Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing terhadap brand awareness, brand engagement, brand image, dan purchase intention pada konsumen produk skincare. Data dikumpulkan dari 322 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang dirancang dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan menggunakan analisis faktor dan cronbach's alpha. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap brand awareness, brand engagement, dan brand image. Selain itu, variabel brand awareness, brand engagement, dan brand image secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial bahwa perusahaan skincare dapat meningkatkan efektivitas strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial dengan fokus pada konten kreatif, interaksi dengan konsumen, dan penguatan citra merek untuk mendorong loyalitas dan niat beli konsumen.

Abstract

In March 2025, Indonesia witnessed nationwide student-led protests against fiscal austerity measures, including a VAT hike and military reforms. These demonstrations, organized under the #IndonesiaGelap movement, reflected deepening public discontent over economic inequality and democratic backsliding. This study examines the root causes of the protests, maps public sentiment through digital and ethnographic data, and assesses their implications for Indonesia’s governance framework. A qualitative approach combining social media analysis (2,000 posts) and semi-structured interviews with 15 protest organizers was employed, using thematic decomposition and sentiment analysis. The protests were driven by the VAT increase’s regressive impact (cited by 78% of participants) and amendments to the TNI Law, which enabled military encroachment into civilian roles (62% of social media criticism). Sentiment analysis revealed 65% negative discourse, emphasizing terms such as “oppressive” and “unfair,” while 22% expressed solidarity with the protesters. Demands focused on tax justice, military depoliticization, and agrarian reforms, though government responses prioritized fiscal stability over equity. The movement’s digital strategies, including encrypted apps and viral anthems, bridged urban-rural divides but faced algorithmic censorship. In conclusion, the 2025 protests underscore systemic tensions between fiscal reforms and democratic accountability, highlighting the need for policies that address youth disillusionment and rural marginalization.

Abstract

Widening access to higher education remains a global priority, particularly for regions facing socioeconomic disparities and labor market misalignments. In the ASEAN region, enrollment challenges and workforce demands continue to pose significant obstacles to inclusive and effective higher education systems. This study aimed to explore global and regional strategies that enhance higher education participation and align educational outcomes with workforce needs, specifically focusing on rural and village-based contexts. Using a qualitative comparative design, the study analyzed 25 policy documents and 30 peer-reviewed articles from ASEAN countries and globally. Data were collected through structured document analysis and coded thematically to identify key trends in policy instruments, institutional innovations, digital learning pathways, and international cooperation. The findings reveal that countries achieving high participation and employability rates implement targeted financial aid, flexible learning models, industry-academic collaboration, and decentralized management systems. However, in many ASEAN states, these strategies have yet to reach rural communities due to infrastructural and managerial limitations. This study contributes a novel framework that links higher education participation to village development through adaptive education management and localized workforce integration. The results underline the need for inclusive, context-sensitive policy reforms and institutional accountability mechanisms to ensure sustainable impacts. Practical implications include strengthening local education governance and expanding access to digital and vocational programs in underserved areas.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini objek penelitiannya adalah di Resto Sushi Tei yang merupakan semacam restoran Jepang dengan pelayanan cepat . Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai minat beli konsumen Resto Sushi Tei dilihat dari penerapan store atmosphere. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian sebagai variabel bebas (independent variable) yaitu store atmosphere yang memiliki dimensi Exterior, General interior, Store layout, Interior display dasar Masalah penelitian yang merupakan variabel terikat (dependent variable) yaitu minat beli. Objek yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Resto Sushi Tei Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan sampel 100 responden yang diambil melalui teknik simple random sampling. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa Penerapa Store AtmosphereResto The Milk Bandung memiliki tanggapan dan penilaian yang baik dari pengunjung yang melakukan kunjungan dan melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan store atmosphere yang baik dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan untuk memperhatikan elemen-elemen store atmosphere dalam upaya meningkatkan minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Deglobalisasi telah menjadi fenomena ekonomi global yang semakin menonjol pasca pandemi COVID-19, ditandai dengan pergeseran rantai pasok, meningkatnya proteksionisme, dan fragmentasi perdagangan internasional. Kondisi ini membawa tantangan serius bagi negara berkembang yang selama ini sangat bergantung pada pasar global untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial. Beberapa laporan lembaga internasional menunjukkan bahwa fragmentasi ekonomi dunia berpotensi memperlebar ketimpangan kesejahteraan antar negara, serta memicu stagnasi ekonomi di kawasan berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak deglobalisasi dan fragmentasi ekonomi global terhadap kesejahteraan negara berkembang, khususnya di kawasan Asia Tenggara, serta merumuskan strategi ketahanan ekonomi yang adaptif dalam menghadapi perubahan pola perdagangan dan investasi global. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed-method dengan pendekatan sequential explanatory. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari laporan UNCTAD, World Bank, dan ASEAN Statistics terkait perdagangan, investasi asing langsung (FDI), dan indeks kesejahteraan sosial periode 2018–2024. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pakar ekonomi dan pembuat kebijakan di Indonesia dan Malaysia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa deglobalisasi menyebabkan penurunan signifikan nilai ekspor negara berkembang hingga 18% dalam tiga tahun terakhir, disertai pelemahan daya beli masyarakat. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan ketimpangan kesejahteraan akibat terbatasnya akses pasar internasional bagi UMKM dan tenaga kerja sektor informal. Studi ini merekomendasikan diversifikasi pasar domestik, peningkatan konektivitas antar-negara berkembang, serta reformasi kebijakan ketenagakerjaan sebagai strategi adaptif menghadapi era fragmentasi ekonomi global.
