Abstract

This systematic literature analysis examines 40 studies (2020–2025) on the use of machine learning to predict mental health using digital activity data. Two research questions are presented: algorithm performance comparison and model effectiveness factor. Data surveys (43,9%) are a more widely used data collection method. Because of its interpretability, Logistic Regression is the most popular (29.3%), whereas Random Forest (26.8%) is best for performance-interpretability. With a rata-rata accuracy of 80.1% ± 4.2% and an AUC of 87.1% ± 1.8%, XGBoost provides superior performance. The best study achieves an AUC >0,98 through feature engineering that canggih using SHAP and recursive feature elimination. Critical success factors include cermat fitur selection, temporal dinamika, cross-validation, and clinical interpretability. Although machine learning has significant potential, there are still challenges with standardization, generalizability, and real-world implementation. Research in the long term requires longitudinal studies, external validation, and standard protocols to realize this technology's potential in improving mental health outcomes.

Abstract

Digital payment adoption on crowdfunding platforms has emerged as a significant research area in the field of financial technology. This study presents a systematic literature review of 40 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025, using the PRISMA 2020 framework to analyze digital payment adoption patterns in crowdfunding platforms. Three main research questions are addressed: (1) factors influencing user preferences between traditional digital payments and cryptocurrency, (2) mechanisms by which payment technologies enhance platform security and trust, and (3) the most effective research methodologies for analyzing digital payment adoption. From an initial pool of 847 articles across four major databases (Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE Xplore, and ScienceDirect), 40 studies met the inclusion criteria. The analysis reveals that trust is the dominant factor (80%), followed by ease of use (70%), and social influence (55%). The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is the most commonly used theoretical framework (47.5%), with Structural Equation Modeling as the primary analytical method (32.5%), and surveys employed in 65% of the studies. QR-based mobile payments show the highest adoption rates (78%) due to perceived ease of use and the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic. Cryptocurrency adoption varies by demographics, with Millennials and Generation Z demonstrating 40% higher acceptance compared to older generations. Blockchain-based payment systems significantly improve transaction security (up to 85%) through smart contracts and decentralized architecture, yet face barriers related to technical complexity and regulatory uncertainty. These findings offer practical implications for platform developers, policymakers, and fintech stakeholders, including trust-centered design, user-friendly blockchain integration, and digital financial literacy programs. Future research should adopt standardized methodologies and longitudinal approaches to better understand long-term adoption dynamics.

Abstract

Education is a form of human culture that develops and changes through teaching and training. This education coexists with changes occurring in the culture of life. Religious education taught in madrasas/schools may not necessarily inspire harmonious change in life. Teachers are required to monitor the quality of learning and implement quality management that impacts students. Quality management is a system that can transform the quality of an organization, thereby creating member satisfaction and improving organizational performance. To improve the quality of madrasas/schools, the primary focus is improving the quality of learning within the institution itself. Law No. 20 of 2003 states that learning is the process of interaction between students, teachers, and learning resources in a learning environment. The author's data analysis focused on library research, utilizing library sources including books, scientific articles, journals, e-books, and other documents relevant to the research being studied.

Abstract

Stable internet connectivity is a crucial aspect in supporting company operations, especially for businesses that rely on Point of Sale (POS) systems such as PT. XYZ. A common issue encountered is the loss of internet connection due to disruptions from the primary Internet Service Provider (ISP), which results in the POS system becoming inoperable and transactional activities being disrupted. To address this problem, this study proposes and implements a failover solution using two ISP connections with the help of MikroTik devices and the Netwatch feature. The methodology employed follows the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) approach, consisting of six phases: analysis, design, simulation, implementation, monitoring, and management. The analysis phase is conducted to identify network needs and issues. In the design phase, a dual ISP topology is created along with NAT configuration, static routing, and Netwatch as the connection detection system. The implementation phase involves setting the primary and backup routes using distance parameters and automated Netwatch scripts to switch connections during disruptions. Testing results show that failover occurs automatically in under five seconds without significantly affecting the internet connection. The results demonstrate that the dual ISP system with failover configuration effectively minimizes downtime and enhances overall network availability. This solution is also flexible and can be adapted for other branches with cost efficiency and good scalability.

Abstract

The mastery of scientific literacy is a critical competency in 21st-century education, enabling students to apply scientific knowledge in solving real-world problems. However, evidence shows that elementary school students in Indonesia generally achieve low levels of scientific literacy, particularly in conceptual reasoning and the application of scientific evidence. This study aimed to analyze the scientific literacy skills of Grade IV students at UPTD SD Negeri 2 Peusangan Siblah Krueng, focusing on three key indicators: identifying scientific evidence, explaining scientific phenomena, and applying scientific evidence in daily life. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design, data were collected from 25 students through a 15-item test developed based on the Programme for International Student Assessment framework. The responses were analyzed using content analysis to categorize ability levels. The results indicated that 44% of students were in the low category, 40% in the high category, and 16% in the moderate category. Students performed best in identifying scientific evidence, followed by applying evidence in real-life contexts, while the lowest achievement was in explaining phenomena, reflecting limited conceptual understanding and reasoning ability. These findings highlight the need for transforming science instruction from content delivery to experiential, inquiry-based, and problem-based learning integrated with real-life contexts and technology. Such pedagogical reforms are expected to foster deeper conceptual mastery, critical thinking, and practical application of scientific knowledge, thereby contributing to both the theoretical development of science education and practical efforts to enhance 21st-century competencies at the primary school level.

Abstract

The demand for high-quality 3D assets in the animation and multimedia industry is increasing. One of the main challenges in developing 3D models is the availability of realistic and seamless PBR (Physically Based Rendering) textures, especially for fabric-based objects such as amigurumi dolls. This study aims to develop seamless PBR textures based on reference photos of amigurumi dolls using an AI-assisted image processing approach . The process begins with data collection in the form of amigurumi doll photos, which are then processed using generative AI technology to generate initial texture patterns. Next, Adobe Photoshop is used for refinement so that the textures meet seamless standards and PBR components such as diffuse/albedo, normal, and roughness maps. The results show that this approach can produce high-quality PBR textures efficiently compared to manual methods. These findings can be used as a reference in the production of textile-based 3D assets for animation, games, and interactive learning media.
