Abstract

The efficacy of services has been established as the foundation for imaging for individuals in need of services. The link between the elements affecting palayanan's efficacy and the outcomes of public satisfaction has been shown adequately in earlier research. The objective of this study was to examine the Taxpayer Identification Number of Development Planning Agency at Sub-National Level of Supori Regency service quality in terms of elements that might impact service quality. The findings of this study suggest that the community is dissatisfied with the service provided by the Supiori Regency Taxpayer Identification Number, necessitating the implementation of different repair processes by both the head and workers. Additionally, the findings of this study support the need for additional research to demonstrate how efforts to oversee and assess human resources, service management, and infrastructure may result in future increases in community satisfaction with services in the Development Planning Agency at Sub-National Level Supiori Regency. The solution to the constraints encountered during the efficiency process at the Supiori Regency Development Planning Agency at Sub-National Level office is as follows: (a) the need to improve employee education with a high school diploma or equivalent to a Bachelor (S1) level of competence; (b) a focus on quick and uncomplicated services for the sake of community satisfaction; and (c) procurement of cutting-edge computer facilities.

Abstract

Regional tax revenue in Medan City as a source of financing has increased quite significantly, therefore local taxes remain the prima donna for financing regional expenditures in Medan City. For the Government of Medan City, although the fiscal capacity that comes from local revenue is still limited, local taxes still play an important role in increasing tax revenue in Medan City. Based on Law Number 28 Year 2011, hotel, restaurant and entertainment tax collection implements a self-assessment system so that taxpayer awareness is a very determining factor for taxpayer compliance in carrying out tax obligations and rights. This study aims 1) to analyze the effect of tax knowledge, service quality, tax audit on taxpayer awareness of paying hotel taxes, restaurant taxes and entertainment taxes in Medan City; 2) to analyze the effect of tax knowledge, service quality, tax inspection and taxpayer awareness on taxpayer compliance of paying hotel taxes, restaurant taxes and entertainment taxes in Medan City. The research method used is quantitative research methods. There are two sources of data used, namely primary data and secondary data obtained from the Medan City Revenue Service. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. Sampling was done by accidental sampling. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis and path diagram analysis. The results of hypothesis testing carried out by path analysis show that 1) tax knowledge, service quality and tax audits have a positive effect on taxpayer awareness of paying hotel taxes, restaurant taxes and entertainment taxes in Medan City; 2) service quality and tax audits have no effect on taxpayer compliance paying hotel, restaurant and entertainment taxes in the city of Medan, while tax knowledge tax inspection and taxpayer awareness have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance paying hotel taxes, restaurant taxes and entertainment taxes in Medan city; because the amount of hotel tax revenue, restaurant tax and entertainment provide a high contribution to local taxes in Medan City.

One of the challenges faced by fashion MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Bandung is the poor quality of their products. Product quality is one of the important aspects to consider while aiming for strengthening competitiveness and customer satisfaction. Therefore, the fashion MSMEs need to continuously improve their product quality to be better and more reliable in order to gain consumer’s trust and satisfaction. Supply chain management has been proven to affect product quality. On the other hand, product innovation is also needed to ensure continuous improvement in product quality. This study applied a quantitative method to analyze the direct and indirect influence of supply chain management on product quality. The indirect influence used product innovation as an intermediating variable. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires among fashion MSMEs in Bandung area and processed by using SmartPLS 3.2.8. The inner model, outer model and bootstrapping were produced in data processing to identify the root causes of the problem based on the phenomena raised in this study. The analysis results showed that supply chain management has significant effects on product quality. Product innovation as a mediating factor also significantly affects the relationship between supply chain management and product quality. This study contributes as references for fashion MSMEs to improve their product quality through supply chain management and product innovation to achieve competitive advantages and high customer satisfaction rates.

Abstract

The dynamics of regional income has attracted the attention of practitioners, scholars and academics. A critical issue in development for the past and current decades is the disparity or inequality of income distribution among regions. The disparity of income distribution, in this case, refers to the convergence theory of the Solow-Swan model developed by Barro and Sala-i-Martin. Accordingly, the study will identify and analyse several prepositions. The contribution of this work for the next step will provide an additional wealth of knowledge in regional economics and regional development, especially with regard to the convergence of regional income disparities. This study also will contribute to the local governments to accelerate the convergence of income disparities in the Province of North Sumatera. Later, the authors' work will provide input to local governments on the variables that converge or diverge in the process of income disparity convergence so that recommendations can be taken based on the estimated study results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to answer the research question "How is the prediction of Talent Performance in the following year with the application of People Analytics?" and knowing the description of employees who are potential talents, the resulting performance contributions, to the description of the development and retention efforts needed by Talent in order to be able to maintain their future performance and position as Talents compared to the previous People Analytics method using predictive analysis, namely prediction of Talent Performance in the year next. In this study, data analysis using the Multivariate Logistic Regression method is used to get the Prediction of the Performance of Talents who become the object of research in the form of individual performance quickly and precisely in accordance with the patterns drawn by individual Performance score data in previous years. And can provide insight regarding the projected strategies that need to be done to maintain the improvement of individual talent performance in the years of the assessment period. It also helps management in making decisions about the right Talent development program and determining which Talents are priorities. The population in this study were the talents of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) with a managerial level consisting of: Senior Leader, Middle Leader, and First Line Leader who has a Person Grade (PG) range of 13 to 21. The sample used is Middle Leader level talent with specified criteria and through a process data cleansing. The results of this study indicate that the variable that significantly affects the performance of the following year is the performance of the previous 2 years. Then prediction analysis can be done using these independent variables with the Multinomial Logistic Regression method, and to get prediction results with better accuracy can be done by the Random Forest method.
