Abstract

The difference between online and offline learning impacts the students' achievements in English learning. This study aimed to analyze the comparison between students' achievement in offline and online English learning. This study used mixed methods research between quantitative and qualitative research methods. The population of this research was 113 students. The researcher used the purposive sampling technique and took 28 respondents as the study's sample. The instrument of this study was students' achievement data, interviews, and observation. The result shows that the student who learned in offline learning had a higher score than those who learned in online learning. It was proved by the average score that students obtained. Students who knew offline got a score of 78.93. Meanwhile, students who learned online got a score of 75.00, indicating that offline learning is more effective than online learning. The data showed Sig. (2-tailed) value was 0.000 less than 0.05. That value significantly differed between students' online and offline learning achievement. These happen because of several problems that affect student achievement; students' less cohesiveness, being uncomfortable studying, lacking attention and motivation, and the limitations of supporting facilities in learning. It makes students lazy to learn English.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) in Mojoruntut Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo in line with government policies during the COVID 19 pandemic. Methodology This research is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used in this study is qualitative. Data comes from primary and secondary data through observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) is the focus of this research. The results of this study indicate that communication, in this case the village government, is the socialization of the Indonesian government program, namely BLT-DD and its acceptance criteria for Mojoruntut villagers. Resources in this case the availability of resources to support policy implementation. Mojountut village resources in this program are fully supported, especially human resources such as village heads and all village government officials and assistants who distribute BLT-DD from the center. In addition to human resources, supporting resources can come from physical facilities, infrastructure and financial resources. Regulating in this case policy enforcers, namely the government apparatus of Mojoruntut Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo. The Mojoruntut village government runs a mechanism for distributing cash transfers directly from village funds as determined by the central government. However, when deciding Who is entitled to BLT-BD, this is an issue that needs attention. Because too many parties are trying to be selective and social jealousy. The bureaucratic structure, in this case Mojountut Village, has created a bureaucracy in the form of good coordination between agencies involved in implementing policies and managing activities, from policy formulation to practitioners in this field.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic still ongoing today is a challenge and a struggle for every area of human life without exception. For example, business life is disrupted because of economic problems. Politically, the tension between one nation and another affects market prices and impacts basic needs and the sustainability of people's lives. Likewise, pastoral service activities have undergone a total change since the pandemic, resulting in some church services not functioning properly. For example, some worship services were shifted from building to house in a face-to-face to virtual style. This study aims to analyze the role of integrated quality management in the existence of pastoral ministry today, using a descriptive qualitative method approach with an Integrated Quality Management (MMT) system. The author collects data through observation, interviews, and literature documentation at the Bethel Church of Indonesia Parakletos Taman Palem Lestari, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. As a result, Integrated Quality Management is very important. It is a central need in customer satisfaction in this day and age, so church leaders must open up and realize that change is a certainty that not only has to be faced but will be better if anticipated by continuously innovating and creating in the grace of God.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya lingkungan fisik yang tidak sesuai dengan prinsip sekolah sehat, seperti jumlah tempat sampah dan WC yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria syarat kesehatan lingkungan sekolah, kantin yang kurang memadai,tempat cuci tangan yang rusak, dan termometer yang tidak digunakan secara maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap dengan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Dalam Kecamatan Tanjung Senang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi dan pendekatan ex-post-facto. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Instrument pengumpulan data adalah angket pengetahuan, angket sikap, dan angket PHBS dengan skala guttman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Dalam Kecamatan Tanjung Senang. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan,Sikap,PHBS.

Abstract

This study aims to find a correlation between students’ learning styles and academic achievement. The research subjects were students in class E of batch 2018, the academic year 2021–2022, in English Education Study Program, Tadulako University. The instruments used to collect the data were a questionnaire and students' transcripts. SPSS 20th version was used to analyze the data. The data analysis results indicate a moderate positive correlation between students' learning styles and academic achievement. It implies that learning style is not the main factor contributing to the student's academic achievement. The result of the student's learning styles also shows that, of all the types of learning styles, the visual learning style is found as the dominant learning style for the student's academic achievement.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to identify the EFL teachers’ pedagogical practices in teaching English to the students and to find out the problems faced by EFL teachers in applying pedagogical practices to the students. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach. The data for this research were taken from 7 EFL Teachers in the Tinombo District. In collecting the data, the researcher used interview and document analysis instruments. Then, after analyzing the data obtained, it was concluded that the EFL teachers’ pedagogical practices in Tinombo district during pandemic covid 19 as a whole were using teaching methods and strategies that were tailored to the needs and abilities of students, giving various kinds of tests and assignments to students, understanding students' conditions, using media supporting the teaching process, assisting students in developing their potential and creativity, making good communication with students, conducting assessments and evaluations of learning materials, utilizing information on student learning outcomes, and using applications that support appropriate teaching strategies during a covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the main problems of teachers in applying Pedagogical Practices during the covid-19 Pandemic were the unstable internet network connection in that area and the concentration of students in learning decreases.

Abstract

Berlalunya pandemi Covid-19 telah meninggalkan banyak ketertinggalan dalam pembelajaran baik bagi peserta didik maupun pendidik. Selama masa pandemi, berbagai pelatihan muncul dan merebak dalam bentuk dalam jaringan (daring) dan salah satunya adalah Kursus Masif Daring Terbuka. Sekalipun tidak menjadi jaminan utuh, Kursus Masif Daring Terbuka bisa menjadi salah satu solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi ketercapaian pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bagaimana manajemen belajar swapacu dengan salah satu Kursus Masif Daring Terbuka yakni Guru Binar. Metode kualitatif dan wawancara terstruktur dilakukan kepada delapan rseponden penelitian dan tiga responden kelompok diskusi terfokus. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Guru Binar memiliki manajemen penyelesaian pelatihan dan berhasil mengurangi meningkatkan ketercapaian belajar guru melalui acara diskusi dan webinar. Kelas-kelas yang dirancang sedemikian rupa secara daring secara tidak langsung meningkatkan pemanfaatan waktu melalui interaksi permainan. Sebagai kesimpulan, Guru Binar berhasil meningkatkan waktu ketercapaian pembelajaran dan disarankan untuk digunakan bagi guru dan calon guru untuk meningkatkan pengembangan profesi berkelanjutan

Abstract

Pendidikan anti korupsi merupakan usaha secara terencana dan sadar yang terdapat nilai anti korupsi dalam usaha belajar mengajar yang kritis. Selama pandemi pendidik menemukan siswa yang tidak mengerjakan PR sendiri, melainkan tugas yang mengerjakan adalah orangtua bahkan oleh guru les, sehingga sulit untuk pendidik dalam menilai hasil kerja siswa yang jujur. Dengan pasca pandemi Covid’19 maka peneliti akan membahas bagaimana kurikulum pendidikan anti korupsi di SDN 1 Mojoroto beserta permasalahan dan solusinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada siswa dan guru di SDN 1 Mojoroto. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan bahwasanya seluruh siswa di SDN 1 Mojoroto menerapkan perilaku anti korupsi dengan membiasakan berperilaku jujur. Walaupun belum dikatakan seluruhnya siswa berperilaku jujur saat ujian seperti siswa melirik kanan kiri saat ujian berlangsung bahkan melihat buku catatan, sedangkan siswa yang peduli dengan kejujuran segera melaporkan perbuatan tersebut. Tidak hanya kejujuran, melainkan sikap disiplin dengan waktu dari masuk hingga pulang sekolah dan tugas yang diberikan guru agar diselesaikan tepat waktu, sikap tanggung jawab dalam berperilaku hingga bertanggung jawab atas dirinya sendiri, bekerja keras dalam memahami pelajaran, kesederhanaan dalam berpenampilan, kemandirian dalam mengerjakan tugas, adil serta tidak memilih dan memilah teman, berani untuk mengajukan pendapat serta tampil percaya diri, dan kepedulian atau tenggang rasa terhadap sesama tanpa melihat perbedaan status sosial. Untuk melancarkan penanaman pendidikan anti korupsi, maka adanya kerjasama antara guru, wali murid dan masyarakat supaya hasilnya lebih efektif. Abstract

Pilihan perempuan untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan ekonomi merupakan hal yang menarik. Perempuan pekerja memiliki potensi yang besar pada sektor informal di samping perannya dalam rumahtangga. Alasan ibu rumahtangga bekerja adalah untuk membantu ekonomi rumahtangga dengan berkontribusi sebagai pedagang sayuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan kontribusi perempuan pedagang sayur dalam peningkatan pendapatan rumahtangga. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan sensus yaitu sebanyak 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran perempuan pedagang sayur lebih besar pada saat melakukan aktivitas lain yaitu sebesar (43,3%) dibanding saat berdagang (33%) dan mengurus rumahtangga (23%). Pendapatan rata-rata perempuan pedagang sayur sebesar Rp. 5.228.691 dan memiliki kontribusi terhadap pendapatan rumahtangga yaitu sebesar 76,60%. Pendapatan suami pedagang sayur sebesar Rp. 1.483.333 dan mempunyai kontribusi untuk rumahtangganya yaitu sebesar 21,73%%. Kontribusi rata-rata pendapatan per bulan dari perempuan pedagang sayur relatif besar dibandingkan dengan kontribusi pendapatan suami.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dampak pandemi covid -19 terhadap pendapatan petani padi sawah di Desa Waihatu, Kecamatan Kairatu Barat, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat Pada Bulan Oktober 2021. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja purposive sampling karena daerah penelitian merupakan salah satu sentral produksi padi sawah serta merupakan kawasan pertanian. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dan sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan, uji paired sample test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada produksi dan pendapatan di daerah penelitian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini akibat kenaikan harga pupuk yang menghambat kemampuan petani dalam menggunakan pupuk rata-rata, produksi beras turun dari rata-rata 1.581 kg/musim tanam sebelum pandemi Covid-19 menjadi rata-rata 1.546 kg/musim tanam selama pandemi. Karena 0,56 hektar adalah luas lahan yang sama, tidak ada perbedaan mencolok antara produksi padi sawah di daerah penelitian sebelum dan sesudah wabah Covid-19.
