Abstract

DKI and Graha Wisata Taman Mini Indonesia Indah based on researchers observations, such as UP employees. Pavilion DKI and Graha Wisata Taman Mini Indonesia Indah currently feel less enthusiastic at work because of something that is not in accordance with expectations, This indicates that can b said that the expectations or demands of employees in achieving good work motivation have not been realized as they should, this reality cannot b allowed because such things can cause obstacles in achieving goals. The study was conducted at the DKI Pavilion Management Unit and Graha Wisata Taman Mini Indonesia Indah with a research population of 126 employees, the sample used was saturated sampling of 126 respondents, for data collection using questionnaire method techniques, and direct observation. And for data analysis using the Smart partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method version 3.0, for data tests used in this study are reliability tests, validity tests, statistical tests and classical assumptions tests. There is a direct positive and significant influence of motivation on employees performance. There is a direct positive and significant influences of motivation on Job Satisfaction. Work discipline has a direct positive and significant influences on employees performance. Work discipline has a direct positive and significant influences on job satisfaction. There is a direct positive and significant influences of Competency on employees performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the influence of Leadership, Motivation, and Workload on Employee Performance at Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat, Ministry of Defense of The Republic Indonesia. In this study, the sample was employees at Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat, Ministry of Defense of The Republic Indonesia with a total sample of 30 people. This study uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling technique (saturated sample), and data analysis tools using SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of research at Pusdiklat Bahasa Badiklat, Ministry of Defense of The Republic Indonesia, shows that Leadership has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Motivation also has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and Workload has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, such as Leadership Style, Motivation and Workload Together.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Profit Growth, Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) on Stock Prices in East Java Regional Development. Bank Quarterly Period 2013-2022. The research method used uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The data source in this research is secondary data obtained through quarterly financial reports using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis techniques, verification analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, both partial and simultaneous testing with data analysis tools using SPSS version 25. The results of this research partially show that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Price to Book Value (PBV) have a significant effect on Stock Prices, while Profit Growth and Price Earning Ratio (PER) do not have a significant effect on Stock Prices. while simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Students, as agents of social change, are expected to make a positive contribution in responding to and overcoming various obstacles faced by political parties during the general election process. This research aims to explore the role of students in facing challenges and problems involving political parties in the context of general elections in Indonesia. This research method involves qualitative analysis of primary and secondary data, including interviews with active students, literature analysis, and case studies related to political parties in previous general elections. The research results show that students play a significant role in responding to and shaping political dynamics, especially in the context of General Election (Election). Students can make positive contributions through critical analysis of political party programs, direct participation in political activities, and promotion of the values of integrity and a clear political vision. Their awareness of the diversity of political views is also a key factor in building unity in a multicultural society. The research results also highlight the importance of students' readiness to face the world of politics, with a deep understanding of political issues, critical assessment of political arguments, and advocacy for honesty as key points in strengthening students' role in building a healthier and more democratic political environment.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education in universities is very important for its role today, especially in strengthening the mindset, fostering interest and the ability to compile entrepreneurial planning. Moreover, in the biology department, which incidentally rarely understands the concept of entrepreneurship, it is necessary to strengthen the ability to compile entrepreneurial planning. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the determinants of entrepreneurial planning ability in biology students. This research is a quantitative research survey method with a cross sectional design. The sample of this study was 90 students who took entrepreneurship courses. Data analysis using logistic regression tests. The results showed that knowledge (p =0.007) and the presence of entrepreneurial companions (p=0.001) affected the entrepreneurial planning ability of students majoring in biology. Universities in addition to developing entrepreneurship courses practically, must also be able to provide mentors for students to discuss the business plan they will run.

Abstract

This research focuses on persuasive communication strategies in digital training media Karier.mu by applying the theory of four persuasive tactics: Powerful Persuasive Tactic, Persuasion in Its Infancy Stage, Technology Intensifies Persuasion, and Varying Levels of Acceptance of Persuasion. The aim of this study was to understand the influence of these tactics on user participation in career development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by involving literature analysis, interviews and observations. The results showed that powerful persuasive tactics, such as creating a sense of urgency and evoking emotions, increased user participation. Users in the early stages of the career journey tend to be more receptive to persuasion. Technology, such as content personalization and progress measurement, amplifies persuasive messages. In addition, the acceptance rate of persuasion varies between users, emphasizing the importance of user segmentation. In conclusion, an effective persuasive communication strategy in Karier.mu includes a wide array of tactics to motivate users, provide guidance, utilize technology, and consider user acceptance. This research provides valuable insights for digital training media platforms in supporting users' career development.

Abstract

This research investigates the complex relationship between communication, organizational culture, and individual competence in shaping employee performance at the Triwijaya Kedaung convenience store and supermarket. A profound understanding of these factors is crucial in the rapidly evolving digital business era. Abstract

The development of the banking sector in Indonesia, which is increasingly dynamic and complex, creates challenges in managing financial risk for banks such as Bank Mega. Failure to identify, measure and manage financial risks can have major consequences. Risk management is the key to overcoming financial risks, involving identifying, measuring, controlling and reporting risks. This research focuses on analyzing financial risk management at Bank Mega and aims to analyze the risk management framework, evaluate the effectiveness of the risk management approach, and provide recommendations. The data used is secondary data and literature. The results show that Bank Mega has implemented good risk management with positive performance indicators. However, it is necessary to pay attention to liquidity, asset quality and risk mitigation to increase the effectiveness of risk management. This research is expected to contribute to understanding financial risk management in the Indonesian banking sector

Abstract

The development of communication technology encourages changes in all aspects of life, both social, cultural, economic and various other aspects, including transportation. People are experiencing a transformation in their daily activities, shopping online, interacting with social media, and even traveling using online applications. This research aims to determine human resource and service quality's influence on consumer satisfaction of Gojek online motorcycle taxis in Tangerang. This descriptive quantitative statistical research type uses SmartPls 4, outer model and inner model measurements. Data collection methods were questionnaires and interviews, with a sample size of 100 people. Non-probability sampling technique with quota sampling. The research results show t statistic > t table and sig value. > P value. So, the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. HR quality has a positive and significant effect on service quality. The quality of human resources has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction through service quality. The simultaneous R square test of 0.666 means that the quality of human resources and service quality influence consumer satisfaction by 66.6%, including the moderate influence category.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the assessment approach strategy, results, challenges and student responses in carrying out independent curriculum assessments at Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa High School, Kubu Raya. Independent curriculum modifications require adaptation from teachers and students. Challenges and difficulties are things that cannot be avoided, especially since the independent curriculum is a new curriculum implemented in every educational unit. However, Taruna Bumi High School has implemented an independent curriculum for the past 3 years. This research was also conducted to find out the strategies, results and challenges faced by teachers and students. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis according to Milles and Huberman. The implementation of the research focuses on the formulation of the problem that has been previously determined. The results of this research include that the independent curriculum has more student activities to produce products or works through co-curricular activities. Teachers assess students' ability to complete these assignments and projects, and provide feedback that supports their development. Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa High School teachers ask students to create portfolios that reflect their abilities and achievements in their chosen subjects. This portfolio may contain writing samples, presentations, artwork, or reflective notes. Through portfolios, teachers can see student development over time and evaluate their progress in achieving learning goals. This form of assessment results involves observation, work products, and self-assessment. The results of the assessment provide freedom to determine the results of the assessment itself. The selection of the form of assessment results must consider the learning objectives, assessment criteria, and students' needs in developing their understanding and skills. that student responses may vary and some students may require adjustments or additional support in facing this more holistic and creative assessment.
