Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates the strategic development of the production system within the Food Plant section at PT. Benih Citra Asia, a leading agricultural seed company in Indonesia. The research aims to identify and analyze current operational inefficiencies and to propose a sustainable, productivity-oriented development strategy aligned with modern agribusiness practices. Method: Employing a qualitative-descriptive method supported by SWOT analysis and the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) approach, the study evaluates internal capabilities, external challenges, and the alignment of technological integration with production workflows. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key management personnel, direct field observations, and document analysis. Practical Applications: The findings reveal several bottlenecks in seed processing, quality control, and inventory management, primarily stemming from outdated machinery, inconsistent labor skills, and suboptimal layout design. The proposed strategy emphasizes lean production principles, digital monitoring systems, and capacity-building programs to enhance operational efficiency and output quality. This strategic model is expected to significantly improve production scalability, reduce waste, and strengthen PT. Benih Citra Asia’s competitive advantage in the national and regional seed markets. Conclusion: The study contributes to the literature on agribusiness management by offering a contextualized framework for developing production systems in Indonesia's agricultural sector.

The intervention targeted Class IX students during PAI (Islamic Religious Education) lessons and utilized the Tilawati method with the "rost" tone to teach hijaiyah letters through rhythmic and engaging recitation techniques. Practical Applications: The program significantly increased student enthusiasm and participation, leading to improved recognition and pronunciation of hijaiyah letters. Teachers observed enhanced engagement and retention, indicating that the Tilawati method can be effectively integrated into regular classroom instruction to make Qur'anic learning more enjoyable and accessible. Conclusion: The implementation of the Tilawati method through a collaborative PAR framework successfully improved students’ foundational Qur'anic reading skills. This approach not only strengthened religious education but also provided a replicable model for enhancing Al-Qur'an literacy in similar educational contexts.

Abstract

Purpose: This Public Service aims to find out the implementation of financial reports in oyster mushroom cultivation businesses at Rumah Jamur, Margomulyo Village, Banyumas Regency and to find out the implementation of accounting in mushroom cultivation businesses at Rumah Jamur from an Islamic economic perspective. Method: The method used in conducting this research is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that oyster mushroom cultivation businesses still apply simple financial reports, namely only recording cash income and expenses. Practical Applications: Oyster mushrooms are an agricultural commodity that if not managed properly will quickly wilt or rot. Because mushrooms are horticultural products that continue to undergo metabolism and respiration after being harvested, post-harvest management needs to be carried out immediately to prevent losses. Without further treatment, fresh oyster mushrooms in Margomulyo stored at room temperature can be damaged and unfit for human consumption in just one to two days. To overcome this, producers package their mushrooms to increase their shelf life. Conclusion: The implementation of Accounting Financial Reports in oyster mushroom cultivation businesses is still considered not in accordance with applicable standards, due to minimal knowledge and lack of resources and training on accounting standards. Therefore, training on broader accounting standards is needed in these businesses.
