Abstract

Insurance or about liability is an agreement between two or more parties in which the insurer binds himself to the insured by accepting insurance premiums to provide compensation to be taken due to loss, damage or expected loss, or take the law to third parties who may suffer from events that are not absolutely covered by the insured, or provide a payment based on the death or life of someone who is covered (Article 1 sentence (1) of Law No. 1992). In a motor vehicle insurance agreement, it is not closed to the possibility of disputes, these disputes are usually within the period of claims caused by the insured and the insurer. One way to resolve the dispute is through the Indonesian Insurance Mediation Warm Up (BMAI). The Indonesian Insurance Mediation Agency (BMAI) is an independent body that has independent mediators assigned to conduct insurance claim disputes resolved between the insured and the underwriter. An insurance claim dispute is a dispute between the insured and the insurer that respects one of the parties does not carry out the agreement that has been made with all due consideration or even because there is a party who defaults, to the detriment of one of the parties. The procedure for resolving motor vehicle insurance claim disputes goes through 2 stages, namely the mediation stage and the adjudication stage. If the dispute can best be resolved at the mediation stage then resolve the dispute, otherwise if the dispute cannot be resolved at the mediation stage then the settlement is drawn to the adjudication stage. Not all claim disputes can be resolved through the Indonesian Insurance Agency Mediation (BMAI) because there are conditions that must be met by the insured. Even though the conditions have been met, it does not rule out the possibility that the dispute over the insurance claim process through Warms Up Indonesian Insurance Mediation (BMAI) will be constrained.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan, kesadaran keuangan, pendapatan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan dengan perilaku keuangan dan inklusi keuangan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas yang menguji antar variabel berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Surabaya yang sudah berkeluarga. Jumlah populasi keluarga di Kota Surabaya berdasarkan data yang diambil dari Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surabaya tahun 2022 sebanyak 1.463.469 keluarga. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Berdasarkan rumus slovin, jumlah sampel dapat ditentukan sebanyak 100 keluarga. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa kusioner yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti. Pengukuran yang digunakan dalam mengukur tingkat kepentingan pada masing-masing indikator menggunakan skala likert dengan rentang 1 (sangat tidak penting) sampai dengan 4 (sangat penting). Hasil penelitian ini bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku keuangan dan inklusi keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Namun literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Kesadaran keuangan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap inklusi keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Namun kesadaran keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap perilaku keuangan dan kesejahteraan keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku keuangan dan inklusi keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Namun pendapatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Perilaku keuangan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya. Sedangkan inklusi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keuangan keluarga di Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

TikTok is a platform that is utilized by its users as a digital marketing medium. One of the TikTok accounts with the name @mbolangjatim is a unique icon that is used as digital marketing which contains various information about tourist attractions in the East Java area. This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer attitudes in the @mbolangjatim marketing strategy. Based on an analysis of 100 content in the @mbolangjatim account, several digital marketing techniques were found, including advertising, storytelling, comedy, hashtags, feedback, and audio music. Advertising techniques are used to convey the latest brand promotions. Storytelling is known to have a positive influence on consumer confidence. Comedy can be an alternative that is implemented so that viewers don't feel bored watching @mbolangjatim content. Hashtags are used to increase the search and attention of TikTok users. Feedback can increase interaction and build consumer trust. Audio music has a positive effect on viral marketing efforts.

Abstract

International agreements in the practice of diplomatic relations are an important aspect. Where in its implementation, the role of international agreements in international law is based on the fact that international law mostly consists of international treaties. One example of an international treaties is the Pact of Bogota. The Pact of Bogota is the United States Agreement on the Settlement of the Pacific region signed by the independent American republics that gathered at the Ninth International Conference of American States in Bogota, Colombia. One of the member countries of this pact is Nicaragua and Colombia. The International Court of Justice from November 19, 2012, based on the Pact of Bogota agreement. The issue raised by the author is related to the decision of the international court in deciding cases between Nicaragua and Colombia based on the Pact of Bogota with the consideration that Colombia had withdrawn from the Pact of Bogota before Nicaragua filed a lawsuit to the International Court of Justice, namely on November 27, 2012.

Abstract

There are several ratios that can affect the financial performance of a company. These factors are often used as a reference by investors or companies in making investment decisions, including Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability Ratios. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between these three ratios and the financial performance of PT Bank Central Asia for the period 2017-2021. The data used in this study used data from the Annual Report of PT Bank Central Asia for the 2017-2021 period. The results showed that there was a relationship between the Profitability variable and the Financial Performance of PT Bank Central Asia for the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

In theory, work commitment can be influenced by various factors, including the work environment, professionalism, and job satisfaction. Research on work commitment in the airport sector managed by the government is still very rare, therefore the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the work environment, professionalism, and job satisfaction on employee work commitment at the Class I Mopah Merauke Airport Operations Unit (UPBU). with a population of 110. The sample determination method uses a saturated sample, so that all employees at the UPBU Class I Mopah Office are used as samples. Variable measurements were carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression methods and with SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the work environment, work professionalism, and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee work commitment in Class I UPBU Mopah Merauke Office. The better the work environment, work professionalism, and job satisfaction, it will lead to better work commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between gratitude and depression, anxiety, and stress in final-year students during the pandemic transition. This study uses quantitative methods with correlation test analysis techniques. The sampling technique used in this study was convenience sampling. The DASS-21 adaptation was used to measure psychological stress, and the gratitude scale was used to measure gratitude. The results of the analysis show that gratitude has a negative and significant correlation with psychological distress (depression, anxiety, and stress) in students. This indicates that the higher the gratitude of the students, the lower their symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for teaching staff to provide socialization, assistance, and reduce the burden of lecturing to respondents, allowing them to maintain the emotional stability of students.

Abstract

Teaching is a profession that requires a teacher to have special skills, a teacher cannot be done by just anyone because a teacher must be able to master four components, namely pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence. Where the four components are interrelated, if a teacher is unable to master one of these competencies then he cannot be said to be a professional teacher. In this study, the researcher intends to analyze whether during the Covid - 19 pandemic teachers have fulfilled the professional competence of teachers through a culture of reflection carried out by teachers themselves. A professional teacher must be able to have the ability to teach, guide, and set a good example to his students, besides that teachers must also be able to master learning media, master the curriculum and have broad insights.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between economic status, financial literacy, financial management on lifestyle in generation z with consumptive behavior as a moderating variable. This research uses quantitative research methods. This research also uses causal research. The population in this study were generation Z in Surabaya. Sampling in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. The research instrument used in this research is a questionnaire made by the researcher. The measurement used in measuring the level of importance of each indicator uses a Likert scale with a range of 1 (strongly agree) to 4 (strongly disagree). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of economic status, financial literacy and financial management of respondents on generation z's lifestyle. Then consumptive behavior does not moderate the influence of economic status and financial literacy on lifestyle in generation z. While consumptive behavior moderates the influence of financial management on lifestyle in generation z.

Abstract

Petrochemical company faces talent competition. Employee Experience (EX) is a new concept that is more profitable and builds Engagement. Research applies orientation as an area of HR management to apply EX. The data obtained through a descriptive approach and associative analysis with analytical tools with the results of orientation preparation, first day of work, first week activities, feedback and evaluation and evaluation of orientation activities have a positive and significant effect on Employee Experience only on the first month's feedback which has no effect positive and significant.
