Abstract

The role of government and society in social media is urgently needed as a counter-narratives of propaganda from terrorist group to against the spread of narratives of hoax, intolerance, extremism and radicalism. However, there is still a bias in building narratives against terrorist groups. It is necessary to carry out deconstruction efforts to prevent terrorism through the media. This study uses a virtual ethnographic approach to see how far the construction of counter-narratives, counter-propaganda is made by the government, so we can see things that need to be deconstructed. The results of the study show that in some BNPT social media, the counter-narrative content towards radical groups is more dominant, so it is giving rise to stigma, secondary deviation, and the difficulty of understanding the diction that appears in a counter-narrative content by the society. So that later it can be classified what can be consumed by the public and not. The public wants practical and instant content, short videos, and information that can be understood by all people.

Abstract

Perencanaan pembangunan daerah melibatkan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah, suatu organisasi yang mendukung pembangunan daerah sesuai dengan kewenangannya. Tanggung jawab Bappeda adalah menghasilkan peraturan teknis untuk pelayanan dan strategi pembangunan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak kinerja di Bappeda Medan. Penelitian yang berfokus pada efektivitas peran ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Wawancara dengan pekerja di bidang infrastruktur dan sarana daerah digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Data sekunder didasarkan pada buku dan makalah jurnal yang membahas dampak Bafeda di Medan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kinerja Bapeda di Medan masih belum sepenuhnya berhasil.

Abstract

Pada saat ini dunia telah memasuki revolusi industri 4.0, dimana semua aktivitas kehidupan berbasis digital. Kemajuan dunia teknologi saat ini mewajibkan internet sebagai salah satu alat komunikasi, pertukaran data, dan media pencari informasi yang banyak diminati oleh setiap kalangan terutama generasi milenial. Dan juga saat ini transaksi bisnis tidak jarang kita temui sudah melalui digital, contohnya Shoope, Lazada, Bukalapak, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kualitas produk, harga produk dan kepuasan pelanggan di pasar tradisional Sidikalang terhadap perpindahan berbelanja melalui Pasar online. Dalam penelitian ini penulis hanya meneliti produk fashion, produk kecantikan, barang elektronik, produk Sport, dan lain- lain. kecuali barang pangan seperti sembako, sayur mayur, daging,dll. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan survei melalui kuesioner yang diisi 100 responden. Alat Analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji validitas, Uji reliabilitas, Uji asumsi klasik, Regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan), Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa harga produk, dan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan (secara parsial) terhadap variasi nilai perpindahan belanja. Sedangkan variabel kualitas produk tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan (secara parsial) terhadap variasi nilai perpindahan belanja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis pelaksanaan strategi marketing dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan produk cat Jotun pada CV. Tebar Jalur Mas dan untuk mengetahui perkembangan volume penjualan produk cat Jotun pada CV. Tebar Jalur Mas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan cara melakukan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data (menarik kesimpulan). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh CV. Tebar Jalur Mas dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan adalah yaitu terdiri dari strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi distribusi, dan strategi promosi. Perkembangan penjualan produk cat Jotun pada CV. Tebar Jalur Mas mengalami peningkatan tertinggi pada tahun 2020 yaitu meningkat sebesar 26 persen, kemudian peningkatan terendah terjadi pada tahun 2021 yaitu penjualan menurun sebesar 8 persen. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini yaitu CV. Tebar Jalur Mas menerapkan 4 (empat) strategi pemasaran yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan nya, yaitu meliputi : 1). Strategi produk yang terdiri dari strategi diversifikasi produk dan diferensiasi produk, 2). Strategi harga yang terdiri dari strategi penyesuaian, 3). Strategi distribusi dimana alurnya di mulai dari produsen, agen, pedagang besar, pengecer, dan konsumen, 4). Strategi promosi yang terdiri dari promosi penjualan, penjualan personal, dan pemasaran langsung.

Abstract

This research seeks to explain the moderating effect of product quality on the relationship between online customer reviews and ratings and online purchasing decisions. Unknown number of Tokopedia application users in Jakarta constitute the population for this research. This study used a technique of purposive sampling in which the sample must meet the requirements specified. For data collection, online questionnaires were used in this study. Smart PLS3 software is used for data processing. As a result, 100 Tokopedia application users fulfilled the research criteria and participated in this study. The findings of the research indicate that product quality moderates the impact of online customer reviews on online purchase decisions. Similarly, product quality moderates the impact of online customer ratings on purchase choices made online. The results of this research may give entrepreneurs with information on the online behavior of customers.

Abstract

Pengendalian persediaan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting di dalam suatu perusahan, pengendalian persediaan merupakan suatu teknik kontrol yang dilakukan oleh seorang manajer perusahaan dalam pengendalian bahan baku untuk menghindari terjadinya kehabisan persedian bahan baku yang ada digudang. Oleh karena itu saya melakukan pengendalian bahan baku dengan Metode Economic Order Quantity untuk dapat melihat total biaya persedian, Safety Stock, Re-Order Point. UMKM Mebel Desa Laut Dendang mempunyai metode yang tersendiri sehingga bahan baku yang dibutuhkan selama satu bulan tidak bisa diketahui dengan pasti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar diketahui berapa banyak bahan baku yang digunakan oleh UMKM Mebel Desa Laut Dendang secara efisien. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data yang dikumpulkan dengan melakukan beberapa media dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data ialah metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point (pemesanan kembali), dan Safe Stock (persediaan Pengaman), dengan demikian melalui metode tersebut bisa membantu kegiatan pembelian stok bahan baku, menentukan jumlah kapasitas persediaan pengaman untuk menjaga hambatan pada proses produksi dan kapan bahan baku tersebut di butuhkan. Penelitian ini mengharapkan hasil, dimana proses produksi yang dijalankan supaya tidak mengalami hambatan melalui pengendalian pengadaan persediaan pengaman, oleh karena itu output yang dihasilkan tepat waktu dan optimal. Perusahaan harus mampu melaksanakan analisis jumlah persediaan yang ekonomis agar produksi yang diproses sesuai target dan lancar sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, oleh karena itu bahan baku tersebut stabil dan tidak mengalami penurunan atau kelebihan.

Abstract

This study aims to impirically determine the influence of the stock price bubble, long-term debt and institutional ownership on the stock price crash risk in Indonesian technology companies in 2019-2021. The sampling technique in this study was using the proposive sampling method and obtained samples of 16 companies with a total observation of 48. The data analysis used in this study used the panel data regression method using the eviews 10 analysis tool. The results of this study show that long-term debt has a significant effect on stock price crash risk, meaning that companies that have a larger long-term debt structure in their capital structure have a higher stock price crash risk. Meanwhile, the stock price bubble and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect on the stock price crash risk. Simultaneously or together the stock price bubble, long-term debt and institutional ownership have a significant effect on stock price crash risk. Based on the results of the coefficient determination test, an adjusted R-square value of 0.8497 was obtained, meaning that the contribution of the independent variable in explaining the dependent stock price crash risk variable was 84.97%. This research is expected to be used as a consideration for interested parties, especially company managers and investors, to be able to pay attention to the factors that will cause stock price crash risk in Indonesian technology companies.

Abstract

The capital market is an activity related to public offerings and securities trading, public companies that are correlated with securities. The capital market has an important role in the economy of a country. An index is used to measure the performance of stocks traded on the stock exchange. This study aims to measure the influence of macro factors in the form of inflation, interest rates and the USD exchange rate on the Kompas 100 index. This research uses secondary data from 2019 to 2021. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The population of this study are all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange's Kompas 100 index for 2019-2021. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 36. The results showed that simultaneously inflation, interest rates, and the USD exchange rate had a significant effect on the Kompas 100 index. Partially, inflation had a negative and insignificant effect on the Kompas 100 index, interest rates had a positive effect. and significant to the Kompas 100 index, and the USD exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the Kompas 100 index. The ability of investors to understand and predict future macroeconomic conditions greatly assists investors in making investment decisions.

Abbott with the best brand diagnostic tools, until appointed as the sole agent. PT. Dharma Mitra Abadi is a medical device company that utilizes direct marketing to promote its products. The company has implemented the Dharma Boost program, which utilizes digital media and e-commerce tools such as online electronic applications, websites, mobile applications, social media, animation, video, data visualization, and location-based services. This research aims to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of these existing programs within the company. The research method used is qualitative, including direct observation, in-depth interviews, collection of documentation, and analysis of company secondary data. The research is being conducted within the marketing division of the company. The goal is to help the company innovate and address any marketing challenges. By incorporating Artificial Intelligence into its Customer Relationship Management, PT. Dharma Mitra Abadi hopes to optimize its use of digital marketing.

Abstract

Agency Theory explains that company owners will incur agency costs to maintain the relationship between capital owners and management due to information asymmetry present in the company, one of which is earnings management practices. In line with research by Schwartz (1999) and Lacker & Tayan (2011), the policy of protecting assets owned by investors is determined by the quality of the legal system in force in a country and has direct implications for agency costs that must be incurred by investors. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance through an independent board of directors and audit committee policy provides improved corporate governance and early protection in the company so that the company's objectives are aligned with the objectives of the owners of capital. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of the level of agency costs based on national cultural scores and the level of corruption, the role of independent boards of directors and independent audit committees on earnings management practices in companies listed on the Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Thailand stock exchanges in 2017 - 2019. The research data were obtained from the annual report reported by each company, and Hofstede's national culture score and the level of corruption perception issued by Tranparency International. This research is quantitative research with data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the level of agency costs owned by a country had no significant effect on earnings management practices, while the independent board of directors and independent audit committee had a significant effect on earnings management practices and simultaneously agency costs, independent board of directors, and independent audit committee had a significant effect on earnings management practices. So it can be concluded that in dealing with agency problems, companies need to improve good corporate governance to support agency costs incurred by company owners in connection with preventing earnings management practices.
