Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study was to determine theeffect of Mudharabah and Murabahah Financing on theProfitability of Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar. This study uses secondary data, which originates from thefinancial reports on mudharabah and murabahah financing published by BTM Al- Kautsar. This study uses statisticalanalysis, namely data analysis that takes into account therelationship between the dependent variable (mudharabahand murabahah) and the independent variable (profitability)with time series data in the 2016-2022 analysis period. The results of the mudharabah financing study did not have asignificant effect on profitability at BTM Al-Kautsar 2016-2022 as evidenced by the obtained t table of 2,776. Because t count is smaller t table (0.818 < 2.015). then Ho's decision is accepted and Ha is rejected. Murabahah financing has no significant effect on profitability at BTM Al-Kautsar 2016-2022 as evidenced by the obtained t table of 2,015. Becausethe t count is smaller than the table (-0.943 < 2,015). then Ho's decision is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work experience, job training, and perceptions on the effectiveness of regional financial information systems. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires directly to respondents. Respondents in this study were employees of Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Madiun City. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25 for windows program. The results of the research hypothesis show that the independent variable work experience is 0.026, the independent variable job training is 0.000, the perception variable is 0.004, and the simultaneous test shows a significance value of 0.000. The results of this study indicate that work experience has a positive effect on the effectiveness of regional financial information systems, job training has a positive effect on the effectiveness of regional financial information systems, and perceptions have a positive effect on the effectiveness of regional financial information systems, as well as work experience, job training, and perceptions simultaneously have an effect on the effectiveness of regional financial information systems. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that the Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah of Madiun City will continue to improve training programs for employees and instill positive perceptions in order to provide good output in terms of the effectiveness of the regional financial information system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously on Job Satisfaction, Commitment and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees of PT Pos Indonesia branch of Madiun City. The population in this study were employees of PT Pos Indonesia Madiun branch during the study period, totaling 60 people. Sampling using saturated sample technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results showed that partially the Commitment and Organizational Culture variables had an effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees of PT Pos Indonesia branch of Madiun City. While the variable job satisfaction partially does not affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees of PT Pos Indonesia branch of Madiun City. Simultaneously Job Satisfaction, Commitment and Organizational Culture have an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of West District Office Employees.

Abstract

This research aim is to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety variables and standard operating procedures (SOP) on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Paniki. Occupational health and safety and SOP implementation are considered to have significant roles in creating a comfortable and effective work environment that supports optimal employee performance. The research employs a quantitative approach and a survey method involving 50 respondents from workers at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Paniki. The research results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between occupational health and safety variables and employee performance. This finding indicates that the implementation of effective occupational health and safety programs contributes to the increase in employee performance. Furthermore, the analysis results also state that standard operating procedures (SOP) have a strong positive influence on employee performance. Based on these research findings, the recommendations proposed emphasize the need for increased investment in occupational health and safety programs, as well as a more efficient approach in delivering and explaining SOP within the PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Paniki area. Thus, the industry can create a more comfortable and effective work environment that fosters the achievement of optimal employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Marketing Mix on Purchase Decisions for Pas Leather Products in Magetan Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 100 consumers. The method of collecting data is distributing questionnaires given to respondents online. Data analysis using multiple linear analysis. The results of the study explained that (1) the product variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) the distribution channel variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) the promotion variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) the price variable did not positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study can be used as a reference by SMEs for business development, especially in the leather fashion industry.

Abstract

The number of attrition increases every year so the competition for job seekers must become increasingly competitive. Although the cumulative achievement index (GPA) is not an absolute guarantee to be used as a reference in looking for work. However, GPA is the administration's initial selection in recruiting employees, so students must have a strategy to be able to achieve a high GPA. One of the efforts made to achieve a high GPA is with good academic achievement. Learning achievement is influenced by internal and external factors. External factors are factors that come from outside the student. Meanwhile, internal factors come from within the student, including engagement and burnout. The aim of this research is to determine the level of student engagement and academic burnout of students. The population in this study were students from the Business Administration Department of Manado State Polytechnic with a sample of 100 students. The sampling method in this research is convenience sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this research state that student engagement is in the high category. The highest average score is a feeling of pride among students studying at the Manado State Polytechnic Campus. Meanwhile, the lowest average score is that students are forced to carry out all learning activities on campus because it is considered less interesting. Meanwhile, the level of student burnout is in the medium category. The highest average burnout score is that talking about studies is boring for students. Meanwhile, the lowest students can usually manage the workload related to ongoing studies well.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, social media marketing and customer engagement partially and simultaneously on customer decisions at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Magetan Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach in associative form. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data obtained directly from respondents. The population in this research were 200 customers at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Magetan Branch and the sample size used was 133 customers. The sampling technique used probability sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 25.00 for Windows program. The research results show that the independent variable service quality has a calculated t value of 3.818, the independent social media marketing variable has a calculated t value of 2.148 and the independent variable customer engagement has a calculated t value of 1.567 where the t table value for each variable is 1.710. So, partially, 1) service quality and social media marketing influence customer decisions. 2) But customer engagement has no effect on customer decisions. 3) Simultaneously, service quality, social media marketing and customer engagement influence customer decisions. 4) Service Quality is the dominant variable in influencing customer decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of Inventory Management and Total Quality Management on the Operational Performance of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara PG. Poerwodadie The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. The data was obtained from primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to the employees of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara PG. Poerwodadie. The data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that the independent variable Inventory Management has a coefficient of 7.037, while the independent variable Total Quality Management has a coefficient of 9.012. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Inventory Management and Total Quality Management have a significant positive influence on the Operational Performance of PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara PG. Poerwodadie.

Abstract

The human resources will improve employee performance and support the achievement of organizational goals, however there are several elements that can influence employee performance, one of which is work stress. The purpose of this research is to determine the environment and organization of PT Bank Sulut Go Main Branch, how work stress affects employee performance, and how to implement a supportive work environment. Data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires. This research uses quantitative research methods with simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The data processing tool uses the SPSS application. The sampling technique was carried out by census. The research was conducted at PT Bank Sulut Go Main Branch with a sample size of 35 employees. The source and type of data used is primary data. The results of the analysis show that work stress influences the performance of PT Bank Sulut Go Main Branch employees. This means that if employee work stress increases, employee performance will also increase, and vice versa. The stress caused by this workload can actually increase employee work results.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Accounting Information Systems, Quality of Human Resources, Ability to Prepare Financial Reports and Utilization of E-Commerce on the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach.. Data was obtained by distributing it directly to MSMEs and using Google Form. The population in this research is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Madiun City, especially the Kartoharjo District area.. The sampling method used was a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25 for Windows program. The results of the hypothesis research show that the Accounting Information System independence variable is 0.001, the Quality of Human Resources variable is 0.003, the Ability to Prepare Financial Reports variable is 0.005, E-Commerce Utilization is 0.000 and the Adjusted R Squre shows a value of 0.702 or 70.2%. With these results it can be stated that the Accounting Information System, Quality of Human Resources, Ability to Prepare Financial Reports and Utilization of E-Commerce have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
