Abstract

Di wilayah Cirebon Raya terdapat tiga keraton yaitu: Keraton Kasepuhan, Keraton Kacirebonan, dan Keraton Kanoman. Seiring perkembangan zaman fungsi keraton kini menjadi cagar budaya dan wisata sejarah. Cagar budaya dan wisata sejarah ini menjadi poin penting dalam proses perpolitikan di Indonesia. Proses berjalannya demokratisasi di wilayah Cirebon Raya merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dan menyangkut Cagar Budaya dan Wisata Sejarah karena memberikan pengaruh dalam perpolitikan di wilayah Cirebon Raya. Pesta rakyat yang diadakan setiap lima tahun sekali menjadi sebuah acara yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan demokratisasi karena saat itulah proses pemilihan pemimpin untuk wilayah Cirebon Raya ditentukan. Tokoh-tokoh masyarakat akan ikut serta dalam pesta demokrasi tersebut, yang di dalamnya termasuk para keluarga kerajaan/keraton sehingga mereka dijadikan sebagai sebuah simbol di Cirebon Raya. Tujuan mereka mengikutsertakan tokoh-tokoh tersebut adalah untuk menarik simpati dan dukungan dari masyarakat Cirebon Raya. Kata Kunci: Keraton, Cagar Budaya, Demokratisasi, Cirebon Raya

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises are economic institutions at the village level to manage village potential and prosper the village community which is managed by the village government together with the community. This study aims to determine the Strategy for the Development of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Improving the Village Economy in Kertajaya Village, Padalarang District, West Bandung Regency. The various potentials of the village as an attraction for development resources should be utilized properly by stakeholders (interested) in an effort to promote equitable development. The research method used is a descriptive method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the strategy for developing BUMDes in improving the village economy in Kertajaya Village is trying to be carried out as much as possible even though it has not been able to significantly improve the community's economy, this is due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the village government tries to carry out several strategies such as providing money from the beginning to BUMDes, and there are several business items that are constant so that BUMDes can still run such as selling ATK needs and so on, providing capital to MSMEs, maximizing the existing budget to develop the BUMDes economy. Kertajaya and Bumdes villages can run even with the Covid-19 pandemic, absorption of community resources by boosting PAD, community empowerment in developing the village economy, making E-warung innovations to control the village economy, food security programs that are 20% of village funds by providing training , providing tools such as livestock seeds, agricultural seeds, with fertilizers, the Budikdamber program (Fish Cultivation in a Bucket) where the village government provides plant seeds assistance.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss how the strategy of community empowerment in building food self-sufficiency in the City of Yogyakarta Covid-19. Qualitative research using an explanatory method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research that has been done that the land use movement and the existence of community empowerment programs during the Covid-19 pandemic in the city of Yogyakarta. The land use movement functions as an effort to build food self-sufficiency and community-based local community empowerment. This program is also a space for collaboration between community stakeholders and the agriculture office as well as financial support from the special budget of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Other findings, there are several benefits for farmer groups and the surrounding community, namely being able to create and develop group potential, employment opportunities, helping group welfare, being able to meet community food needs. In addition, there are obstacles experienced such as erratic weather conditions affecting crop yields, lack of participation among group members, lack of consistency to maintain every agenda that will be carried out and market support to buy community products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pemberdayaan usaha mikro melalui Sleman Mart yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2020-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus serta menggunakan teori implementasi oleh Merilee S. Grindle. Adapun teknik pengumuplan data dilakukan menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Sleman Mart oleh Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Sleman yang diukur menggunaan teori Merilee S. Grindle pada dasarnya sudah berjalan cukup baik. Namun jika dilihat dari tujuh indikator yang digunakan pada penelitian ini belum sepenuhnya memenuhi. Implementasi Sleman Mart pada tahun 2020-2021 masih terdapat kekurangan pada indikator sumber daya yang digunakan yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang belum tercukupi serta sumber daya manusia yang terbatas dan belum kompeten untuk melaksanakan kegiatan Sleman Mart. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya optimalisasi pada fasilitas Sleman Mart oleh Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Sleman

Abstract

Alih fungsi lahan resapan air menjadi pemukiman merupakan fenomena yang sering kali terjadi di suatu wilayah, seperti Kelurahan Cipageran dan Kelurahan Citeureup di Kawasan Bandung Utara. Kawasan Bandung Utara merupakan suatu wilayah yang dikembangkan sebagai kawasan lindung atau kawasan konservasi yang diatur dalam Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat Nomor 2 Tahun 2016 tentang Pedoman Pengendalian Kawasan Resapan Air sebagai Kawasan Strategis Provinsi Jawa Barat. Fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan adalah maraknya alih fungsi lahan resapan air menjadi pemukiman masyarakat yang tidak mengikuti prosedur perizinan mendirikan bangunan. Hal tersebut berdampak pada aspek sosial seperti menjadi pusat keramaian maupun aspek lingkungan seperti banjir maupun kekeringan, sehingga kawasan resapan air tidak berfungsi secara optimal. Alih fungsi lahan resapan air menjadi pemukiman dapat dilihat melalui tiga aspek, yaitu kondisi hidrogeologi, kondisi morfologi, serta tata guna lahan. Dalam hal ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan menerapkan metode deskriptif dalam meneliti bagaimana alih fungsi lahan resapan air menjadi pemukiman di Kawasan Bandung Utara (Studi Kasus Kelurahan Cipageran dan Kelurahan Citeureup).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (Itjend Kemendes PDTT) during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. There has been a change in the work system within the government due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Government agencies that usually work in offices, because of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), all offices are asked to work from home or work from home (WFH). This is the first time this has been implemented in a government agency. The Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Villages PDTT is the part that supervises, monitors, and evaluates performance and finances within the Ministry of Villages PDTT. This research method is descriptive and qualitative using the NVivo 12 application. Data collection techniques are by direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of ASN at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Villages PDTT during the Covid-19 pandemic went well. This can be seen from 1) The work skills of ASN Kemendes PDTT increased during WFH; 2) Cooperation continues online; 3) More flexible use of time when WFH; 4) Facilities and infrastructure are not fully supported for WFH; 5) and lastly, adapting to the ASN environment very adapting to the pandemic situation and WFH. Abstract

Dalam Penelitian ini, Peneliti mengusulkan strategi militer siber yang tangguh dan operasional untuk keunggulan dunia maya dalam perang elektronika. Kami mempertimbangkan tenaga kerja pasukan siber, kemampuan intelijen siber, dan organisasi kekuatan siber untuk meningkatkan strategi militer perang elektronika. Di bidang kekuatan- kekuatan siber, kita harus membina pribadi-pribadi yang dapat melakukan operasi komputer jaringan dan menguasai teknologi keamanan siber seperti pengumpulan intelijen siber, serangan siber, pertahanan siber, dan forensik siber. Kemampuan intelijen siber mencakup pengawasan/pengintaian siber, tatanan pertempuran siber, dan penilaian kerusakan siber. Sebuah organisasi kekuatan perang elektonika harus mengubah struktur pohon menjadi struktur jaringan dan harus mengatur tugas atau organisasi sentris fungsional. Strategi militer dunia maya yang kami usulkan memberikan keputusan tindakan sebelumnya untuk mengoperasikan efek yang diinginkan di dunia maya.

Abstract

In Indonesia, elections become the legitimacy that determines the ruling government. Which of course depends on the quality of socialization and political education. This study will examine the effect of political socialization on novice voters in East Jakarta in 2019. The object of the research is 17 year. The concept used as an analytical tool is the concept of socialization and participation. Socialization is carried out by the East Jakarta KPU by providing political education . While the participation of novice voters is measured through the level of understanding, political awareness, participation of novice voters. The method used is a quantitative approach, through an ex-post facto research design, and the type of exploratory research. There were 219 respondents as the research sample from students who were categorized as novice voters and received political socialization from the East Jakarta KPU. From the results of the F test, it was found, First there is the influence of the (X1) on the (Y1). Second, there is the influence of the (X1) on the (Y2). However, the results of this study also provide a finding that the quality of delivery of political socialization materials does not encourage novice voters to participate in politics.

Abstract

This study discusses how the role of LK3 Cimahi City in empowering women victims of domestic violence. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of violence that happens to women which is usually carried out by those who are considered stronger. The forms of violence are physical and psychological. Many victims do not dare to speak up because they consider it a domestic problem and a disgrace to the family so that the role of institutions or organizations that can empower women victims of domestic violence is needed. The study of this research is to see how LK3 in carrying out its role to empower women victims of domestic violence. This study uses a qualitative method that produces descriptive data obtained through literature study, observation and in-depth interviews with informants. The informants in this study included LK3 employees, the community and also women victims of domestic violence who were considered capable of providing valid information.

Abstract

Kebijakan pemerintah dalam pembangunan dan pengembangan pariwisata di wilayah Kota Bandung memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan sektor pariwisata sebagai salah satu sektor ekonomi utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah yang telah diimplementasikan dan dampaknya terhadap pembangunan dan pengembangan pariwisata di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan analisis kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Kota Bandung telah mengimplementasikan berbagai kebijakan yang mendukung pembangunan dan pengembangan pariwisata. Beberapa kebijakan yang diadopsi meliputi peningkatan infrastruktur pariwisata, pengembangan atraksi wisata, promosi pariwisata, pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM pariwisata, serta pembenahan regulasi pariwisata. Kebijakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik wisata Kota Bandung, meningkatkan aksesibilitas, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan meningkatkan keberlanjutan pariwisata. Dampak dari kebijakan ini terlihat dalam peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Kota Bandung, pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor pariwisata, peningkatan lapangan kerja, dan peningkatan pendapatan daerah. Selain itu, pariwisata juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembangunan sosial dan budaya, serta meningkatkan citra Kota Bandung sebagai destinasi wisata yang menarik. Penelitian ini juga dapat bermanfaat untuk memberikan informasi acuan bagi pemerintah Kota Bandung dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam membuat keputusan terkait pembangunan pariwisata.
