Abstract

Improvisasi pembelajaran sebagai suatu aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh seorang guru dalam pembelajaran dengan mengembangkan dan memperkaya persiapan pembelajaran yang dibuat dengan tujuan pembelajaran lebih baik dan berkualitas. Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal sangat harus diperhatikan oleh semua bangsa, karena pendidikan memiliki kaitan erat dengan kesuksesan generasi selanjutnya di masa yang akan mendatang. Peran seorang guru terutama dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam dirasa perlu dalam memajukan pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan objek penelitian guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Nurussalam Mantingan, Ngawi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk memajukan pendidikan Islam dengan hasil penelitian bahwasanya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki pengaruh dalam kemajuan pendidikan Islam. Kegiatan ekstrakulikuler yang diantaranya terdiri dari pidato, Tahfidz, pramuka, pencak silat, menjadi peran guru pai dalam menigktakan kualitas pemebelajaran.

Abstract

Penilitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan struktur luar dan struktur dalam serta mendeskripsikan perwujudan singkretisme yang ada pada tradisi Bucu Kendit di Desa Karanglo, Kecamatan Kerek, Tuban. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan struktural dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data mengunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: 1) tradisi bucu kendhit memiliki struktur luar (surface structure) meliputi: a) pra upacara dan kompenen penyusun; b) proses pelaksanaan, dan c) ubarampe, sedangkan struktur dalam tradisi Bucu Kendhit (deep structure) meliputi: : a) kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap tradisi Bucu Kendhit; b) adanya fungsi tradisi Bucu Kendhit yang teridiri dari fungsi sosial dan fungsi religi; c) makna filosofi tradisi Bucu Kendhit yang terdiri dari makna kebendaan, makna perilaku, dan makna ucapan atau ujaran; 2) tradisi Bucu Kendhit di Desa Karanglo, Kecamatan Kerek, Kabupaten Tuban memiliki tradisi slametan sebagai perwujudan sinkretisme yang mengandung tiga unsur yaitu: unsur Hindu, unsur Jawa, dan unsur Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi transformasi peran guru di era digital dengan fokus pada Studi Kasus di Yayasan Pendidikan Nurul Fadhilah, Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang. Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, yang mempengaruhi peran guru dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana peran guru telah berubah di lingkungan pendidikan yang semakin terkoneksi secara digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen terkait kurikulum dan teknologi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Nurul Fadhilah telah berubah dari penyampai informasi menjadi fasilitator pembelajaran, dengan penekanan pada penggunaan teknologi dalam pengajaran. Penggunaan teknologi, seperti papan tulis digital, video pembelajaran online, dan platform e-learning, telah memengaruhi minat belajar siswa dan meningkatkan prestasi mereka dalam materi pelajaran. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan, termasuk peningkatan keterampilan teknologi guru dan pengelolaan kelas berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang transformasi peran guru di era digital dan implikasinya dalam konteks pendidikan.

Abstract

In learning English, teachers use many learning models in the classroom, one of which is inquiry. The inquiry model is a model used in the teaching and learning process where students can ask, examine, or investigate a problem, involving all students. the ability to search and investigate systematically, critically, logically and analytically so that students can formulate in their own way. This research aims to determine the effect of Inquiry model cooperative learning on students' English learning outcomes. The research method used is a qualitative method. The research results are in the form of an English language learning process by applying the Inquiry learning model and English language learning outcomes values are collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Research data was analyzed using a descriptive approach. The research results stated that in cycle I the students' English learning outcomes were 80% (good), and in process II it increased to 87.7% (good). Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Inquiry learning model can improve students' English learning achievement.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan transformasi, siswa perlu memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah praktis dalam berbagai konteks keseharian. Kemampuan ini dikenal sebagai literasi numerasi. Rendahnya kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa, mendorong guru untuk kreatif dan melakukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran. Salah satu kegiatan yang diduga memberikan pengaruh adalah outdoor learning. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh outdoor learning berbantuan klinometer sederhana terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa. Dua kelompok siswa yang berasal dari kelas yang berbeda dipilih secara tidak acak sebagai sampel, sehingga penelitian merupakan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control group. Kemampuan literasi numerasi kedua kelompok diukur menggunakan instrumen tes literasi numerasi yang dimodifikasi dari Yustinaningrum. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan uji komparatif non paramterik Mann Whitney U menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara dua kelompok yang dibandingkan. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran outdoor learning berbantuan klinometer sederhana terhadap kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the meaning, principles, and objectives of providing facilities and infrastructure in education. This research uses qualitative methods with a library-based approach. The research results cover the meaning, principles, and objectives of providing facilities and infrastructure in education. Procurement of facilities and infrastructure in education is very important for achieving learning activities according to an education curriculum. Based on the discussion description, several conclusions were obtained: 1) Understanding the provision of facilities and infrastructure, namely the implementation of objectives, suitability between learning media and teaching materials, availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the character of students. 2) the principles of facilities and infrastructure, namely a) the principle of achieving goals, b) the principle of efficiency, c) the principle of administration, d) the principle of clarity of responsibility, and e) the principle of cohesiveness. 3) the aim of providing facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process in achieving educational goals.

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe educational facilities and infrastructure inventory. Facilities and infrastructure are all the resources and tools a school or educational institution owns to support school activities or assist the teaching and learning process. This is very important to achieve school educational goals. Therefore, these facilities and infrastructure must be maintained to help achieve academic goals. "inventory" refers to activities related to inventory items, such as their management, organization, recording, and registration. The method for maintaining the quality and quantity of facilities and infrastructure is Inventory. Therefore, its implementation will be critical. Therefore, understanding how to do it correctly and regularly is very important.

Abstract

The research set out to determine the status of the filing system at SMPN 23 Palembang, as well as the variables that helped and hindered its introduction. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with the superintendent providing the study's key piece of information and principals and teachers providing additional context. Methods of gathering information such as conducting interviews and keeping detailed records. Methods for analyzing data include summarization, validation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research demonstrate that SMPN 23 Palembang's file system implementation is pretty excellent in numerous respects. This is especially true in terms of Direction, which is carried out to ensure that the filing system implementation proceeds in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations. The principal provides encouragement to the office staff and instructors to get them excited about using the new file system. There is a strong correlation between the effectiveness of the file system in disseminating information and the quality of communication between the principal, administrative personnel, and teachers. Coordination, in the sense of making sure that the principals, administrators, and teachers all work together to roll out the new file system. Use of a suitable archive storage system and efficient archival communication are two of the pillars upon which the archiving system rests. The lack of skilled workers and inadequate physical space for archives are major impediments.

Abstract

Stress and conflict cannot be separated because severe and prolonged Stress will occur, causing conflicts within and between individuals in the organization. Conflicts can occur in the relationship between the leader (manager) and subordinates due to the hierarchical nature of the relationship. Conflict at lower levels can be considered part of management that is expected to change significantly. But, emotions play a significant role if the conflict is severe and profound. It shows the weakness of the organization and is placed at a disadvantage. In this context, the organization's leader figure (manager) is vital in handling conflicts. The purpose of this article is to examine Stress and conflict in organizations.

Abstract

Character is a component of values in the standard view of behaviour in life. Any excellent character education programme should aim to develop good moral habits in students, not just instruct them on right and wrong. The problems of contemporary life can be met via character education founded on local wisdom principles. Society can instil values of independence, humanity, and devotion in students by imparting Islamic values through Malay culture. In this article, the author employs a descriptive qualitative research method with secondary data collection based on a case study approach. The study is focused on Islamic character education within Malay culture for early childhood and elementary school children. This is because Malay culture still firmly upholds Islamic religious values and customs, which can significantly influence the character development of children. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of Malay cultural character education for early childhood and elementary school children can be achieved through the following methods: 1) Organizing group games to instil character traits through Malay culture, 2) Implementing BMR (Riau Malay Culture) learning, 3) Education based on local wisdom, 4) Incorporating local wisdom values into character education within Riau Malay Culture, 5) Implementing Riau Malay Culture Local Content Learning (MULOK BMR).
