Abstract

Based on the results of the SKM for licensing services and population administration at DPMPTSP and DISDUKCAPIL of Cimahi City, there are elements of poor service, one of which is the element of slow service completion time, so that public satisfaction is considered less suspected because government officials often delay work in providing services. This study aims to explain and analyze the effect of service quality on public satisfaction both simultaneously and partially. This study uses the theory of public service quality according to Zeithaml, et.al (1990:26) such as Reliability, Tangibles, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, as well as the theory of public satisfaction according to Hawkins and Looney (in Tjiptono, 2015:101), expected skills, interest in revisiting, and willingness to recommend. The type of mixed-method research, with a sequential explanatory method through distributing questionnaires to service recipients at MPP Cimahi City, a population of 16,293 and a sample of 100 respondents, and through non-participant observation at the research location. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous and partial tests, and coefficient of determination processed using SPSS for windows ver26.00. The results of the study indicate that: Service Quality at MPP is categorized as good with a value of 4.168, and there is a significant influence both simultaneously and partially from Service Quality consisting of Reliability (X1), Tangibles (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), and Community Satisfaction (X5) on Community Satisfaction at MPP Cimahi City, with a coefficient value of 0.557 or 55.7%, while the remaining 0.443 or 44.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the quality of community service in processing transfer and arrival documents in Baros Village, Central Cimahi District, Cimahi City. The problems are the community's ignorance (procedures) in arranging transfer and arrival letters, the low level of compliance and obedience of the community in the completeness of the Administration for the Management of Transfer and Arrival Letters, the service provided by the apparatus is slow in serving the community for making transfer and arrival letters. The problem identified in this research is the quality of service in processing transfer letters for residents in Baros Village, Central Cimahi District, Cimahi City. The aim of the research is to find out and assess the quality of service in processing transfer letters for residents in Baros Village, Central Cimahi District, Cimahi City. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with an inductive case study approach. Data collection techniques through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include analysis before the field, analysis during the field and analysis after the field. With stages of data collection, editing, statement classification, data entry, testing and data description. Grand theory Arianto(2018:83) Tangible factors, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty. The research results show that overall the quality of public services in processing transfer and arrival letters in Baros Village, Cimahi Tengah District, Cimahi City shows that the Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty factors are quite good.

Abstract

Based on the Purwakarta District Health Office in 2022, the stunting rate in Sukatani District reached 8.81%. The contributing factors include: parenting, malnutrition and the environment. The program carried out by the Sukatani Puskesmas in an effort to overcome this stunting, namely: blood tablet program, immunization, posyandu for toddlers and pregnant women classes. Forms of community participation in stunting prevention in Sukatani District, namely: labor, skills and social participation. The purpose of the research was conducted to find out how community participation in stunting prevention in Sukatani District. This research uses a qualitative method, which is research that aims to understand human or social phenomena by creating a comprehensive picture that can be presented in words. The results showed that some parents still lack knowledge about stunting due to their low level of education. There is a community movement consisting of PKK mothers to assist the puskemas in implementing the program. The author provides suggestions that can be used as reference material for the Sukatani District Health Center to further improve the planning of the stunting program, improve communication relations with the community so that it can facilitate the delivery of information about the stunting program. The community must feel more aware or concerned about the dangers of stunting, follow the program that has been made by the puskemas, so that the stunting rate in Sukatani District can decrease.

Abstract

In an attempt to maintain the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia in the Papua Region, the government, through the TNI, formed a Territorial Task Force. This research aims to analyze the strategy for empowering the Papua defense region through the role of the Territorial Task Force in handling social and security conflicts in Puncak Jaya Regency. This research uses Strategy theory according to Thomas Schelling, namely management instruments for survival and winning competition. This research uses qualitative research methods, and data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation. The biggest challenge to conditions in Puncak Jaya is the conflict between the KKB and the community or with the TNI/Polri. Based on the results of the research, the strategic approach taken by the Territorial Task Force in fostering and empowering conflict areas in Puncak Regency is the strategic approach taken by the Territorial Task Force in fostering and empowering conflict areas still continues today, the strategy used is first, a private approach by providing outreach in every sub-district in Puncak Jaya Regency; Second, an approach in the form of free health checks; Third, collaborate with the regional government to carry out outreach to the community; Fourth, provide command posts in each sub-district to monitor and maintain security and establish relations with the community; Fifth, collaborate with the community, especially the Family Welfare Empowerment Group (PKK) to direct and be the first implementer in empowering conflict areas

Abstract

Jumlah kunjungan pasien tiap hari semakin bertambah, peristiwa ini mengakibatkan ruang tunggu loket menjadi padat dan berdesakan karena ditambah waktu yang dibutuhkan petugas dalam mencari map rekam medis pasien cukup lama serta banyaknya pasien yang komplain jika menunggu lama. Hal ini menimbulkan rendahnya kualitas pelayanan loket pendaftaran di Puskesmas Tarik. Dari permasalahan yang mengakibatkan rendahnya kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Tarik, maka dibuatlah inovasi untuk mangatasi masalah antrian pasien di ruang loket agar mempermudah dan mempercepat pelayanan antrian pasien melalui sistem aplikasi di android. Aplikasi yang dibuat oleh Puskesmas Tarik yaitu Sistem Informasi Antrian Puskesmas Tarik (SIAP TARIK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis suatu tingkat kualitas sistem aplikasi SIAP TARIK dalam meningkatkan pelayanan antrian loket pendaftaran di Puskesmas Tarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisisis bibliometrik dengan menggunakan dua sumber utama googel scholar dan juga publish or perish. Yang menggunakan kata kunci empati, kualitas layanan, inovasi, public service, e government, kualitas, public, smart card, aplikasi siap Tarik. Aplikasi Publish orPerish (PoP) untuk menghasilkan data dari 2020-2023 sumber yang disebutkan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis, dan ditampilkan menggunakan VOSViewer. VOS viewer adalah software yang berguna untuk membangun dan memvisualisasikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dengan judul “Pengawasan Inspektorat Daerah Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa Di Kabupaten Cianjur”.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Inspektorat Kabupaten Cianjur kekurangan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam melakukan pengawasannya sehingga belum efektif dan maksimal. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan studi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam rencana analisis data, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis sebagai penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Pengawasan Inspektorat Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa Di Kabupaten Cianjur, Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menurut Handoko (2003:363) bahwa ada 5 proses pengawasan yang dikaitkan dengan dimensi berikut : 1) Penerapan Standar, yang dilakukan Inspektorat sudah sesuai, diterapkan dan dijalankan sesuai peraturan dan perundang-undangan. 2) Penentuan Pengukuran Pelaksanaan Standar, oleh Inspektorat sudah tepat dan tepat dalam menjalankan tahap-tahap yang harus dilaksanakan. 3) Pengukuran Pelaksanaan Kegiatan, oleh Inspektorat belum sesuai karena pengamatan yang dilakukan belummenyeluruh ke setiap Desanya. 4) Perbandingan Pelaksanaan Dengan Standar Analisis Penyimpangan, oleh Inspektorat sudah tepat dalam pelaksanaannya karena mampu mengidentifikasi penyebab penyimpangan yang ada. 5) Pengambilan Tindakan Koreksi, oleh Inspektorat belum sesuai karena tidak mampu memberikan sanksi yang tegas melainkan hanya rekomendasi perbaikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine public perceptions of local government policies in developing tourism villages and their implications for rural economic development in Kuin Utara Village, Banjarmasin City. Tourism village development is a development strategy based on local potential and aims to improve community welfare through the tourism sector. The approach used in this study is quantitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents living in areas affected by the policy. The results of the study indicate that most people have a positive perception of the policy, especially related to economic opportunities such as opening businesses, new jobs, and increasing household income. Based on the results of the Guttman scale analysis which shows a positive public perception (87%) of the policy of changing residential land into the North Kuin Tourism Village, it can be concluded that the public generally supports this policy from an economic aspect. However, there are still concerns regarding land conversion and its impact on social sustainability. These findings indicate the importance of a participatory approach and intensive policy communication from the government so that tourism village development can run inclusively and sustainably.

Penelitian ini berjudul “Penerapan Prinsip Agile Governance dalamPemberantasan Rokok Ilegal oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja KotaCimahi”. Fenomena masalah penelitian ini adalah adanya polapenerapan prinsip agile governance dalam pemberantasan rokokilegal di Kota Cimahi yang membutuhkan segera penanganan yangserius, cepat dan gesit dari pemerintah daerah. Rumusan masalahpenelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Penerapan Prinsip Agile Governancedalam Pemberantasan Rokok Ilegal oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong PrajaKota Cimahi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasiPenerapan Prinsip Agile Governance dalam Pemberantasan RokokIlegal oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja. Penelitian ini menggunakanteori agile governance dari Luna, Krutchen, dan Moura dalam yaituGood enough governance, Based on quick wins, Systematic andadaptive approach, dan Simple design and continuous refinement.Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif denganpendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakantriangulasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pejabat dan stafSatuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Cimahi. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Prinsip Agile Governance dalamPemberantasan Rokok Ilegal oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja KotaCimahi, sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Berdasarkan dimensigood enough governance telah berjalan dengan cukup baik hal inidibuktikan dengan kemampuan anggota yang dapat menjelaskandan mengetahui dengan baik latar belakang organisasi. Dimensibased on quick wins telah berjalan dengan cukup baik hal inidibuktikan dengan adanya Operasi Pasar. Dimensi systematic andadaptive approach, telah berjalan dengan cukup baik hal inidibuktikan dengan adanya bimbingan teknis yang diberikan kepadaanggota satuan polisi pamong praja. Dimensi simple design andcontinuous refinement, telah berjalan dengan cukup baik hal inidibuktikan dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisi yangberkesinambungan di wilayah Kota Cimahi.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the service quality of the “Derai Haru” innovation implemented by the Probolinggo City Population and Civil Registration Office (Dispendukcapil) in facilitating administrative governance after divorce. This innovation was designed to simplify the stages of changing civil status for newly divorced people, providing integrated services for the issuance of divorce certificates, family cards (KK), and electronic identity cards (KTP-el). This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants consisted of Dispendukcapil staff, Religious Court judges, and community members who have utilized the Derai Haru service. Data analysis was carried out using the theoretical framework of public service quality from Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry, which includes the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Abstract

Pokdarwis is an institution that is a form of realization of the Minister of Culture and Tourism Regulation No. PM.04/UM.001/MKP/08 concerning tourism awareness. Pokdarwis is an institution whose existence exists at the community level and whose members are tourism actors who have a sense of care and responsibility and have a role as a driving force in encouraging the emergence of a conducive climate for tourism growth and development and can realize Sapta Pesona. The purpose of this research is to find out, analyze, and describe the development of tourism destinations by Pokdarwis Kencana in the Osing Kemiren Banyuwangi Traditional Tourism Village. The research method used is qualitative research type of case study with data collection techniques obtained through interviews with related parties, data observation, and documentation. This study uses the theory of tourism destination development from Sedarmayanti (2018) which includes 5 (five) elements of tourism destination development, the five elements are Tourist Attractions, Attractions, Public Facilities and Tourist Facilities, Accessibility, and Brand Images. The results obtained in this study are the development carried out by Pokdarwis Kencana at the Kemiren Osing Traditional Tourism Village in accordance with the elements of tourism destination development by Sedarmayanti (2018), namely 1) Tourist Attractions. 2) Attractions 3) Tourist Facilities and Public Facilities 4) Accessibility 5) Brand Images. However, there are several elements that are still not optimal, namely the accessibility element, which is known at several points of tourist sites with steep and worrying road access if tourists pass during the rainy season, the absence of public transportation, and the element of tourist facilities, namely toilets that are still lacking in number and the absence of souvenir shops or souvenirs
