Abstract

The development of the digital era facilitates activities and work in various fields due to the presence of internet networks, social media, digital devices, and digital platforms. One business that is starting to use technology is the coffee shop business. More and more venture capital companies are injecting capital into coffee shops. The existence of these investors makes the speed of the cafe business faster. One of them begins by implementing computerized innovation in its operations (Adventa, 2019).Starbucks Corporation is an American coffee company and a worldwide network of cafes located in Seattle, Washington. Starbucks launched an application that can be downloaded from the application store or playstore. But there are still some bad reviews from users. One of them is the problem when users will top up. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality on e-satisfaction mediated by e-trust in the starbucks id application in Indonesia. This research genre is quantitative with descriptive analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 385 respondents distributed to Starbucks ID application users in Indonesia. The result is that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction. E-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-trust. E-trust has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction. And e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction mediated by e-trust.

Abstract

The principle of "The Right Man On The Right Place" is in line with the concept of a merit system that has been formulated in the State Civil Apparatus Law. Increasing the capacity and capability of bureaucratic performance is one of the important things in Bureaucratic Reform in Indonesia. Methods that can be used to improve employee performance can be done by implementing civil servant management that pays attention to one of the issues related to employee placement. Employee placement is an organizational strategic planning because it is a policy in determining the level of effectiveness of employees and organizations in achieving goals. The formulation in this research is how to implement merit-based civil servant management in the placement of structural positions for DKI Jakarta Provincial Government employees in accordance with the qualifications, competencies and performance needed by the organization. This research aims to prepare the best scheme to ensure that the placement in structural positions for employees is in accordance with the merit system theory, which includes competence, qualifications and performance based on existing phenomena. The data was analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, namely descriptive phenomenological analysis. In the discussion of the research focus, the implementation of civil servant management based on 3 aspects of the merit system, namely qualifications, competencies and performance, as well as a discussion of the framework for civil servant management based on the merit system in the placement of structural positions for employees are presented. The results found that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Civil Service Agency uses the results of the Assessment Center as policy material for stakeholders to be able to reduce the mismatch between employee competency profiles and the tasks needed or to be carried out. The process of civil servant management based on the merit system begins with an analysis related to the formation needs, qualifications and competencies needed for civil servants and organizations. Then the process of mapping employee competency profiles through the Assessment Center is carried out to determine employee competence as a basis for placement. In another context, the management of civil servants based on the merit system has also been prepared and developed the concept of talent management in supporting efforts to map the 9 Boxes of talent for existing civil servants to get a picture of the competencies and profiles of civil servants that can be projected according to organizational needs.

Abstract

Dago Mountain is located in Dago Village, Cikuda Wanaherang, Parung Panjang, Bogor, West Java. This tourist attractions is arguably still quite new in the city of Bogor, because it was launch around 2019. The natural tourism area of Mount Dago is located on land that responsible to PT. Perhutani. Then it was handed over to the residents to be managed through “Lembaga Masyarakat Desa dan Hutan” (LMDH). This study aims to find out how the influence of attraction, destination image and accessibility influences the interest in visiting tourists with a total of 90 respondents. The analysis in this study uses the Multiple Linear Regression method and it is obtained that partially the Attraction variable has a significant effect on Interest in attending as evidenced by the Sig value. 0.225 > 0.05 and t count 2.964 <t table 1.987. The same results were obtained for the Destination Image variable which partially had a significant effect on present interest as evidenced by the Sig.0.07 value > 0.05 and the t-count value of 2.996 <t-table 1.987. Then the Accessibility variable shows a significant influence on Interest in Visiting, as evidenced by the value of Sig.0.05 = 0.05 and the t-count value of 6.376 <t-table 1.987

Abstract

Departing from the problems found regarding the manners and morals of memorizing the Qur'an in NTT, some even become apostates in marriage. Therefore the author wants to study and develop methods and inculcation of manners and morals in memorizing the Al-Qur'an, aiming to overcome or prevent similar incidents from happening again in the future. In this thesis the author examines Imam an-Nawawi's concept of the manners of memorizing the Qur'an.This study was formulated to describe the adab curriculum method from the perspective of Imam an-Nawawi in the book “At-Tibyan fii adabi hamatil Qur'aan”, this research is a type of qualitative research and field research with a character study and case study approach, aiming to explore the character's thoughts through Primary and secondary literature related to the object of research is then integrated with field research in an effort to produce the tahfidz Qur'an method based on the adab curriculum in studying and memorizing the Qur'an for the junior high school level.This research resulted in a discussion of the adab curriculum concept in the tahfidz of the Qur'an according to Imam an-Nawawi in the book “At-Tibyan fii adabi hamalatil Qur'an at the junior high school level based on the Al-Qur'ān and Al-Hadith, Ijtihad Ulama internalized through the vision and mission of the school. As for the purpose of using the adab curriculum concept in learning the Qur'an is to create a generation of memorizers of the Qur'an who have noble manners and morals as well as extensive religious knowledge, and strong aqidah according to the understanding of the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ . The concept of adab in learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an is exemplary, fun learning, teaching gradually, targhib and tarhib, giving gifts and punishments, holding the other person's hand or shoulder during learning, stories, discussions and questions and answers, showing something that is forbidden to emphasized his unclean, noble methods of personality.The author recommends to all educational institutions as well as Muslims in general to make this research an alternative solution to the problems that occur, especially in current Islamic educational institutions, and Muslim communities in general in Muslim minority areas, in addressing the notion of pluralism, which is carried out by church activists and missionaries.

Abstract

This study focuses on knowing and analyzing whether or not there is an influence between the influence of leadership (X1), compensation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) at SMPN 3 Padalarangg. The method used by the author is a descriptive and verification research method. Respondents were 33 PNS teachers at SMPN 3 Padalarang. The research data obtained was processed and analyzed quantitatively. As well as further processing with tools in the form of theoretical foundations studied previously so as to clarify the description of the object under study and then conclusions are drawn from these results. After the authors obtained the data, it was then processed and analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that leadership style (X1) and compensation (X2) had an effect on performance (Y).

Abstract

Land management, especially soil that is not in accordance with the rules, can cause damage / change in soil properties which ultimately impacts on the disruption of biomass production. The lack of existing data on land and or soil damage, especially in Tanjungpinang City, leads to less than optimal supervision and control of land management. Mapping the condition of land damage is absolutely necessary to be able to control land management. The purpose of the research is to assess land degradation in Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands for biomass production. Land degradation can be modeled by scoring and overlaying four parameters: land use, slope, soil type, and rainfall, resulting in a map of potential land degradation. The results show that the criteria for land degradation in Tanjungpinang City are lightly degraded and moderately degraded. Moderately degraded criteria have the largest area spread across Dompak, Batu Sembilan, Melayu Kota Piring, Bukit Cermin, Tanjungpinang Barat, Tanjungpinang Timur, Kampung Baru, and Tanjung Ayun Sakti urban villages. The main limiting factors that restrict land use in Tanjungpinang City are soil type and slope.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation (X1) and brand image (X2) simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions (Y) for Scarlett Whitening serum products. The sample in this study were 150 consumers who purchased Scarlett Whitening serum products. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling. The type of non-probability sampling used in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, by going through the stages of the instrument test and the classical assumption test. Testing using the SPSS program version 25 for windows. The results of the study with the F test showed that Product Innovation (X1) and Brand Image (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) for Scarlett Whitening serum products. The results of the t test showed that partially product innovation (X1) and brand image (X2) each had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) for Scarlett Whitening serum products. With a coefficient of determination R Square (R2) of 0.697, which means that the purchase decision variable can be explained by the two independent variables of 69.7% while the remaining 30.3% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Indonesia's vast territory makes transportation one of the most important needs for Indonesian people. One of them is land transportation, of various kinds of land transportation, trains are one of the favorite transportation of the Indonesian people. By using the train, people can move from one area to another in a relatively short time and safely. PT Kereta Api Indonesia is a company that offers rail transportation services. One of the stations owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia is Malang Kota Baru Station which is located in Malang City, East Java province, where this city is known as one of the tourist destinations of the Indonesian people. Therefore the management of the Malang Kota Baru Railway Station needs to provide satisfaction for customers who travel through this station. In the research being carried out, researchers will examine the effect of the variable dimensions of service quality, access, price, and employee competence on customer satisfaction at Malang City Baru Station. The type of research used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis. The data was distributed using a questionnaire, and was addressed to 400 respondents who were passengers at Malang Kota Baru Station. The results showed that service quality and access variables had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, other variables, namely price and employee competence, have no significant effect on customer satisfaction at Malang Kota Baru station.

Abstract

Educational goals can be achieved with a harmonious relationship between educational components including teachers and their pedagogical competence. Pedagogic competence is also found in the book Ushul Al Tarbiyah Wa Al Ta'lim. So the researcher wants to study more about the concept of Teacher Pedagogic Competence in the Book of Ushul Al Tarbiyah Wa Al Ta'lim. The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the concept of pedagogical competence in the book Ushul Al Tarbiyah Wa Al Ta'lim. The research method was carried out by means of a literature study on the book Ushul Al Tarbiyah Wa Al Ta'lim volumes I, II, III, and IV so that the results obtained were that pedagogic competence has components that must be mastered, namely: (1) The teacher must always have the attitude to work hard also never give up in carrying out learning, (2) Each teacher must be able to understand various theories of general knowledge in education such as meaning, phenomena and educational goals, (3) Teachers must be able to understand the various characteristics of their students (4) Teachers in Islamic boarding schools must have an understanding of how to carry out learning with appropriate methods and materials, (5) Teachers must have an understanding of how to develop the potential of students, (6) Teachers in epsantrean must have an understanding in providing learning (7) Teachers must be able to communicate effectively, full of concern and courtesy to students, (8) Every teacher must have the ability to conduct assessments and evaluations for their students (9) Each teacher must be able to be a role model for each of his students, (10) Teachers not only carry out tutoring but also provide guidance in worship and increase faith.

Abstract

The Darul Arqom Patean Modern Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia which has the principle of providing the best education so that it can form graduates or alumni who are in line with National education goals as stated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. To achieve this goal, of course, requires the role of the teacher to carry out his duties and functions in providing the best education or learning. To form quality teachers, every teacher at the Darul Arqom Patean Islamic Boarding School must fulfill their competencies as teachers, one of which is pedagogic competence. The purpose of this study was to determine the achievement of the pedagogical competency components of teachers at the Modern Darul Arqom Patean Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through interviews, observation, and FGD. The number of respondents in this study was 33 consisting of pesantren leaders, heads of student care bureaus, directors of KMI, and 30 teachers. After the data was collected, data analysis was carried out so that the results of the study revealed that 9 components of pedagogic competence had been mastered by teachers so that they were in the good category, 1 component was in the sufficient category, namely the competence to guide students by being role models, and two competencies that were still in the less category, namely the first competency in mastering learning theory and learning, both understanding the characteristics of students.
