This study aims to describe the pattern of the spread of radicalism in madrasah using descriptive-qualitative research. The data used include two things, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form are documentation, interviews, and observation. The results of this study indicate that radicalism enters madrasah through (1) classroom learning activities by teachers, (2) through textbooks that allegedly contain intolerance content, and (3) weak policies of principals/foundations in preventing the influence of radicalism. Meanwhile, the strategy offered is to make (1) the teacher a role model for cultivating tolerance and religious moderation for students and having an excellent national perspective. Positive assessments from consumers on the products offered are a significant element for creative industry players. Several studies have shown that the main factor determining the decision to buy a product is not the function but the aesthetic appearance of the product. One method of assessing the aesthetics of product design is neotonic design.research was Neotonic design conducted to show how product design characteristics can objectively display a positive aesthetic. This study aims to provide input to creative industry players how consumers give a positive assessment of the outer appearance/aesthetics of product design. To achieve this goal, the research explores the question of how can neotonic design be an important factor in a positive assessment of the aesthetics of a product design? Based on these research questions, two hypotheses were made H1: The cuteness shown will be more visible if the object is smaller than the larger object (H1a), rounder than pointed (H1b), simpler than complex (H1c), brighter than darker (H1d), and wider than taller (H1e). H2: The cuteness that is displayed is related to the positive assessment of aesthetics as an attractive element in the design. The study involved 50 respondents with 34 product design research objects and 28 geometric shapes. The results showed that the complicated dimension was considered funnier than simple. So that the small, round, wide, bright, and complex dimensions become the main markers of consumers' positive (funny) assessment of product design. The five dimensions above show that funny/neotonic designs are an important factor in positive evaluation of the aesthetics of a product design.

The second largest food waste and plastic waste producer in the sea, Indonesia is faced with serious challenges when it comes to waste management. Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) is a province in Indonesia that urgently prioritizes waste management. Community-Based Solid Waste Management (CBSWM), a solid waste management system with many proven benefits, is popularly used in many developing countries including Indonesia. Aimed at developing the CBSWM model in NTB, this study was conducted by collecting the primary data through the FGD process as well as the secondary data. This study found that although the local communities had the motivation and willingness to manage their solid waste, they had limited knowledge and skills. The CBSWM model is expected to accelerate the solid waste management activities in NTB.

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety and work healthy on employee productivity in the production department at PT. Sisirau Aceh Tamiang. This research is a type of quantitative research with a sample of 45 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done through t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Regression equation results obtained Y = 2.255 + 0.314X1 + 0.811X2 means that the constant value of 2.255 is the value of employee productivity before being influenced by work safety and health. The work safety regression coefficient is 0.314 and is positive, meaning that if work safety is increased the employee's work productivity will increase by 0.314 with a tcount> ttable (2.333> 1.68195) and significant (0.025 <0.05). The work health regression coefficient is 0.118 and is positive, meaning that if work health is improved the employee's work productivity will increase by 0.811 with a tcount> ttable (8.063> 1.68195) and significant (0.000 <0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.614 or 61.4%, which means the work safety and health variables influence the work productivity of employees by 61.4% and the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of revolving fund assistance policies in cooperatives in the city of Medan. The research objectives are (1) to analyze the effect of revolving funds on increasing cooperative assets, (2) analyzing the effect of revolving funds on increasing cooperative capital, (3) analyzing the effect of revolving funds on increasing cooperative SHU. The main sources of this research are cooperative administrators as implementers and cooperatives that receive aid funds. Data was collected using quantitative descriptive methods, namely by means of observation, interviews and documentation or literature study, namely searching documents related to the research objectives. The technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect of two or more independent variables on one dependent variable (Suryani and Hendryadi, 2015). Multiple regression analysis was used to answer research problems through data on revolving funds, assets, capital, and remaining operating results (SHU) on cooperative productivity. The results showed that the revolving fund used by cooperatives in the aspect of assets, capital and SHU had a positive impact. This is indicated by the results of the respondents conducted to 49 cooperative managers representing 8 cooperatives that received revolving funds until March 2021.
