The number of scientific publications published by countries reflects their ability to innovate. The government has made several efforts to encourage the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to publish innovative scientific papers relevant to the ASN's functional scope of duties. One of these attempts is to provide basic scientific writing training. Basic scientific writing training is designed to accommodate participants from various backgrounds, including age, functional position, and functional position level. This research aims to determine whether cross-generational collaboration, cross-functional positions collaboration, and cross-level functional positions collaboration can produce a better quality of scientific writing content and seminars. This research involved 160 participants in 2023, divided into 80 coaching groups. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, boxplots, and cross-tabulation. The data was then analyzed further using ANOVA inferential statistics and Mann-Whitney non-parametric statistics. The results of data processing and analysis show that cross-generation collaboration and cross-level functional position can lead to significant improvements in scientific writing. On the other hand, cross-functional position collaboration delivers comparable results to coaching groups without collaboration. This study is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of scientific papers written by participants with different functional positions, functional position levels, and generations.

The incidence of poverty in Indonesia has exhibited a marginal decrease, although it remains significantly distant from the desired objective and predominantly concentrated in rural regions. Efforts to reduce poverty should be optimized, particularly by prioritizing the economic empowerment of rural people and improving access to essential services. Poverty in Cianjur Regency, West Java Province, broadly impacted people's lives. Women in rural areas were a significantly affected group. It was among the five districts with the highest number of impoverished people in West Java. The study used secondary data analysis from 2005 to 2021 to understand poverty. This study employed a Concurrent Explanatory Design, which collected comprehensive interviews and statistical data. The researchers conducted interviews with the Head of the Neighborhood Association to gain insights into poverty at the local level. Additionally, they analyzed data from Statistics Indonesia on poverty, gender, and human development in Cianjur Regency from 2005 to 2021, spanning 16 years. The research sought to enhance comprehension of women's poverty in the region by integrating qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Human development index levels were low in Cianjur Regency due to poor development and limited gender empowerment. On average, women in the region had only 5.75 years of education, equivalent to the primary school level. The Family Life Education program was needed to empower families through education and training that suited their needs in addressing this issue. Thus, it was expected to reduce poverty and improve the condition of women in the Cianjur District.

Early childhood is a critical period for language acquisition, where exposure to linguistic input and interaction plays a significant role in shaping language development. Understanding how children acquire a second language within diverse linguistic environments can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms of language learning. This study explores English language acquisition in a six-year-old child within the Natural Order Hypothesis (NOH) context. Using a case study methodology, the researcher analyzed the child's English usage through videos and interviews in a Batak-speaking environment. The goal is to determine if the child's language development followed the grammatical sequence suggested by the NOH while accounting for cognitive and sociolinguistic influences. The findings show a blend of expected NOH patterns and deviations due to the child's specific linguistic environment, media exposure, and family support. These findings emphasize the importance of input and interaction in second language acquisition (SLA), highlighting the adaptability of language learning to individual contexts. The study contributes to SLA research by demonstrating how theoretical models like the NOH intersect with the diverse experiences of learners, advocating for a holistic approach to understanding language acquisition. This research encourages further investigation into the various factors influencing language learning trajectories in young children.

This research was motivated by the disappointing results of student projects and the perceived lack of engagement with current instructional materials in flat pattern design courses. The aim was to create a project-based learning e-module designed specifically for this field of study. The study followed Borg and Gall's (1989) research and development (RD) model. Participants consisted of three lecturers and 36 students. Data collection involved using questionnaires and evaluating student project outcomes. The results suggest that the project-based learning e-module is effective and practical in flat pattern design education, promising to improve student learning outcomes. The lecturer responses indicated a 91% rating in the "very practical" category for the e-module, while students similarly rated it at 89% in the same category. The control group showed a low N-gain value of 0.15, whereas the experimental group demonstrated a high N-gain value of 0.74. The e-modules, which employ project-based learning, effectively enhance students' psychomotor skills and engagement, aligning the curriculum with industry demands. Technology integration in the classroom paves the way for further advancements in fashion education and other fields.
