Abstract

Integration of information and communication technology in the education sector demonstrates that, in the era of technological disruption, the optimization of internet usage is readily apparent. The real form of technical advancement is the existence of internet services that can serve as a bridge between the speed at which information may be received by all levels of society. The usage of the Internet as a learning tool is extremely beneficial and can have both positive and bad effects on pupils. Internet use has a significant impact on ensuring that the quality of education meets the requirements of the curriculum, and it also influences the learning patterns of students and teachers throughout Indonesia in order to improve the learning process. The goal of this study is to examine the distinctive educational function of the Internet in each region of Indonesia. The results revealed that 10% of students used the internet to support the learning process, with the majority of internet users for the learning process having a high school education or equivalent, indicating that the role of the internet in relation to digital learning adaptation requires the active participation of parents and teachers. In addition to allowing students to comprehend the positive and negative effects of the internet, the internet facilitates the production of interactive learning media and provides the most recent information to maximize digital learning platforms and develop innovative learning patterns in the digital age.

Abstract

The world has become a field of life successively, era after age has passed, generation after generation has disappeared as the saying goes that everything that dies will leave something precious to the generation in front of it. This fact is represented in a meaningful historical story. Consciously or unconsciously, what our predecessors pioneered is a motivation for us to move forward in overcoming various problems or problems of the nation. We as citizens of course know and know the history of the nation and country properly and correctly. Through history allows us to know the past of our nation and country. By knowing the past, we can take lessons from these events to draw conclusions. Badrika (1994:4) states that history contains three meanings as follows: (1) history as genealogy or origin (2) history means events or events that actually happened in the past, (3) history means science, stories lessons about the past. Kartodirjo (1992: 287) put forward his main argument that in essence history provides a picture for humans in observing and changing the world in the present and the future. Based on observations on historical events in the past, people will recognize, appreciate and understand the rules that can be used as material for thinking and acting to advance human life and the universe in the present and even for the future.

Abstract

The appointment of the Board of Directors for the first time is carried out by the Founder of the Company through the Deed of Establishment. Article 94 paragraph 3 of the Indonesian Company Law does not stipulate the terms of office of the Directors, it only states that the Directors are appointed for a certain period and they can be reappointed. In practice, the Board of Directors is first appointed through a Deed of Establishment for a period of 3 (three) or 5 (five) years. The term of office of the Company's Board of Directors that has expired cannot be automatically extended but must be reappointed. Since the expiration of their period, the former Directors of the Company are no longer entitled to act for and on behalf of the Company. However, in practice there are still many companies not aware of the terms of office of the Directors, so they are negligent in re-appointing members of the Board of Directors. The purpose of this study is to find out the provisions for reappointing members of the Board of Directors and the legal consequences of agreements made by the Board of Directors whose terms of office have ended. The type of research in this study is normative juridical with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that the reappointments of former Directors whose term of office has expired can be carried out through a GMS or Circular Decision (decisions of shareholders that are binding outside the GMS), which are outlined in a Notary Deed and notified to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia to be recorded in the Company Register to obtain approval. The agreement signed by the former Board of Directors on behalf of the company whose term of office has ended is invalid because it does not fulfill the subjective element as required for a valid agreement (Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code) which results in the agreement being canceled by one of the parties. If not canceled by one of the parties, then the agreement is personally binding on the Directors, not the company. Therefore, before the term of office of the Board of Directors ends, it is better for the company to re-appoint it through the GMS or Circular Decision and ratification to the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights so that the agreement is made by the Directors on behalf of the company can bind the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the audio-visual media in learning to write argumentative texts the pros and cons and to find out the impact of increasing students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is the mix method (mix). This research was conducted at SMK Garuda Nusantara Cikarang with a sample of class X TKR 1 as the experimental group and class X TKJ as the control group. The instruments used in this study were tests in the form of question sheets, observation sheets, and attitude scale questionnaires, as a support for the implementation of learning the application of audio visual media in learning to write argumentative texts for and against their impact on increasing students' critical thinking skills. The instrument is categorized as valid and reliable after being analyzed by expert judgment and statistical tests (validity and reliability). The calculation of this research is through the class average test of pretest and posttest, the number of posttest and posttest scores, knowing the maximum and minimum scores, and test the hypothesis with the paired sample T-Test. The results showed that the activity of students had increased with an average pretest score of 48.88, and an average posttest of 81.00. The impact on increasing students' critical thinking skills after the application of audio-visual media is in accordance with the results of the gain hypothesis test, namely the probability value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 < 0.05. The magnitude of the impact on increasing critical thinking skills is shown by the results of hypothesis testing which states that there are differences in the data from the pretest and posttest results so that there is an increase in learning by looking at the average of each activity. Thus, audio-visual media can be used as an alternative learning media that is used to improve students' critical thinking skills in learning to write pro and con arguments.

Abstract

This e-module was developed based on problems that occur during the learning process, the teaching materials used are still not optimal and some materials are not following the characteristics of students and learning objectives. Students are also less active in participating in the learning process and cannot collaborate in solving a problem, so it is necessary to develop relevant and innovative Project-Based Learning-Based Interactive E-Modules to help students more easily understand learning materials, be active in the learning process, and improve independence in learning. The method used in this research is research and development (R&D) by adopting the 4D (Four-D) development model which includes 4 steps, namely: define, design, develop, and disseminate. By definition five activities must be carried out, namely: 1) Initial analysis, 2) Student analysis, 3) Task analysis, 4) Concept analysis and 5) Formulation of learning objectives. In the design four activities must be carried out, namely: 1) Preparation of test standards, 2) Selection of media, 3) Selection of formats, and 4) Initial design. In development two steps must be done, namely: 1) Expert assessment, and 2) Development trial. And the last is dissemination, this stage is the dissemination stage to promote the product developed so that it is accepted by users, individuals, groups, and systems. The results of the research and development of project-based learning-based interactive e-modules can be seen from the validity tests of both media and materials that have been carried out with an average media validity value of 0.86 (valid), and an average material validity value of 0.78 (valid).
