culture. Meanwhile, the relevance of this novel to thematic learning in grade 5 MI contains six, namely religious values, honesty, tolerance, love of the homeland, peace-loving, and responsible. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Cooperative Problem Solving terhadap pemahaman konsep IPA Materi Organ dan Sistem Peredaran Darah Manusia siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 06 Mensere. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi exsperimental design, dengan bentuk desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas V SD Negeri 06 Mensere yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yakni semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Setelah pengambilan sampel yang terpilih menjadi kelas eksperimen kelas VA yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Cooperative Problem Solving dan kelas VB kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t-test dua sampel dan effect size. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh model Cooperative Problem Solving terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa dengan rumus effect size dengan nilai 1,38. Artinya bahwa penggunaan model Cooperative Problem Solving dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA. Kata kunci: Cooperative Problem Solving, Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep.   This research aims to analyze the effect of using the Cooperative Problem Solving learning model on understanding the science concept of Human Organs and Circulatory System Material for class V students. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 06 Mensere. The type of research used is quantitative research with a quasi experimental design method, with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study was all class V of SD Negeri 06 Mensere, totaling 50 students. This research uses a saturated sampling technique, namely all members of the population are used as samples. After taking the samples, those selected became the experimental class, the VA class, namely the experimental class which used the Cooperative Problem Solving learning model and the VB class, the control class which used the direct learning model. The data analysis technique used is the two-sample t-test and effect size. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the Cooperative Problem Solving model on students' ability to understand science concepts with an effect size formula with a value of 1.38. This means that the use of the Cooperative Problem Solving model can improve the ability to understand science concepts. Keywords: Cooperative Problem Solving, Concept Understand Ability.
