FORUM PAEDAGOGIK adalah jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Padangsidimpuan terbit berkala enam bulan sekali yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember. Jurnal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi wahana komunikasi ilmiah insan akademik dalam bidang ilmu-ilmu kependidikan, organisasi pendidikan dan kepemimpinan, dan pendidikan Islam. Redaksi mengundang para pakar dan akademisi untuk menyumbangkan naskah, baik berupa hasil penelitian, kajian mendalam, sesuai dengan kajian jurnal. Abstract

Di tengah-tengah masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, tentulah semua orang termasukpendidik memikirkan cara agar bisa beraktivitas seperti biasa, mengajar dan tetapterkoneksi dengan pserta didik, dengan menggunakan internet, pembelajaran jarakjauhpun harus dilakukan menggunakan teori belajar seperti teori belajar AlbertBandura, untuk itu untuk memunculkan berbagai jenis pembelajaran menggunakanjaringan internet dengan aksebilitas, konektivitas dan fleksibelitas. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengkaji komponen kompetensi prioritas yang mana dirasa pentingdan bagaimana hubungan antar komponen tersebut. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian 32 orang (17Laki-laki dan 15 Perempuan). Instrumen yang digunakan ialah daftar cek dan matrikpertanyaan triangulasi. Penelitan ini menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi ScienceTechnology Engineering and Math (STEM), produk dan karakter yang bervariasidan hubungan STEM dan karakter lebih kuat daripada komponen produk.

Abstract

This paper contains about humanist education in the perspective of Muhammadiyah education. The humanist education meant in this paper is Muhammadiyah's effort in providing space for students to develop their potential both physically and spiritually which is facilitated through Muhammadiyah educational practices. Conceptually the Humanistic idea was born from the exploration of the source of Islam, namely the Koran and the Sunnah as a source of Islamic education. Furthermore, this organization has systematized it as a humanistic education model. However, at the implementation level, this humanistic education has not received serious attention due to technical problems in the internal education of Muhammadiyah mass organizations.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to explain that the serial image media has a sequence of images so that it can stimulate the child's mind to speak and produce a continuous story. This serial image media can increase children's interest in speaking so that children's language skills increase. The design of this research is classroom action research (PTK) using. The research instruments used included observations, tests, and field notes to measure teacher activity using observations, children's learning outcomes used test sheets while to find out the obstacles that arose during the implementation of learning. The analysis technique for observation and test data used descriptive and quantitative, while the analysis of field notes used descriptive and qualitative. The results of the study on the learning activities of the teacher's activity have increased from cycle I and cycle II. In the cycle, 1 teacher activity reached 78.3% and in cycle I teacher activity reached 93.3%. While the children's activity in cycle 1 reached 67.5% and cycle II children's activity reached 95%. Data on the results of children's tests in cycle 1 reached 66.7% and cycle I reached 86.7%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that learning uses image media and direct learning models.

Abstract

AbstractThis study found the problem namely the low of students’ learning outcomes in grade four thematic learning SD Negeri 100101 Simatorkis. The cause was the teacher acted as a learning source and seldom to apply the model or media in process of study. So students did not understand how the concept in the learning process. This study was done to improve students’ learning results at the grade IV SD Negeri 100101 Simatorkis with apply discovery model learning. This study was classroom action research with consist of four components, they are planning, action, observation, and reflection. This study was done as long as two siclus, every sicles consist of twice meeting. Instruments for collecting the data in this study are test and observation. This study result showed that students’ learning result in the subject of thematic in every sinus grow up. In the first test, the average of students was 64,5 (30%), in the first cycles, the average of students were 67,5 (30%) become 72 (45%). In the second siclus from 75 (50%) becomes 86 (85%). The conclusion that the result of students learning grows up after the applied learning discovery model in this thematic subject at grade IV SD Negeri 100101 Simatorkis.

Abstract

Many impacts occurred when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred to disturb all humans on earth. The unrest came from students. One of the student concerns was that learning was carried out online. This case is the basis of the research. The research objective was to explore student difficulties during online learning during the COVID-19 period, the application used during online learning during the COVID-19 period, and the student's response to online learning during COVID-19. This study uses a qualitative method through a case study approach. The research was conducted at IAIN Padangsidimpuan. The informants in this study were 37 PGMI students from 2016-2019. Data collection using unstructured-planned interviews. The research procedure refers to the Creswell model. Data analysis used ATLAS.ti version 8 software. The results of this study obtained information from informants that students experienced many difficulties during online learning during the COVID-19 period, such as the high cost of buying data packages, the problem of internet signals and the exposure of less understood lecturers' material. During online learning, the teleconference application often used is google meet, while the social media that is always used is WhatsApp. So, from the conscience of each informant, they hoped that the learning process would not be thoroughly carried out online to reduce costs for buying internet packages or learning to be carried out face-to-face again on the condition that they adhere to health protocols.

Abstract

Abu Bakr appointed Umar ibn khaththab to be caliph to avoid divisions among Muslims. Umar was born in 513 A D into a family of the Quraish tribe. At first he was called by the title Abu Hafs, and after converting to Islam he received the title al-Faruq and was most persistent in defending Islam. This research examines how the Islamic civilization in Umar's era. The research was conducted by taking a literature study from the literature books. The results showed that Umar's leadership included the territory of the Arabian Peninsula.Palestine, Syria, Iraq, Persia, and Egypt. Umar formed departments (diwan) such as the police, baitul mal to manage state finances. Umar succeeded in restoring the stability of the Islamic government and even strengthening the country. Umar died of a sharp knife stabbed by Abu Lu'luah or Fairuz who was going to offer the dawn prayer at the Nabawi mosque.

Abstract

Language is a medium or a tool to convey feelings or what is felt and thought by humans, in this case the author thinks the importance of language wealth in terms of style in the delivery and expression of ideas to be able to be understood properly, studies and discussions in this paper are intended to describe some language styles expressed in educational verses and how to understand and apply the meaning expressed by those verses in education, in order to be able to transform the values that will be character for students. Assuming that language in transforming values, knowledge and characters has very important role and deemed necessary to be studied more deeply. The analysis used in this study is a thematic analysis of the verses of education with the focus of study how the forms of exposure to educational verses and their meaning and their application in character education. The findings of this study there are  some patterns of language style presentations contained in educational verses include story style, parables, speech, innuendo, dialogue, and wisdom. The conclusion of this study is that there are types of language styles that can be implicated in education Bahasa merupakan media atau alat untuk menyampaikan perasaan atau apa yang dirasakan dan dipikirkan oleh manusia, dalam hal ini penulis menganggap pentingnya kekayaan bahasa ditinjau dari uslub atau style dalam penyampaian dan pengungkapan ide agar dapat dipahami dengan baik, kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan beberapa gaya bahasa yang diungkapkan dalam ayat-ayat pendidikan dan bagaimana memahami dan menerapkan makna yang diungkapkan oleh ayat-ayat tersebut dalam pendidikan, agar mampu mentransformasikan nilai-nilai yang akan menjadi karakter siswa. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tematik ayat-ayat pendidikan dengan fokus kajian bagaimana bentuk pemaparan ayat-ayat pendidikan dan maknanya serta penerapannya dalam pendidikan karakter. Temuan penelitian ini terdapat beberapa pola penyajian gaya bahasa yang terdapat dalam ayat-ayat pendidikan meliputi gaya cerita, perumpamaan, tuturan, sindiran, dialog, dan hikmah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa pilihan gaya bahasa yang bisa diimplikasikan dalam pendidikan

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has shifted the learning process, which was originally running in real terms, now to the virtual world. All hopes that the Covid 19 pandemic period is used to create added value in seeing humans based on moral values (ethics) of religious humanism (religious humanism). Likewise, emulating humanist educator figures during the Covid 19 pandemic. Humanist educators guide students to think positively. Learning that is faced with many applications, via Facebook, Youtube, IG, WA, Line, Zoom, Microsoft Team, Google Classroom, or communication via teleconference seems to give rise to creativity. Humanist educators present their respective roles well so that learning becomes fun and still results in progress. Â
