Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter religius pada kelas III SDN 141 Pekanbaru melalui penerapan sila pertama Pancasila. Penelitian naturalistik kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Siswa kelas III, guru, dan kepala sekolah menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Fokus penelitian adalah pemanfaatan pembelajaran sehari-hari kelas III untuk menanamkan karakter religius. Dengan menggunakan paradigma Miles & Hubberman, prosedur analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, nilai-nilai keagamaan yang mewakili interaksi antara manusia dengan Tuhan, sesama, dan lingkungan sekitar siswa tumbuh dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is an effort to convey and teach Islamic teachings to individuals so they can understand and practice the values, principles, and religious practices in their daily lives. This research aims to understand the implementation of Islamic Religious Education for the children of military personnel and the challenges parents face in providing this education. Additionally, this study seeks to identify the efforts that can be made to address these challenges. The method used in this research is qualitative, with data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that there are several problems that hinder the implementation of Islamic Religious Education for the children of military personnel. These problems include the lack of time parents have due to their duties and the challenges of instilling religious values in a less supportive environment. Efforts to overcome these challenges include providing additional religious education outside the home, educating with an appropriate educational approach, and monitoring the daily activities of the children to ensure they receive adequate religious guidance.

Abstract

Javanese script is less popular among students, including those at SMP Negeri 1 Nglipar. An interview with Mr. Sartono (a Javanese language teacher at SMP Negeri 1 Nglipar) revealed that daily, mid-semester, and end-of-semester tests on Javanese script have the lowest average scores compared to other subjects. The lack of instructional media that facilitates the teaching and learning process at SMP Negeri 1 Nglipar also contributes to the decreased interest among students. According to a survey, the majority of students prefer learning through game-based methods, particularly adventure boards. Therefore, the idea of an educational medium through adventure boards combined with AR (augmented reality) technology, or AJAR, was proposed to increase the interest and understanding of 7th-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Nglipar in Javanese script. The materials and questions were validated by the Yogyakarta Palace, while the educational media was validated by BTKP Yogyakarta. As a result, they could be implemented in teaching. AJAR was then used in teaching. The class using AJAR (37.50) showed a higher improvement in scores from pretest to posttest compared to the conventional class (23.00). All activity indicators in the AJAR class were also higher. Therefore, AJAR can increase the interest and understanding of 7th-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Nglipar in Javanese script.

Abstract

Differentiated learning in the independent curriculum provides learning opportunities for students with different backgrounds, including economics, abilities, and characteristics In the mathematics subject of building space, real concepts are used in accordance with the differentiated approach. However, differentiated learning in the implementation of the independent curriculum is still limited. Researchers conducted research using qualitative methods with a case study approach. However, the implementation is still limited. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in grade 4 of SDN Cakung Barat 01 East Jakarta. The research objectives include: 1) Understand the differentiated learning system in Merdeka curriculum, 2) Knowing the components of the Merdeka curriculum at the school, and 3) Identifying the application of differentiated learning in space building mathematics. Data sources come from books, observations, and interviews. The results showed that differentiated learning includes three main aspects in the implementation of the independent curriculum in the subject of building space math in grade 4, including: 1) A learning system that provides opportunities for students with different levels of ability, with an important role from parents; 2) Components that include content, process, product, and adaptive learning environment; 3) Specific application to the mathematics of building spaces by using surrounding objects as learning tools. Students are also more directed to recognize space with objects that are around the classroom and school.

Abstract

This research is to develop media based on the canva application in interactive learning that can improve numeracy math skills in grade V students in a valid and effective way. The method utilized is Research and Development (RnD) ADDIE model which contains 5 ways including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This approach combines qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative data is obtained during interviews with material experts and media experts, then quantitative data is obtained during material expert validation, media expert validation, and a questionnaire of 31 fifth grade students to determine the feasibility of the media. The acquisition of material expert validation whose average is 93% at “very feasible” the acquisition of media expert validation whose average is 90% at “very feasible” and the questionnaire of students gets an average of 89.5% at “very feasible”. The effectiveness test is obtained from the n-gain test, the acquisition of the average n-gain percentage test of pretest and posttest results obtained 63.16% can be categorized as “quite effective”. The conclusion in this study is that the use of interactive learning media based on canva is very feasible and effective when improving students' math numeracy skills, then it can be used as a learning reference.

Abstract

The school principal has an important role in building school culture. A school culture that is less effective in its implementation can reduce school performance and minimize the school's strategic management process, so that the school's vision and mission cannot be achieved. The success of an educational institution is determined not only by being supported by complete facilities and infrastructure, quality teachers and good student input, but school culture plays a role in increasing school effectiveness. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of the school principal as a leader in developing school culture. This research uses qualitative research methods. The two types of data used in this research are primary and secondary. This research collects data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and triangulation. The informants in this research were teachers and education staff. The research results show that the role of the principal as a leader can be seen from the culture created at SDN Ciwandan. SDN Ciwandan has a culture including welcoming new students with 7S (Smile, Greeting, Greeting, Polite, Polite, Greeting, Spirit), morning assembly, SEMUTLIS (Ten Minutes for a Healthy Environment), love of the Koran, SABSIH (Clean Saturday) , and Extracurricular. Building a school culture is not only the responsibility of the principal, all school members play an important role in building a good school culture.

Abstract

The novel Ranah 3 Warna by Ahmad Fuadi discusses a lot about anxiety that is associated with Sigmund Freud's theory about personality dynamics in the form of anxiety. The discussion related to reality anxiety, neurotic anxiety and moral anxiety is interesting to study because there are still many people who experience anxiety but do not know the type of anxiety they are experiencing as is the case in the novel Ranah 3 Warna, describe the form of reality anxiety in the Anak Nusantara serial novel by Ahmad Fuadi, describe the form of neurotic anxiety in the novel Ranah 3 Warna by Ahmad Fuadi, describe the form of moral anxiety in the novel Ranah 3 Warna by Ahmad Fuadi. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used are documentation, reading techniques and note-taking techniques. Of the several forms of anxiety found in the novel, the words "anxious, afraid, worried" are very often used because the content of the novel is about the anxiety experienced by a man as the main character named Alif Fikri. The results of this study show the form of anxiety in three forms of anxiety, namely, reality anxiety, neurotic anxiety and moral anxiety. Based on the three forms of anxiety, it was found that the main character named Alif Fikri is a boy who is diligent, smart, loyal to friends, never gives up, trustworthy, ambitious and obedient to his parents. In the novel, there are many things related to anxiety starting from when Alif takes the exam, when his father is sick until he dies, when he takes part in a competition, when he takes part in a student exchange to Canada, and when he writes articles to be published in print media.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem, namely the minimal use of media in learning, so that it seems monotonous which has an unfavorable impact on learning activities, resulting in student learning outcomes on average not being optimal because conceptual understanding of the material is still low, so research and development is carried out with the aim of knowing media design, knowing the suitability of media, and knowing how to increase understanding of class IV concepts by using media with the R&D method and the 6 stages in the ASSURE model. The research carried out resulted in media suitability from media experts giving a score of 94.6%, material experts 92%, and learning experts 81.3%, resulting in an average expert validation result of 89.3%, including the very feasible category. Media trials in small groups resulted in a value of 84.2% and in large groups 84.3%. Digital pop-up book media has a positive influence on learning, there is an increase in students' understanding of concepts which can be seen in the average pre-test score and based on the N-Gain test there is an increase of 0.60, including an increase in the moderate category.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project at Tunas Muda 1 Kindergarten to instill character values in early childhood. This study takes a qualitative approach, employing a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results show that performing arts activities are effective in instilling Pancasila values such as diversity, cooperation, and independence. The involvement of teachers, parents, and the school community is crucial for the success of this program. The P5 program can enhance children's cognitive and social skills. Evaluations indicate that this project-based learning method has a significant positive impact on children's development. Additionally, recommendations include improving school facilities and infrastructure, continuous training for teachers, developing more specific modules, and increasing parental involvement in school activities. The program is also recommended to be expanded to more schools across various regions to strengthen character education at the national level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning strategies and evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) at SMAN 114 Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The subjects of this study were Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and class XI IPS students at SMAN 114 Jakarta. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the PAI learning strategy based on HOTS implemented at SMAN 114 Jakarta was quite good, but still needs to be improved. PAI teachers have used various learning methods that can improve students' HOTS, such as discussions, questions and answers, and problem solving. However, PAI teachers still need to increase the use of learning media that is more varied and interesting. In addition, PAI teachers also need to improve their ability to provide effective feedback to students. Evaluation of PAI learning based on HOTS at SMAN 114 Jakarta has been carried out regularly, but still needs to be improved. PAI teachers have used various assessment instruments that can measure students' HOTS, such as written tests, oral tests, and project assignments. However, PAI teachers still need to increase the use of assessment instruments that are more authentic and contextual.
