Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the skills of Salon Yudi's MSME partners in using the QRIS digital payment system application in an effort to increase business competitiveness in the digital era. The method of implementing this service uses socialization and mentoring. The target of this activity is to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs through non-cash transaction processing services so that they run quickly and efficiently. The evaluation instrument for this activity uses an interview sheet and is analyzed descriptively. The results of this service show that Salon Yudi partners have the knowledge and skills to apply the QRIS digital payment system to their customers. This positive impact is shown by the faster payment processing time for customers, making it more efficient and fulfilling the need for customers to use the payment process, which is currently non-cash.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Kulim Jaya Village residents in making simple clean water filters on a household scale so that they can get access to clean water more easily. The method of implementing this service used participatory training. The service evaluation instrument was an observation sheet and was analyzed descriptively. The results of this service showed that this simple household-scale clean water filter was able to overcome clean water problems, and there was an increase in residents' knowledge and skills in making clean water filter equipment to overcome clean water difficulties. This simple, clean water filter tool makes it easier for the people of Kulim Jaya Village residents to obtain and increase clean water for their daily needs.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the knowledge of MSE in Rasau Jaya, who are members of the “Kelompok UMK Sahabat (KUS)” regarding obtaining halal certification using a halal statement by business actors or Self Declare. The method stages carried out in this activity were identifying KUS profiles, consumer analysis, education, and evaluation. Evaluation was carried out using a questionnaire. The descriptive data obtained was presented in percentage form. The results of this activity showed that 92% of the products produced by KUS were snacks, 78% of KUS consumers stated that halal certification was a determinant in purchasing food products, educational media using brochures was considered to help understand the material provided, and this activity increases knowledge up to 71.43 %. Continuity of activities through assistance in submitting halal certification through the Self Declare was very necessary.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase the understanding of young people in Nepo village regarding digital literacy and digital transformation assistance. The method of implementing this service uses socialization and training with a participatory approach. The evaluation instrument for this activity uses a questionnaire and is analyzed descriptively. The results of this service show that there has been a significant increase in participants' understanding of the concepts of digital literacy, digital transformation and social media. Digital literacy understanding increased from 50% to 79%, while benefits of digital literacy understanding rose from 50% to 87%. Participants also showed an increase in understanding the era of digital transformation (from 38% to 79%) and the impact of social media (from 43% to 93%). They also understand ethics and cyber security better, with significant improvements. The digital literacy education program in Nepo village has successfully achieved its goals, empowering the younger generation in digital literacy, digital transformation and social media ethics.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of community members in handling dengue hemorrhagic fever through the ovitrap method and cultivating mosquito-repellent plants. The method of implementing this service uses empowerment with socialization and practical activities. This service establishes a partnership with Dian Nuswantoro University (UDINUS) in the form of Assisted Village Partners, Semarang City Health Service, and Bandarharjo Community Health Center providing support in the form of mentoring and speakers, and the Forest Plant Certification and Seedling Center (BSPTH) providing support in the form of 100 eucalyptus plant seeds. The evaluation instrument for this activity uses a pre-test and post-test. This service data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of this service show that community members have the knowledge and skills to deal with dengue hemorrhagic fever through the ovitrap method and cultivating mosquito-repellent plants in Tanjung Mas Village. This is proven by residents participating in the process of making Ovitrap tools and planting mosquito-repellent plants. There was a change in community knowledge from before the counseling was carried out to after the counseling was carried out (the score before the counseling was 35, and the score after the counseling was 50).

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase students' knowledge and skills in preventing and handling sexual violence by the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia No. 73 of 2022 by optimizing school organizations' empowerment. This service partner was the school organization at MAN 2 Sleman Yogyakarta. The method for implementing this service used Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and training in the form of lectures, case studies and roleplay. The data analysis technique for this service used descriptive analysis. The service results showed that the characteristics of participants based on gender showed that the ratio of male participants was 25% greater than that of female participants. After the training, there was an increase in knowledge and skills related to hard skills and soft skills in preventing sexual violence in the school environment by 18.75% of participants who got a score of 100 and an increase of 12.50% of participants who got a score of 90. It showed that this training program had a positive impact and increases knowledge of hard skills and soft skills in preventing sexual violence in the school environment.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competitiveness of Pesurungan Lor Tegal salted egg craftsmen's MSMEs through digital marketing and business management. The method of implementing the community service uses interactive counseling by interacting, asking, discussing, or practicing directly. The community service evaluation instrument uses a questionnaire in the form of a pre-test and post-test and is analyzed descriptively. The results of this community service show an increase in knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and business management in an effort to build awareness of MSME Salted Egg Craftsmen to run their businesses more developed. MSME actors have also understood the benefits and used several online market ceilings (e-marketplaces) in supporting their business and business management. MSME actors believe that the support for the use of digital marketing and business management can improve their business.

Abstract

This community service activity program aims to guide school teachers to infuse CT principles into the learning modules and to implement their CT-infused modules in their classes. The methods for implementing community service activities were workshops and mentoring activities. The target of the activity was pre-school, elementary, and junior-high school teachers at School Foundation of Yohanes Gabriel sub-District Tuban. The instruments used to collect data were a survey, observation sheets, and learning-module documents. The data were analyzed to describe the teachers’ abilities to create CT-infused modules and their skills to carry out these modules in their instructional practices. The results of this program showed that the teachers understood CT principles and taxonomy and could create appropriate teaching modules infused with CT principles. It implies that this community service program could improve teachers’ teaching skills through their efforts to integrate computational thinking into their instructional practices.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase knowledge and skills in financial management based on digital technology in business development for SigekArt MSMEs. The method of implementing this community service uses training, which consists of several stages, namely activity administration, digital business management assistance and product innovation. The results of this service show that the understanding of partner business management has increased, especially in digital financial management. Partners are also able to increase production by more than 85% per day. The quality of production stitching is also better and neater, because the PKM team provides business capital and industrial sewing machine equipment to partners. Product innovation can also be carried out by partners because there is always assistance from the PKM team.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the competence of teachers in making educational website-based learning evaluations through the Kahoot and Quizizz applications. The method of implementing this service uses training conducted online and offline with presentation and tutorial techniques. The training was attended by 30 teachers from PAUD, MTs, and MA Madrasah Al Misbahul Ulum Qur'an, Cikereteg, Bogor. This service evaluation instrument uses pre-test and post-test questionnaires which are then analyzed using percentage techniques. The results of this community service activity show that there is an increase in the understanding of madrasah teachers at the Madrasah Al Misbahul Ulum Qur'an, Bogor regarding making educational website-based learning evaluations using the Kahoot and Quizizz applications. In addition, teachers can make learning evaluations using Kahoot and Quizizz for the subjects they teach.
